I recently had the pleasure of trying fixed tasting menu authentic Modern European restaurant with Singaporean Influences, and I must say that each dish was a unique experience in itself. Here are some dishes I think they are worth introducing! First up, let's talk about Whey's Brioche and buah keluak emulsion. This dish is a unique combination of two very different elements, and I have to say, it worked surprisingly well. The brioche was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the buah keluak emulsion added a rich, earthy flavor that was unlike anything I've tasted before. Overall, this was a very interesting and enjoyable dish. Moving on to the Spring Peas mackerel, I have to say that this was definitely a highlight of the meal. The mackerel was perfectly cooked, with a nice crispy skin and tender, juicy flesh. The spring peas added a fresh, vibrant flavor that complemented the fish perfectly. This dish was simple yet elegant, and I would definitely order it again. Next, we have the Pandan Chiffon Cake with pistachio ice cream and gula melaka. This dessert was a real treat for the senses. The pandan chiffon cake was light and airy, with a subtle yet distinct flavor that paired well with the rich, creamy pistachio ice cream and sweet gula melaka. This dessert was well-balanced and not too heavy, making it the perfect end to a delicious meal. Finally, we have the Rum Ding. This cocktail was expertly crafted, with just the right balance of sweetness and alcohol. The rum was smooth and flavorful, and the other ingredients blended together perfectly to create a drink that was both refreshing and satisfying. Overall, this was a great way to cap off an excellent dining experience. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the dishes I tried at this restaurant. The flavors were unique and well-balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, this is definitely a restaurant worth trying.

Craving for a casual fine dining restaurant in Central? Then this place serving French cuisine could be the perfect choice for you! It provides a wide range of starters, seafood, meats and desserts. Ideal for couples, friends and family, this sprawling indoor space also serves house white and red wine. We chose foie gras chreme brulee as the first starter. The texture was so creamy that we ate it up within minutes. It came with seasonal strawberries making the taste more refreshing. Another starter was Burgundy snails. Being garlic lovers, we like the snails a lot which got parsley butter on top too. Moule Marlineres was one of my favourites that night. The portion was large enough for 2, the sauce with herbs was fantastic and the accompanying French fries were hot and crispy, best for matching mussels. Bavette de Boeuf wagyu was cooked with caramelised onions such that the outer gave some sweet taste. Soft and juicy, the wagyu matched the mashed potato and pepper sauce. The dinner with Cheteau de would be a great choice with yummy food in front of you. Profiteroles and lemon tart would be perfect for those who fancy some refreshing desserts. The profiteroles were served with wild berries, pastry cream and hot chocolate sauce that gave so many flavours in one bite. The environment was romantic with light slightly dimmed to create an easy-to-chat vibe. The place has both large and small tables that can accommodate various party size. Staff were friendly and helpful who tried to collect our opinions after us finishing every course.

It costs us more than two hundred to order unlimited food there. In spite of the fact that is is a bit of expensive, i think the price was reasonable. The reason was that the food was of high quality, and the restaurant also gave us abalone too. The service and environment were satisfying. I will definiately go there again.

I believe everyone who heard of this Japanese ramen restaurant knows that there must be a long queue waiting outside this restaurant. This is no surprise. As we all know, here offers ramen of great quality. The design of this restaurant follows every detail of that of the Japanese traditional restaurant. No wonder the price and the waiting time are higher than the average. 

A friend of mine and I went to have lunch at this restaurant. We ordered honey chicken and curry chicken. Plastic gloves and a mini rubbish bin for chicken bones are prepared for us on the table. This act is very considerate. The portion is big. So if you have a small appetite, you might order one plate to be shared with your friend.

Wow!! I am very glad that my friend of mine has booked a table for us beforehand. There are tons of people waiting outside this American restaurant. The portion is huge. I guess it's because the portion is for the appetite of a local American. We ordered a Godiva chocolate cheesecake and carbonara. I could not finish the pasta on my own. I must visit once again to try out cheesecakes with other flavors!

It costed us forty something to have curry chicked rice together with a cup of soft drink. I could get a discount since I am a student. The curry was very very nice and the fried chicken was cooked well. The staff there was polite. We neednt take a lot of time to quene. The experience was fantastic.

Wowwww!!!! I was satisfied with the Thai food there. I have been there many times but I want to go there again. The hainan chicken was great and the green lemon soda was fantastic. I have tried Thai milk tea too and it was delicious. But there were many students during lunch time and queuing may be required.

It cost only $75 for a lunch karaoke four four hours from 11am to 3 pm and a cup of drink! It is a real bargain. It is a very nice place for gathering with friends. There offered many English songs. Unfortunately, there are not any songs from Supper Moment who is a band that one of my friends likes very much. Overall, this place gives us a pleasant environment for warm gathering. We must visit this place again soon.

It was my second time visiting this restaurant. Still, the sushi was appealing to me. Salmon sushi was my favourite and the mango juice with coconut icecream were great. The environment there, however, might be a bit too crowded and noisy. It would be better if more space was provided between each seat. Service was great, and the price was reasonable. I would probably go there next time with my friends.
