Spent a relaxing afternoon at @oouli_ by enjoying some authentic Busan cuisines accompanied by the stunning views of Victoria Park and the skyline of Victoria Harbour. The 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐮 ($538 pp) showcased a harmonious blend of flavors. The meal commenced with a pot of nourishing porridge, followed by a delicate abalone soup. For the main course, we opted for Australian wagyu beef served with homemade carrot purée, which added a delightful touch of sweetness to each bite. Another selection was the roasted freshwater eel paired with ginger mashed potatoes. The skin of the eel was skillfully roasted to slight crispness, with tender flesh beneath. Last on the menu was a bowl of fragrant rice served alongside a flavorful eel soup and an assortment of five side dishes. Each side dish complemented the soft bed of rice perfectly, leaving us longing for more😋

With the assistance of their attentive staff, the eels were grilled to perfection, resulting in a satisfying chewy texture😋

Checking out the Korean restaurants in Tsim Sha Tsui one by one, and this time, we visited Maido to have a quick fix of Korean food. The restaurant offers a selection of reasonably priced Korean dishes, most of them cost less than $100. The Korean beef rib soup was a comforting delight, with tender beef creating a bowl of warmth and nourishment. The stir-fried pork with kimchi brought a zesty kick to the palate, while the spicy rice cakes and noodles brought a delightful combination of chewiness and spiciness.

We recently had a hugely satisfying lunch at Beef Station, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat hotpot for a whopping four hours. If you’re a hotpot addict like us, you’re gonna love this place 😆 Right after scanning the QR code and ordering our soup base and meat, we couldn’t wait to explore the self-service counters. The variety of hotpot ingredients, cooked food and beverages was beyond our expectations. It also had a delightful dessert showcase and irresistible boba milk tea to satisfy your sweet tooth🧋 The best part? Unlimited beer and plum wine, the perfect companion to elevate your feast with your friends😍

Words can’t describe how comforting it is to have a steaming bowl of ramen on a chilly day 🤍🧤 Located in the heart of Central, @gogyohk is a gastropub offering a selection of ramen 🍜, skewers, sushi and sashimi, and beverages including beer. We were blown away by the unique flavors of the seasonal special, Crab Miso Ramen (蟹味噌拉麵). Featuring snow crabsticks, pork and a half onsen egg, the soup base was made from GOGYO’s signature tonkotsu broth infused with the rich essence of crab, and the ramen noodles had an ideal al dente texture 😋 To take it to the next level, I followed the staff’s recommendation and added a dollop of crab butter to each spoonful of noodles. The combination was simply devine🤤 We also ordered several Japanese skewers which were an absolute delight✨ Each skewer was grilled to perfection and delivered a smoky, savory flavor profile that paired harmoniously with our beer. They have a buy-one-get-one-free offer on alcoholic beverages during happy hour (from 4 pm to 7 pm every day)! It’s the perfect opportunity to recharge yourselves after a long day of work 🍻

What truly sets 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 apart from the rest is the exceptional quality and freshness of their ingredients, especially the M5 wagyu beef and beef tenderloin which are so tender and rich in flavor - a true delight for meat lovers😋 In addition to the wide selection of meat and traditional hotpot ingredients, they also offer authentic Taiwanese delicacies like Taiwanese sausages, fried chicken and duck blood to satisfy your Taiwan food cravings. After finishing work nearby, my colleague and I decided visiting La Paloma, a restaurant that offers authentic Spanish dishes.
