今日收工無意中發現呢間樓上火鍋店地址位於金馬倫道一幢商廈3樓地點非常方便上到去嘅時候比一般火鍋店企理環境好乾淨 空氣唔會好侷促 而且裝修得好靚睇得出老闆好注重細節位上到舖頭一出𨋢 見到流水座冇多餘嘅雜物 第一個印象已經好好講到食物見到佢哋嘅火鍋有好多湯底真係好難揀 傳統嘅創新嘅都有相信每一個人心目中都會有佢想食嘅湯底可以滿足晒所有人 今次揀咗佢哋椰子花甲蟹湯底 初初飲比較清淡都打邊爐,打到尾聲嘅時候 再飲嘅時候,確實好鮮甜 飲完都唔會好頸渴 唔係味精湯嗰隻加上佢嘅湯底裏面已經有晒花甲螃蟹粟米蘿蔔同秀珍菇 所以真係性價比好高 可以嗌少幾樣餸而佢哋嘅食材都好新鮮最令我印象深刻嘅係佢哋有四寶丸 酒心雞肉丸 同流沙墨魚丸 芝士蝦丸 梅菜豬肉丸 四隻都好好食 而且呢個組合 真係好少見 好有噱頭 老闆喺研究新菜式方面 都非常用心 椒鹽粟米同孜然單骨雞翼都好好食 大家一定要嗌嘅 我覺得係 無骨醉豬手 醉雞就食得多 豬手嘅味道同口感一流 重點係冇骨同埋配菜涼拌雲耳都非常好開胃 所以下次一定要點 服務質素都好好 定時會有人行過嚟跟進我哋嘅食物 同關心我哋食後感冇諗過喺呢度都會受到五星級酒店嘅服務而且佢哋嘅員工反應都好快亦都好有耐性解答客人嘅問題員工都培訓得好好 保持一致性總結 呢餐四個人總共食咗$1500左右平均每人食咗$350 呢個價錢絕對值得!享受到優質服務,食物同環境嘅品質~我會再介紹朋友過嚟! continue reading
