yashima omakase ! We started off our dinner by having this appetizer consisting of asparagus, snail, squid, and seaweed. Everything was really fresh and both the snail and the squid are not fishy at all! Then we move on to snapper sashimi with sea urchin egg yolk sauce! The sashimi was very fresh combined with the creaminess and the flavour of sea urchin and egg yolk, works really well together!! We then move to a grilled yellow tail with caviar and gold covered shrimp! Definitely one of the dish of the night! wow the caviar covered shrimp is sweet and savoury at the same time, really an amazing combo together. Then you have the grilled yellowtail, which is so flavorful, umami flavor, and really perfectly cooked! We then moved on to mackerel tartare! its really balanced flavoured, really a well rounded dish! it works very well as a combo with the spring onion! We then have a grilled golden eye snapper ! its juicy and flavorful and produce that amazing umami flavour! this is definitely one of the best dish of the night too! We then have monk fish liver! it was surprisingly really well seasoned, savory and sweet and not fishy at all!! We then have uroko yaki style fish with seaweed sauce! Its really crispy and have a lot of flavour on the skin and very tender and well cooked inside of the fish meat! this is combined with the seaweed sauce that give the extra freshness to the dish Then we move on to the sushi! we got fish sushi with wasabi, which translates really well together Then we have the shrimp sushi! The shrimp is fresh, well seasoned, and tasted really good together! Then we have the kumamoto shoshan fish sushi! Its very unique texture and really nice and fresh yuzu seasoning resulting in sweet flavour! Then we have another fish sushi (backthroat seaperch fish)! this time its seared, bringing out the extra flavour out of the fish! it has that fatty but at the same time not too fatty flavour! just about right! Then we had two different kind of tuna sushi, one is the lean meat one is more on the fatty meat! both are great in their own ways! one is definitely more flavourful , but the lean cut is more light and easy to eat too! Then we have one of the dish of the night! sea urchin sushi with wasabi! its so creamy and it taste like ocean in your mouth! Then we have the egg! it was surprisingly and nicely sweet! a very fresh sensation! We then have the miso soup which is refreshing to end the night before moving on to the dessert which is mango and melon!

Dinner at Chicago Bar And Restaurant! a chill bar/resto vibe with nice music. Their menu consist of a lot of skewers , in which we try as follows: Beef tongue wagyu The beef tongue is surprisingly really tender! it also has a lot flavour which makes it really good! one of the best dish of the night for me A5 wagyu white breast its crispy and have a strong umami flavour! its like chicken skin but from beef which is really good! Charcoal Beef steak rice We also ordered the beef steak rice, the steak is tender and it really fits well to be eaten together with rice! Miyazaki Chicken leg The chicken is cooked deep fried, so it has a really crispy skin and a very tender meat inside! it has umami flavour and the portion is also very generous! Charcoal Beef Steak This is also served on the plate just like the chicken, it also have a very generous portion and definitely a very tender and perfectly cooked beef Grilled eel skewers The eel is cooked very well and without any sauce is already very flavourful and good amount of sweet! Whole squid kebab The squid is big, easy to eat and perfectly cooked!

Nom Nom dumpling dinner! A nice homey dumpling place to try! We ordered one of their signature drink, which is honey lemon barley water, which is sweet but too sweet. Its very refreshing to drink! For the food we ordered the crab and pork wonton which has a very good and strong crab flavor, and also quite nice to add either the soy sauce or the chilli oil! We also ordered the truffle dumplings! both the boiled and also the pan fried one. The dumplings has a very strong truffle smell and flavor, and for the pan fried, it has a very crispy skin and a very soft and tasty inside! this truffle dumplings is definitely the dish of the night!

Sakeh dinner!! Its lots of nice skewers for dinner!! Th vibe is chill and very japanese like! we ordered their specialty which are the skewers! Our orders are as follows: First we ordered their specialty sake which is Zaku Impression Junmai! its smooth and really makes us chill throughout the night! Chicken shoulder This is the dish of the night!! Its not a normal chicken shoulder, definitely a must try in this resto! its so tender juicy, and have that unique taste that is definitely so tasty! it has that umami taste that makes you want to order more! Chicken cartilage Another underrated dish of the night! definitely not a normal chicken cartilage and it’s surprisingly easy to eat and has the balance of saltiness in the dish! Chicken skin The chicken skin is very crispy and has a good but not too strong chicken smell, and it tasted well to eat without the sauce or with the sauce from SAKEH resto! Chicken thigh The chicken thigh is surprisingly so tender and umami flavour, eventhough its thick it has a lot of flavour and definitely not dry! Chicken heel The chicken heel is quite crunchy, just like the cartilage. Tasted well, especially with the sauce from Sakeh! Minced chicken with egg The minced chicken is soft and it compliments really well when you mixed it with the egg, making it like a sauce, have that eggy and really nice savoury flavour to it! Lobster One of the best dish of the night too! The lobster is really freshh and it is being seasoned eith the lobster paste itself! definitely one of the must try here! Pork belly The pork belly is surprisingly juicy but doesnt feel too fatty! it has that good balance of fat and meat on top of it, one of the best pork belly i have tried! Prawn wrapped in chicken skin This is a unique combo! as you can taste both prawn and chicken skin together, and it makes for an interesting and good combo! you got the freshness of the shrimp added with the good smell and taste of chicken! Beef tongue centre cut Another one of the gem! Never tried a beef tongue so tender! its not chewy and its very soft, one of my favorite dish of the night too! A5 Wagyu beef dish This goes without saying but the beef melts in your mouth, and it has that amazing A5 wagyu beef umami flavour !! Clam The clam is fresh and taste like ocean! definitely a good seafood product here! Abalone The abalone is not chewy at all, and its already so good without any seasoning on itt! Grilled Cod The skin is crispy while the inside is so tender and soft, along with the sauce given, give you a very nice grilled fish that is just perfect, not too sweet not too salty, just in that sweet spot!

KATANA Dinner! We had a feast at this place!! The place have a nice resto/bar vibe to it with some nice music playing in the background. We are also informed that the second floor can be rented for a karaoke session in a private room!!! Definitely worth trying! We ordered multiple different things from their menu. Wagyu Beef and Salmon Roe Stone Pot rice. The presentation looks amazing and the taste pops! the tenderness of the beef with the smooth and somewhat creaminess of the salmon roe really makes the dish special! Seafood hot pot with garlic the hotpot contains abalone and scallops along with glass noodles and vegetables! the taste is quite special as it has thre garlic taste but at the same time not too strong! Premium lobster skewer, the lobster is marinated nicely, it brings out the umami flavor and the freshness taste of the lobster! Grilled salted chicken thigh, the chicken is tender and flavorful! its not super salty, so just enough saltiness to make the chicken flavorful! Beef ribs, one of my favorite skewer of the night! its tender and have that strong beefy flavor. The skewer itself is also quite big! Japanese eel, the eel is one of the underrated dish of the night! the outside is cripsy with a soft inside meat. The eel is definitely one of top dish of the night too! Grilled Stingray fin, the fish is crispy, along with a special sauce provided on the side. It’s definitely a good combo to eat the two together! Saikyoki cod, the cod is tender and have that sweet flavor that is not too strong yet not too bland too!! an overall great dish!

Mikazuki lunch! We started off with appetiser and salad! The tofu is really flavorful and nice, it has some sweets to it, while we also had the smoked chicken as the appetiser. We then have a soup called chawanmushi. It contains salmon roe, truffle, tuna soup on top of it! This soup is surprisingly really good!! it tasted very truffle!! the egg, the roe and the soup all mixed together really well! We then go through our mains! We had the Fresh live Australian Lobster The lobster paste is so umami and have a nice flavor to be combined with the soft and tender meat of the lobster. Definitely a great combination! then we have the teppanyaki grill veggie served with the US Prime beef roll. The veggie is seasoned with truffle, and it makes it have a smoky and truffle flavor which is a really good combination. The beef roll itself is amazing! its so buttery, flavorful, and have a great umami flavor, definitely just about right in term of flavor. We then have the lobster miso soup. The miso soup has the aroma from the lobster making it a really good soup The Teppan fried rice has very strong flavour, sour and salty,you can actually eat it in two ways, one is as fried rice, another way is to pour a tuna soup in it to make it like a soup rice! The we have our dessert! It is caramel toast and also mochi! Both are very tasty, and have the perfect amount of sweetness on them! not too sweet, but not too bland either! I personally really love the Caramel toast!

Hana Raku dinner!! The restaurant has a chill and calm interior with a nice harbour view! What we ordered: hana raku chinese fusion Shumai with kanimiso This is shumai along with the crab meat and toast are amazing. Everything was very soft and smooth and the ooze from the crab being eaten with the toast is an amazing umami combination to start the night! Tuna Sushi Platter The tuna sushi platter was the dish of the night! they have three different tuna sushi type, with one of them being fatty tuna sushi ! it melts in your mouth, so flavorful and so good!! Foie Gras And Wagyu Fried Rice with Black Truffle This is the underrated dish of the night! the Foie Gras and wagyu fried rice is so aromatic, the truffle aroma, flavour along with the beef and egg fried rice is a really good dish of the night ❤️ Hana Raku Rainbow Sushi Roll This roll looks cute and consists of different types of fish such as salmon and tuna! it makes for a flavorful roll and with a great addition when you add the soy sauce to eat it! Grilled Dried Cod A good appetiser for the night! the dried cod is tasty and crispy! especially you add the sauce to eat it with! Grilled Cod fish one of the star of the night! its a tender, flavourful, sweet grilled fish with a crispy and umami skin ! Salt grilled chicken skewers The chicken skewers are great! the chicken is surprisingly really tender and have a perfect balance of taste where its just enough of saltiness but not too salty!

Dinner @Sun Thai ! We ordered five different dish tonight! First is their hainan chicken! its quite tender and juicy, and you can dip it in the sauce, which makes the chicken more flavourful! we also order the green curry beef. It was unexpectedly very tender and they give a lot of beef! its flavorful but at the same time its also quite light! We also had fish baked in banana leaf! the fish is cooked perfectly and it has thai style seasoning inside, overall the fish tasted so well especially if you combine it with the chilli sauce that comes with the fish! We then also ordered stir fried minced chicken wrapped in lettuce. This one is spicy, in a good way! not too spicy but spicy enough for you to fill the chilli, and is a very good combo when u eat the lettuce along with it! Then we have vietnamese stir fried beef shin with fresh pepper. This is the dish of the night! its very thick beef with pepper seasoning. And surprisingly this is very tender, even though it is a very thick cut of beef. And the taste is umami and just flavorful in a very good way! my dish of the night!

Tian Tian hainan chicken! We went to this michelin guide restaurant in Causeway bay, and the place and the vibe is very chill! very pleasantly surprised and looks like a nice place to even just chill in! We ordered their signature hainan chicken with the rice, and its very tender and delicious! its really worth the price! their chicken is also flavorful and its even better when you dip it in their 3 different sauces. Then, we also order their beef tenderloin in hot plate. It has the perfect balance of saltiness where its not too bland but also not too salty! definitely a good dish to try, and it also taste good eating it with the oil rice ! We also ordered the oyster pancake. its crunchy and tasty, but not too oily at all! if you like sweet and some spicyness, deep it in their sauce, and you will love it even more! finally we also ordered their hot michelin milk tea. I love milk tea but this milk tea hs both a strong tea and milk flavor which completes the dinner!

carving tasting dinner menu! ❤️ The ambiance is great, and the vibe of the resto is very chill. Looks fancy from both inside and outside. The first menu served was the wagyu tartare served with caviar on top! They served it with rice cracker, resulting in a nice balance between meat and the cracker itself. a really good combo 👍 then they served us with a dryaged salmon with salmon roe! This tastes very flavourful and surprisingly light and easy to eat! Then we got to eat the gyoza with cheese! its not super cheesy and a delightful dish to enjoy Wrapped fish! this looks and taste unique in a good way! the outer part of the fish is crispy with a tender and salty flavor inside, combined with the sauce served inside the wrap! Grilled wagyu with egg rice! No need to be described, amazing tender beef and creamy egg rice ❤️❤️ Kegani claypot rice! its a mushroom and fish rice, it s one of the best dish of the night! the fish is flavorful and not fishy, combined with the mushroom and rice really give a good balance in taste! We end it with a dessert of sweets with tofu and banana! its fresh but not too heavy, as its not a super sweet dessert! a great way to end the meal 👍
