Group-bought the new menu they have, called "ton yam gung" rice noodle, with 3 chicken satay sticks, and one drink, which has to be cold green tea with jelly. $39 for the above. (the original price of this combo was $39+$10+$12)we arrived early so there were not many ppl. service was so-so. but i didn't expect much anyway. the food and drinks were ready like after 1 minute we ordered. guess all stuff were pre-cooked? the tom yam gung smelt good, tasted pretty good too. it has 2 shrimps, 2 fake crab meat sticks, and 2 fishballs. the noodle were a little over-cooked so it was not so chewy.the chicken sticks were obviously pre-cooked. they were cold and despite the colour, it tasted no satay at all. the source too, very cold and tasted like NOTHING. i was expecting it was mustard or something. the drink was ok. there was a plum at the bottom. it tasted sourly. not too sweet. i kinda like it.ok so what i wanted to say is that this place is bright and opened, i thought the hygiene was good but i was very wrong. please look at the pics below to see what was in the bowl. openrice does not allow me to write that out but i guess it's pretty clear to see it yourself. we didn't bother to complaint coz we were almost done. and we have already paid. we don't want another bowl anyway.

and we felt weird of our stomach for few days after this meal. i can't say it was all because of the "net" and the "bug" but i am just writing it out for your reference.

the taste was ok but i am not coming back here again.

i got a chance to come to this club house few times and tried their afternoon tea and dinner. the environment is ok, quiet and dim. they have a big TV screen at the window (only at night time) to play live soccer match. so it's good for soccer fans but the food wasn't that great. as expected i guess. i don't think club house would serve anything good anyway. but their stuff is hot (in temperature) so it's at least a nice experience for me.afternoon tea i have got mashed potato with tomato and cheese (?) sauce. it wouldn't go wrong as long as it's hot. i gave this dish 5/5!

dinner time we have ordered:南乳豬手: the taste of the sauce was very weak that even by looking at the colour you can't tell that was 南乳. i did not try any pork so i can't comment on the meat. other stuff in this dish were some chopped carrots and mushrooms. 時蔬海鮮煲: i don't know maybe because they have emphasized they were 有營食店 so it was tasted like nothing. 2/5. indeed disappointing.韓式牛腩: so... what was so korean style about this dish? my friend said he tasted a little bit of ginseng but rest of us didn't taste a trace. again, i tried no meat so can't rate much. (but at least the carrot told me there was no ginseng)蜜豆炒班塊: you can see how many fish was there in the pic. again it was tasteless. but as i am not much a meat-eater so this was the dish that i dug the most. the snap pees were fresh. so let's give it a 3/5...家鄉肉餅: this was definatly the best dish for that night! i don't know what so country style about the dish, i guess it was because there was some water chestnuts with it. the green onion and soy sauce smelt good! this dish went so fast so i bet everyone liked it the most too! 5/5 (maybe this dish wasn't THAT good but it was the clear winner)it came with dessert too. mango pudding. nothing much to say about it coz it was just straight from powder. no magic.

and the drinks were EVIL. my iced coffee was fair but my friends said their drinks were just water with colours.

the set dinner also came with free dish of korean cabbage. then i started to notice all they gave is snap pees and cabbage. they have no other kings of veggie?!

actually my friends found the food real bad that they said they won't come again to eat. but i wouldn't say this place was that bad coz in my mind 有營食店 is supposed to be like that(?). but the serving size was small, and it wasn't really cheap. and many good food in Yuen Long. so revisiting is really not a choice. but a nice exp anyway.

it's quite busy around lunch time. usually you will have to wait around 10 mins. so it's not really recommended if you are in a rush. i have been here since the day it was open. the menu has changed quite a lot. back then this place is focusing on only udon. but now it serves variety of jap food like japanese curry, sashimi and all that. for me i think it's kinda losing its character but i understand that they want to please their customers and they have to pay for rent afterall.

they have tables outside the store but around it there is a construction site. so hygiene is one thing that could be scaring off ppl. also i have noticed the environmental department will send their staff around end of the month to give tickets to stores that violate the rule (for what rule i am not sure, i guess they are charging the store for taking public's place by putting tables outside?) so when it's end of month you will have to line up for very long time. the store inside i think they have around 10 seats only.

let's get back the the food. the lunch menu consists of one main course and one side dish. i have so far tried:gyoza udon. i think most ppl would like to have the gyoza served on another plate instead of soaking in the soup. but i personally prefer they are soaked. haha... coz it makes them look like less "hot air" (as chinese saying). the udon they used to serve was chewy. and some corns, seaweeds and alfafa as decoration. but recently i think they have changed another brand of udon to save cost? the udon now tasted not as good as before. and no more alfafa now. that's sad.sashimi rice. you will be amazed by the size it's served. ppl who love sashimi will love this. many of my girl friends can't finish it. i don't really like this dish coz it's way too much, and i don't like some of the sashimi such as octopus... and the rice is so plain without any trace of vinegar. it's not my cup of tea. (i don't eat much sashime anyway)tempura curry rice. the curry they have used is the japanese style sweet curry. it is so matched with the japanese rice. the shrimp is average, is what you can imagine. if you don't like shrimp you could switch it to deep fried pork chop.

ok side dish, you can choose takoyaki, cucumba salad with crab eyes, salmon rice roll, or miso soup or coke. somehow everyone orders salmon sashimi or rice roll. i guess it's because it seems like the smartest choice out of all.one thing is that the seaweed wrapping isn't so fresh so it gets very chewy. but they have not cheated the customer by placing a little salmon in front filling with all rice, like some other bad jap food place. so i have glad.

this area food is quite expensive and i think this place is reasonable for its service and food and portion and such. highly recommend

this store is located at the main door of citi store. very busy so it's really kinda annoying when you want to take a real look what they have. the back of the store they have 3 or 4 yogurt machines. i didn't pay much attention what flavours they have since i have locked on chocolate and blue berry already. wanted to try cream brulee too but it was out of stock. there were quite a lot of toppings but none of them were eye-catching. the "wet zone" including chopped strawberries and blue berries, many different coloured jelly-like marbles (what are they anyway) and again many different colours of mochi. i doubt if they taste any difference. the other side they "dry zone" which contained several kinds of cereals, some choco chips and mashmallow and stuff. there was one girl constantly trying to clean that area so some customers including me, can't really see what they have got. i am sure the girl knew there were customers wanting to add those as toppings. but sadly she was too focused on doing what she was doing.

the other dry zone is next to the cashier. it had some letter biscuits, gummy bears, m&ms, oreo etc. and next to it there were quite a lot of source. that kinda surprised me. there were strawberry, raspberry, caramel, dark choco, banana, and one i forgot they were placed all together. it was kinda difficult to pump it out (one of the reasons is that some of them were almost empty). then i noticed the mouth area was a little dirty, it has some dust sticking on it... afterall this place is right next to the busy traffic main street.a little bit of yogurt of chocolate and blue berry, a little bit of cereal and oreo, a pump of dark choco, raspberry, and caramel syrup, there goes $29.this place is so small that you can't even stand inside to eat. there were many ppl scattered around the store eating. i bet shops near yoppi would be quite pissed. anyway, the taste was ok. blue berry was pretty sour, not sweet at all; choco was thick. but they melted quite fast. for me i will not add any toppings next time if i am coming back this place. coz again i don't think any of them were good and the hygiene issue.

afterall their yogurt is average, good to have a cup to chill once in a while. but the environment is really bad. to be honest, it would be better to have an icecream cone inside 7-11 than eating here. (and cheaper too)

thanks my bf for this special treat for the valentines day! macaron is something that looks cute, but very expensive and not worth the price in my opinion. so i have never thought that i will have a chance to try this thing. my friend who visited France a while ago said macaron is too sweet and tasted kinda like soup well i kinda agree with her now after i tried these.first of all we tried chocolate. bf said that's the best of all coz it's real chocolate filling. for me i don't really think that's chocolate-y enough for chocolate flavour. it's a bit too sweet for me as i prefer bitter dark chocolate more. i will give a 3 out of 5 for this.sesame has a very strong flavour that covered the chocolate taste all up. all i can say is it is what it is, with tons of sugar in the filling. 3 out of 5 for this.again coffee is very strong flavour too. it's also very sweet. i think it's the sweetest out of all actually. i personally like coffee so i will give it 3.5 our of 5. here comes the mistake that we have put this macaron to the very last. oolong is kinda weak comparing the 3. so actually i couldn't tell this is oolong until my bf said so. then i tried very hard to taste the residual in my mouth but sorry, i could only taste the coffee. i bet i would like oolong macaron if i had it at the very beginning. you know what, coz it isn't so sweet comparing the rest. well, maybe. i don't know if it tastes oolong so i can only rate this by sweeteness. 3 of out 5.this guy is all in white that i thought if that's coconut. my bf said oh shoot maybe we should have tried this first coz it could be even weaker than oolong. but out of expectation i could tell that's jasmine by a so very little bite. it smelt pretty decent too. it kinda surprised me coz i didn't expect that would be jasmine and jasmine could be that strong. but then again there were 1/2 taste coming from sugar. i will give it 4 ouf of 5. yay, you win.

maybe macarons are mean to be sweet. if they aren't they aren't macarons. and valentines are meant to be sweet too. so thank you my dear. it's a nice experience to try something new with you. here i wish i will be there to try every new thing with you in your life.

this store is huge compared to other tutti fruitti's. and just knew that this is the flagship store. this place has the "time-limited" flavour yam yogurt. so my bf and i just thought of trying it. this cup full is around 40 bucks.that very purple one is yam. the the top light purple one is blueberry.

for the taste of the toppings and other yogurts i don't have much to say coz i have been writing for other tutti fruitti's already. For yam though, i think you need to have some "patience" in order to get the yam taste out of the icy yogurt. like you have to scoop a large spoonful and keep it in your mouth for like 5 seconds before swallowing it. you will get a very little tiny bit of yam taste. i think it actually tasted more like the sweet potato more than the purple yam.

for fun is ok. but definitely no next time for me.

in terms of the service and the environment, the flagship store isn't as warm as the one in MK. maybe because it's too big and tables are kinda seperated? the ppl work here all standing outside of the store giving out balloons to kids. and they were like hitting each other's head and running around outside of the store. no welcome no goodbye no thank you while you come in / leave / pay. the cashier asked coldly if we have the point-saving card. and we said no. she gave us one without explaining anything. the chocolate flavour we didn't know what was going on but nothing came out after pulling the handle for a long long time. and not just us, some ppl were chit chatting about no chocolate. no one ever came around to say a word like "oh it's out of chocolate today" or "pls wait for some minutes it will be fine soon" whatsoever. but one girl was like scooping out the residuals so she did hear and know that we were perplexing about the chocolate machine. WT?

not like i really care much about the service coz afterall this is more like a self-serve store. but guess you really have to go try at MK to experience what i mean by good and warm service, comparing to The One and Olympics.

and yeah the score and the OK-face is based on JUST the yam and the service. I still like tutti frutti for its icy-fresh yogurt.

Sunday, we have made appointment for 1900 but arrived at 1840. they allowed us to get in, there weren't many ppl anyway. for the regular price $148 (mon to thu) and $158 (fri to sun), you are allowed to have all you can eat for 2 hours. if you pay extra $20 each person, it will be unlimited time. we decided not to do so since 2 hours was enough we thought.

we ordered several rounds of food. and they came exactly what we ordered (the quantity was correct as well!!!). the pace was good. and they collected our empty dishes quick. drinks were free. they have varies of coke, coffee and beer. but i like none of them. they served me tea and filled my cup when i asked. so the service was ok. (i never really expect there will be smiling faces on waiter/ress so i will say they are ok, not great if you expect more. but none of them had black faces. can you ask for more?)

one thing i notice was that the fired food (e.g. tempura) took quite some time to be ready. other food usually arrived like within 5 mins you ordered. it was quite out of my expectation to all you can eat restaurant! it's worth a smiling face! my friends say probably we weren't eating at peak hours that was why the service level was so high. i dunno. but for this experience i will come again and recommend to my family and friends for sure!

let's talk about the food now. due to limitation i can upload only 8 pics. free uni for 4 ppl or up. i am entrance level of japanese raw food so i didn't try it. my friend said it was very good.it was called seafood salad if i got that right. it's not just salmon but with some octopus. the source was quite sour but it was all at the bottom. so the veggie didn't get soaked in it. quite refreshing.for me it's like the best out of all. it's tempura shrimp rolls and tempura crab rolls. one of my friends who is sushi-only person, actually liked it too. 2 thumbs up for this!the shell in sake. sake... my friend said it's perfectly fine to get no taste of sake coz during the cooking it was steamed away (boiling pt) but... i dont know, it just tasted like it was boiled with water. no 2nd round for this dish.guys loved this! i didn't try so i can't comment. goose liver. i bet many ppl would rather have sashimi over this but i actually like the rice a lot so i always ordered sushi. hahaha. tempuras. yam and pumpkin were good. the shrimp though, tasted kinda sad. we all agreed to have tempura shrimp rolls instead!ice cream each person is allowed to order only once. it was quite perplexing since it's like $10 for 3 in 7-11 so what the hell? well i guess there was no point to order more than 1 anyway (or maybe just because i wan't icecream lover) choices are black sesame, red bean and chocolate. nothing special. for dessert though, they have mousse and stuff at self served bar. tasted ok.

many others, can't post all of them. one other great dish was the pan fried beef cube with garlic. even i didn't like meat i tried few bites!

despite the fact that there was no line up, 2 hours later the manager came to us with the bill. we paid, and we sat there to finish our drinks. he came again and said to us time was up. so if you are looking for a nice long gathering with group of friends (birthday party etc.), you might wanna pay that extrac 20 bucks. just for the eating though, 2 hours is more than enough. i wouldn't blame the manger for that coz rule is rule; even though he saw us all packed up and were about to leave but the coffee was still on my hand drinking half of it...

knew there is crumbs @ TM so before movie i came here with 3 of my friends. and since i have become a little fan of crumbs, i recommended them to order with me. crumbs provided small cup of free trials and huge no. of ppl crabbed them. the trial was actually not just the yogurt but with some house crumbs. so it was actually pretty nice of them i think. (and i have to say they have filled up the small cup so it was really generous of them!)

without my bf (the choco monster) i ordered oreo chucks and house crumbs. to be honest, just found out it's actually kinda heavy for one person to finish it; especially with house crumbs... the whole thing became kind of sweet. oreo chucks weren't sweet but i kinda think it didn't go that well with house crumbs and with crumbs' yogurt... the yogurt itself was ok though, tasted just the same as TST's.

one of my friend got coconut jelly as topping. it was SO SWEET! (and again i didn't think it went that well with yogurt...)

and one got maltase. and hell yeah it wasn't right either...

last friend got brownie so i dared not to try it coz i am just not a brownie lover.

all 4 of us think that the yogurt itself actually doesn't need any topping coz the serving size is good enough and adding all these things make the yogurt tasted super sweet and heavy. and FAT

after this experience i will not order crumbs myself without eating with my bf

i get drinks from here like every week. i have tried almost every drink in the menu. there should be some kind of QC to make sure the taste is the same even though different ppl are serving the drinks. but the reality is not the same case; especially the sweetness... i order 0% sweetness all the time; most of the time it will come out drinks with NO TASTE AT ALL. guess the sugar is where the taste comes from

there is a cheese and sea salt series: green tea; milk tea; and coffee. i will say green tea is the worst since it has no taste of either green tea or the cheese + sea salt. i recommend coffee out of the three. what i like the most is the brown sugar choco chip series. again there are green tea; milk tea and coffee to choose. all of them are more outstanding the others i think. for girls, i recommend to order 0% sweetness; coz the brown sugar (jelly) gives enough sweetness to the drink. both cold and hot are great. but of course, sometimes they come out no taste... it really depends the server.... sad!another drink that i like is the roasted series. there are chocolate roasted milk tea and black pearl roasted milk tea. the taste of the roasted milk tea is pretty fun, not too sweet. but my bf doesn't like it that much. he thinks it's kinda bitter (which i don't agree... well...)

i don't fancy about all those fruity drinks. you know they are artificial. so why bother. but i guess once in a while is cool. may be summer time. my bf seems like to try all the fruity drinks but many times he gives me crying faces. the fruity taste isn't concentrated at all. more like water but with trace amount of juice. the only one kind of fruity drink that i have tried is GRAPEFRUIT COFFEE. yeah, funny right? they don't go that well together. it's like... bitter and sour at the same time. kinda like... over night coffee? i guess it's worth a try; for those adventurers out there!!they have got 2 new series recently: one is the herbal tea mixing with fruit (but only available in Telford) and RED BEAN GRAPEFRUIT crossover. (available in all happy lemon). i am not going to talk about the tea here. i have tried hot red bean grapefruit chocolate. the cashier said this series there is no sweetness adjustment. guess it's because all the sugar has been boiled down with the red bean. anyway, the drink wasn't very sweet; which is like the only good thing about it. the taste is EXACTLY like the halloween edition new drink from VITA SOY (the orange dark choco.) you can kinda smell red bead, and there are red bean mash at the bottom. but you can't really taste it at all. the chocolate isn't strong. and the citrus part is obviously artificial. to be honest, i prefer vita soy's more than this one. afterall that was like $6.5 vs $15.

i am not sure if they really have to come up with all these new flavours. i would rather stick with the old ones. one thing that makes happy lemon special, may be is that they have 2 sizes of pearls (common size and super small size) you can choose. and they will give you a cute little no. plate instead of just a receipt with no. they used to have stamp collective card too, but not anymore. even though they still put the slogan "buy 10 get 1 free" somewhere on the counter. i asked once, and they explained it's when you buy 10 at one time you will get the 11th for free. so... yeah, it's like if you work at the one you might wanna do it.overall i will give it a smiling face. coz their price seems to stay at the same level so far; when every other food prices went crazy!

knew that there is one yogurt shop in YL and i came here with bf just to try that out. actually by reading some comments in openrice, already gave myself an impression that it's gonna be bad. but i insisted to try that out myself. and this yogurt shop is like the worst ever, seriously.there are 4 flavours: chocolate, green tea, original, and lychee. i picked a bit of everything except lychee. and once you pressed down the machine you can already see the yogurt is more like slurpee than yogurt. it has a sign there saying $14.7 / gram. you know the average price is $15/g so i wonder why here is 30 cents cheaper? made you feel better? thanks a lot!

there are quite a lot of choices for toppings, and there are 3 kinds of dressings. i got chocochip, greentea mochi, and wheat flakes with nuts as toppings.if you read my review for another yogurt shop, you will see this bowl of yogurt is like half of what i usually served myself... there were 2 girls inside the counter. one of them was doing nothing and the other one was the cashier. i don't know if the girl who was doing nothing was really working here or just a friend of the cashier. anyway, she asked if you have student card i guess that will give some discount. then she gave me 2 cards one is $5 coupon and another one is stamp collecting card. you get a dollar off or something when you collect em all.

and mine came to $29. wtf. i wonder why it weighted so much coz i really didn't get like a lot! and that's 30 cents cheaper per gram than where i usually eat from. i am sure $29 i can get more than that in there!!

they actually got some seats few steps away from their shop. but no one ever bother cleaning the tables. there were like 8 tables and all of them are like what's in the pic above. no kidding. i mean sometime ppl should clean themselves it's not any hard work but if they don't, the two girls should do something instead of letting this place gone rotten right?!!!! and don't forget there was one girl doing nothing at all! she got plenty of time to clean the place!!!!

ok back to the yogurt, aka slush, the original flavor tasted like 益力多沙冰, it was ok, but then again it's not yogurt. chocolate, and the chocolate chip both zero taste of chocolate. very bad. green tea has a weak taste of green tea; and the mochi was just plain bad.

i definitely won't come here again. i kinda wish this place can move out of YL plaza because of the hygiene issue.
