🌕Hello我係Moon🌕之前食過佐敦嘅蝦蝦燒,已經對佢有一定嘅喜愛程度!😚今次去荃灣搵朋友,留意到原來荃灣大鴻輝都有蝦蝦燒,😋咁梗係要去訂枱食啦!🤩放工嘅時間真係好多人,😎好彩我哋有預早訂位,好快就可以入座燒嘢食啦!😏荃灣嘅感覺比佐敦嘅空間感多啲,😝自助區嘅位置都唔會話太迫,行到入餐廳第一眼,🤭就被海鮮吸引住,🤩好新鮮嘅海鮮,😏睇落真係食慾大增!🤗坐低之後梗係夾吓啲主題啦!🤓蝦蝦好生猛,肉質都好鮮嫩!😙想食唔同嘅肉類就可以喺自助區度拎!😍香茅豬頸肉同埋蒜蓉雞翼其實都係唔錯嘅選擇!😋不過我最鍾意嘅就係依度嘅叉燒,😛豬大腸,羊肉,牛肉粒!😜呢啲真係可以瘋狂encore!🤩食完海鮮又食咗咁多肉,🥰係時候到咗甜品嘅環節!😉呢度嘅雪糕口味選擇都幾多,😍有阿波羅嘅雲呢拿味道,😌甜甜地真係唔錯㗎!😏食燒烤,梗係要飲返罐汽水啦!😤飲品選擇都係超級多,無糖嘅選擇亦都係好受歡迎!🥳🌕最後MoonMoon幾滿意依度,食物選擇多,而且可以食足三個鐘,真係好抵食!🤩店員嘅服務態度都好好,有求必應!😜兩間分店俾我嘅感覺都係好好嘅,睇嚟我對佢嘅喜愛程度又加深咗喇!🌕 continue reading

3小時流水蝦燒烤放題🦐🦐大鴻輝呢一間流水蝦真係好好食一入到去已經覺得個環境好闊落,唔使逼住坐呢個位真係好加分! 職員亦都非常之有禮貌 一去到會介紹俾我哋聽要點樣做 啲嘢嘅位置放喺邊度👍🏻 同埋坐低佢哋會比一碟鰻魚我地 非常之好味跟住就已經可以即刻去拎嘢食同埋捉蝦🤣🤣我就好多唔同嘅海鮮每一樣海鮮都好鮮甜 同埋食得出好新鮮🤟🏻串燒嘅種類亦都非常之多 最鍾意食個玉子燒~~飲品同雪糕都有好多唔同嘅款式🙂下次都一定會再去👍🏻 continue reading

第一次家人𪊴祝生日去食釣蝦 座位位置比想像中闊 同地下係乾的 但我之前諗嘅唔同 枱旁會有個長魚缸 你要用夾去夾蝦出嚟燒 蝦黃是金黃色 這是我第一次見蝦黃原來這樣的顏色 超級新鮮 店舖也提供多樣小食、生肉、海鮮、飲品、甜品放題 見隔離枱都拿成10幾隻鮑魚嚟燒😂 甜品裡 除了有正常味嘅雪糕 也有推出幾款特別口味 如奶茶 益力多等 香港人口味其中最推介嘅甜品是海鹽雪糕 比起沖繩牌出的那款 味道嚟得更濃味 我而加係出面都未揾到而款 見到想買 continue reading

荃灣的大鴻輝不嬲都係美食天堂,今次我們去了一家可以吃到海鮮和燒肉的自助餐廳,價錢只係348港幣,真係好抵!進去一看,海鮮區就擺滿了扇貝、帶子、魷魚、鮑魚、生蠔、沙白蜆、黃花魚。還有幾個大冰箱,裡面堆滿了各種串燒和肉類,像是沙薑雞翼、蒜蓉雞翼、黑椒雞翼、羊排、叉燒、豬頸肉、雞皮、鴨胸、豬大腸、芝士丸、小腸,還有菠蘿等等,多到講唔晒。一坐㡳,服務員會過來教我們怎麼烤大頭蝦,要用個水筒去拎冰加水,之后就捉新鮮嘅大頭蝦上嚟,放入筒到凍暈大頭蝦。仲教我們用電爐的方法,上層擺海鮮、下層烤串燒。他們還端上了一盤烤白鱔🐟,外皮烤得香脆,肉質彈牙,非常好食!之後就開始烤大頭蝦,烤好的大頭蝦外皮酥脆,肉質彈牙,蝦頭的膏也超級好吃。食物介紹▫️必食生蠔:在生蠔上加點蒜蓉去烤,烤出來的生蠔還是很飽滿多汁,加左蒜蓉真係同出街買45蚊隻燒生蠔一樣咁好食!▫️鮑魚:烤之前要用剪刀把鮑魚跟殼剪開,不然烤的時候會爆汁。鮑魚很新鮮,吃起來爽口彈牙,蘸點豉油味道更鮮美。▫️扇貝:扇貝記得拎橙色肝的,加點蒜蓉和牛油,再點點豉油,味道超鮮甜!▫️蒜蓉雞翼:雞翼味道蒜香濃郁,醃得很入味,肉質鮮嫩。▫️豬腳:豬腳因為肉厚所以要烤久一點,但等一等絕對值得!醬汁滲透到豬腳裡面,烤出來香氣四溢。▫️菠蘿:烤菠蘿出奇的多汁,超級香甜,是解膩和甜點的好選擇!吃飽之後去拿杯雪糕來圓滿結束這頓大餐~雪糕仲有好多款揀! continue reading

荃灣大鴻輝出名多正嘢食,今次我地去咗間任食海鮮燒肉嘅餐廳,呢度只要$348就可以食到多款海鮮、串燒同甜品🤩。一入到嚟,就見到海鮮檔擺放咗扇貝、帶子、魷魚🦑、鮑魚、生蠔🦪、沙白蜆、黃花魚🐟等等海鮮。另一邊有個大雪櫃放咗超多款式嘅串燒同肉類,有沙薑雞翼🐤、蒜蓉雞翼🐤、黑椒雞翼🐤、豬髀仔🍗、羊架🐑、叉燒🐷、豬頸肉🐷、雞皮🐤、鴨胸🦆、豬大腸🐷、芝士丸🍡、腸仔、菠蘿🍍等等。坐低座位後,店員會教我哋點樣燒大頭蝦同教我地用電爐,上層放海鮮下層燒串燒,然後就送上一碟燒白鱔俾我哋🐟,燒完外皮香脆 ,肉質Q彈,加埋甜甜嘅醬汁超好食呀😍!係度可以睇住大頭蝦喺水缸入面游嚟游去🦐,非常生猛。拎住冰桶喺出面加冰🧊同水💦,然後夾起大頭蝦放喺冰水入邊,凍暈佢之後就可以燒。燒完嘅大頭蝦外皮脆卜卜,肉質爽彈而且蝦頭有膏好正😋。🩵海鮮推介🩵▫️生蠔:加啲蒜蓉放喺生蠔上面燒🦪,燒完嘅生蠔仍然飽滿多汁!▫️鮑魚:燒之前記得將鮑魚同殼用鉸剪分開✂️,如果唔係燒嗰時會彈起身🙈!鮑魚新鮮識郁架,口感爽口彈牙,沾豉油食鮮甜味出晒嚟😍!▫️扇貝:扇貝最鍾意食有橙色膏🧡,加啲蒜蓉牛油🧈同豉油食,好好味。出面仲有粉絲拎,自製蒜蓉粉絲扇貝都得~🧡串燒推介🧡▫️蒜蓉雞翼:雞翼蒜香味十足🧄,醃得夠入味,肉質嫩滑🐤。▫️豬髀仔:豬髀仔厚肉所以燒嘅時間比較耐,但真係值得等👍🏻!甜甜嘅醬汁滲透入豬髀仔裏面,燒完香噴噴真係好滋味阿🐷~▫️菠蘿:燒菠蘿超多汁🍍,非常香甜,做飯後甜品同解膩一流!食完之後去甜品櫃食返杯雪糕做今餐完結~☺️🍨📍 蝦蝦燒 (荃灣)荃灣眾安街55號大鴻輝(荃灣)中心11樓 continue reading
