Got a chance to visit new store of Espresso Alchemy @espressoalchemy at Harbour city finally without lining up! . We ordered their cold brew coffee which is pretty presentable by beautifying the picture of pouring coffee with a whiskey-like glass and ball-ice🥃 Structure with grape and black currant aftertaste. I think the taste is a bit sour but then sweetness comes out. Oh the cold brew bottle is really beautiful and I hv already kept it myself🤪. . Apart from cold brew coffee, we also tried pour-over coffee as we hv a big fan of pour-over coffee here haha! We ordered one, and the barista is so nice that he asked us to try one more pour-over coffee. Can feel the passion and hearty service of barista who really wants customers to have a try on their good coffees. ☕️Columbia - Montoya It is light roast and the tasting note is Floral, Mandarin, Citron, Mangosteen. ☕️Ethiopia - Adado It is also light roast and the tasting note is Lemongrass, Chamomile, Spice, Pomelo Skin. . 🦞The Harbour City Lobster & Avocado All-day breakfast This dish is in special menu that is only available at Harbour city store. The meat was tender and juicy. . The staffs are nice and polite. It is no doubt that the appearance of this cuisine is really delicate! The meat is often eaten with spring onion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce with pancakes rolled around the fillings. The skin of roasted peking duck is very crispy and the meat is soft and tender! Pretty mouth-watering!!😋. . 🐓Chicken in Hua Diao Wine and Herb-flavoured Pot I m really addicted to Herb-flavoured pot personally. Many great ingredients inside, like chinese medicine, red dates and wolfberry, etc. You will feel warm immediately after drinking this. The taste of this soup is quite heavy actually, so I suggest Herb-flavoured soup lovers can try this. . 🍲Noodles in Broth with chicken It's actually stewed Chicken noodles with large amounts of Shanghai White Cabbage. Quite a healthy choice hahahahahhaha! Simple dish but delicious😋 The noodles are chewy. All in all, i like this though. . 🍱 Spice me up Contains Unagi, chopped Scallop, cucumber, seaweed, chotto powder, apple jelly and spicy Mayo. Wow the size of each roll is huge! Juicy and fresh!! Unagi is served well!! Must-order item!!. . 🍤 Mango Dynamite Includes Tempura prawn, cucumber, mango and tobiko Unagi sauce. A pretty tasty and fresh combination! . . 🍣 Salmon Sushi Haha the most common sushi but still at a good standard! Fresh salmon!. . The shop is quite cosy and clean with bright lighting. A nice casual choice for a tasty lunch in Wan Chai definitely for sushi-lovers ahahhahaha. Apart from different varieties of their signature rolls, you can also order single salmon, tuna, scallop and hamachi nigiri or aburi sushi or sashimi pieces, as well as sides such as miso, udon and salad. I can tell this cocktail bar and restaurant is absolutely a city retreat with British colonial-theme. It is located at a beautiful boutique hotel on Hong Kong’s very own historic Pottinger Street. . Well the salmon is tender and nice with the sauce. . - Pizza🍕 with shrimp and sauteed green aspargus. Quite juicy and soft! Shrimp with cheese is definitely nice! . . Coffee is served. No any sets on Sunday. Ordered: ·XO醬龍蝦炒麵 Lobster Pasta ·芝士焗脆脆肉醬意粉 Spaghetti Bolognese ·Classic chocolate cake ·Mocha ·Jasmine tea. . Well not bad at all. I like spaghetti bolognese! 🍝The taste is rich. However, the sauce of pasta is too heavy. Lobster is not really fresh. 🦞Mocha is nice but i think the latte art can do better lol. Personally, i did not addict to their Classic chocolate cake as it is not my expected taste at all. . Good thing is, we strived for perfect window seat with nice view lastly. Lots of nice photos taken✔️. . I have to mention my unsatisfied experience here by the way. I made a booking of 3pm on a Sunday by phone on a Friday and asked if they still provide 3-layers tea set. 🍰 They said yes it is available. I then requested some birthday treats like if they can help to write happy birthday on desserts or plate. They said they can arrange to write happy birthday on a cheesecake. Oh it’s really great and so i m super excited to this date with my best friend💃🏻. . But then, a bit disappointed when the staff suddenly called me at 1430 on that day and told me no 3-layers tea set offered on that day as it is only available on Mon-Sat. Oh i think they should notice my booking is on Sunday right? They double confirmed my booking before conversation ended last time and I reinforced my purpose is to celebrate birthday with my friend for several times. Ok all my expected arrangement all gone. . Secondly, many items were sold. We asked what else left lastly lol. I understand this as our time is late, but still get disappointed when I saw there’s a long list of food being sold lol.

Little sweetness with a bit taste of brandy, quite refreshing! I think it’s suitable for girls. . 🍹Silver of sun It’s non-alcoholic mocktail, but quite a special combination with the mix of strawberry vinegar. Tastes like wine a bit with strawberry. . 🍟Parmesan fries Well i’m sorry to say we really waited for this snack for such a long time... Its taste like fries at Mcdonald actually😂 but more palatable with parmesan. . 🍰Cake of the day - Raspberry The cake is pretty delicate! Pink coverage with beautiful and elegant chocolate decor. It tastes good that it’s not so sweet with raspberry jam inside. We think it’s averagely good. . There’s outdoor area with beautiful sea view.
