發掘一下銅鑼灣好去處,除咗行商場外,當然唔少得發掘食嘢既地方,登龍街一直都系夜晚爆客既食街,要逛就梗系搵間有噱頭既餐廳試試,呢間以日式菜為主既酒吧風格餐廳,岩我地想一邊用餐同時飲酒、一邊暢所欲言🥳❤️👉🏻頭盤沙律-蕃茄開胃沙律汁配鮮番茄,番茄一早去走咗皮切好咗,落埋蔥花系面,擺盤都幾靚,味道蕃茄鮮甜+微酸沙津汁好夾😋😋👉🏻螢光魷魚螢光魷魚漬,日本料理常見菜都系用酒醃製,酒味濃郁但又蓋唔住螢光魷魚鮮味,帶少少咬口,配酒真系好正👍🏻🤤💦👉🏻辣酒凍風螺🌶️🌶️第一味厚身爽彈牙,鮮味後,少少辣味後勁上尼先到酒味,比較多層次既凍食,細手到手套+叉+盛載螺榖既碗都預備好,食既時間唔會成手汁,非常體貼既用餐安排🥺☝🏻👉🏻海膽熔岩魚餅黑色望落以為系菇類,一咬落就知點解叫熔岩,有爆漿式爆炸咗海膽入口中,鮮甜濃烈,都真系幾讚既一道小食🥳🥳👉🏻避風塘茄子🌶️🌶️茄子帶辣味+ 避風塘做法,飲緊啤酒個時,非常愛追住食,一啖啤酒一啖避風塘茄子,perfect match😆👉🏻松葉蟹肉甲羅燒呢味花咗少心機用fresh青瓜,配上3重蟹(蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽)做餡料,食落味道濃得尼唔會咁膩,做到口味中和😍😍👉🏻厚燒牛舌面頭落咗些少鹽同埋胡椒,厚度成3cm左右,牛扒都冇咁厚既厚到,食落又唔會韌到有筋,三兩個除咗鹽+ 胡椒帶出牛味外,都容易咬,最怕出面食到咬唔完既牛,呢款牛舌完勝無咀嚼困難😛👉🏻蠔(4件)燒蠔內汁鎖住系裡面,上枱仲keep住脹卜卜,一咬汁就開始流晒出尼,鮮甜又肥味,一碟4件每人兩件都覺得有d未夠喉😙😙👉🏻蟹盛卸好燒有d似大阪燒,擺盤甚至用埋大阪燒個類鏟放底,方便客人分切卸好燒,上邊有蟹膏蟹籽沙律,下面餅底又唔會過厚,除咗配料豐富之外,加埋底層都幾有飽肚感,食到最後真系岩岩好當主食成間餐廳風格都幾大膽設計,有酒吧吧坐,亦有用餐圓枱設計,播放音樂多元化,有西式歌、韓國歌…唔陌生既歌曲,氣氛好好,一定keep住入客,唔少客人都enjoy吧坐去用餐,唔少陳列酒架做裝飾,霓虹燈擺設,有d入咗另一個世界既感覺食物除咗選擇多元花,酒類以威士忌、啤酒、吟釀為主,呢三種酒類各有情調各有享受😎enjoy餐飯來講,呢到都幾岩老友/另一半來體驗chill一下,除咗人食飽,連相機都可以食飽,服務亦都好好,細心俾時間空間我地影相再慢慢上菜,值得再光顧光顧既地方👅🍻 continue reading

《Hungry Monkey - 銅鑼灣》食日式鐵板燒價錢唔一定好離地既,呢間馬騮仔我間中都會帶朋友黎食飯,唔洗好似傳統日式鐵板燒咁一定要叫set,可以按照自己想食同埋喜好去決定叫菜,而且食物嘅種類好多,飲住highball食鐵板燒,感覺比起傳統坐吧枱嘅鐵板燒casual少少但又不失風味😉一共有兩間分店,而我就覺得銅鑼灣呢間就更熱鬧同埋更有日本風味💁🏻‍♀️頭盤沙律 $28頭盤次次都係我好鍾意食嘅凍蕃茄,用咗酸酸地嘅汁配搭,餐廳落咗啲炸蒜同埋香蔥令到佢嘅味道更加鮮味同埋有層次,頭盤食呢一個可以清一清個口腔,準備接住落嚟嘅菜式👍🏻我每次都必點💁🏻‍♀️辣酒凍風螺 $68呢度嘅東風螺唔係用咗日式製作嘅方法,佢嘅口味反而帶少少麻辣,但係個醬汁又有少少甜甜地幾特別,甜味可以幫忙中和到個麻辣,用嚟送酒一流💁🏻‍♀️厚燒牛舌 $128我個人都幾推薦呢個厚燒牛舌,佢價錢唔算好貴,而且份量都唔少,如果鍾意食牛舌的話,你一定會喜歡佢嗰個爽口彈牙但係入面又好嫩嘅口感👍🏻簡簡單單用鹽調味已經好好食,師傅將佢煎到七成熟左右,入面仲保存左肉汁,所以就算凍咗你咬落去都唔會覺得好韌,口感仲係好軟嫩的💁🏻‍♀️鐵板活北寄貝 $108今次我同朋友叫咗海鮮試吓,其中一樣係當日廚師推介嘅鐵板活北寄貝,餐廳用咗炸蒜同埋牛油調味,北寄貝軟滑又帶有濃香既牛油味😋💁🏻‍♀️蟶子 $136蟶子同北寄貝嘅口感又有少少唔一樣,佢反而爽口一點,食到少少海水味同埋炸蒜嘅香味,同樣咩都唔使點就已經好好食啦,食得出鮮味💁🏻‍♀️鐵板帆立貝 $68帆立貝口感香滑軟糯,師傅將兩邊微微用牛油煎香,再用咗少少醬油調味,燒嘅時候超級香😎咬落去肉汁同鮮味出晒嚟👍🏻記住趁熱食先至食得到嗰種黏黏嘅感覺😋大愛💁🏻‍♀️明太子御好燒 $178呢一度一向都出名御好燒,今次就叫咗明太子口味的,鹹香味十足而且食到多重口感,有椰菜嘅爽脆、明太子沙律醬嘅香濃、御好燒嘅軟綿綿、紫菜同埋紅薑嘅清新等等,呢一個配搭好惹味😋好食💁🏻‍♀️松葉蟹肉海膽炒飯 $158其實叫咗御好燒就唔應該叫炒飯嘅😂不過兩樣都好想試冇辦法,個蟹肉海膽炒飯你會真真正正見到有蟹肉絲同埋海膽喺個飯入面,淡淡都有海膽肉嘅鮮甜,個飯入面有啲細蔥同埋炸蒜頭🧄而且飯粒粒粒分明夠乾身,都真係幾好食㗎,不過建議兩個人食的話,主食揀炒飯或者御好燒是但一樣好啲,如果唔係就太飽喇💁🏻‍♀️朱古力香蕉 $28呢個朱古力香蕉期間限定,之後就會有一段時間冇得食啦😢當日見到其他客人叫嘅時候覺得好得意,佢其實就係即製嘅香蕉朱古力蛋糕,有啲似日本好熱賣嗰個香蕉蛋糕手信咁,但係佢嘅外皮係脆脆的,而且入面吱滿咗香蕉醬同埋朱古力醬,新鮮滾熱辣拎到你面前嘅口味零舍唔同,特別好食的👍🏻如果見到呢部機仲喺餐廳門口就記住一定要叫啦😎我真係超鍾意呢個甜品😘外型可愛而且又好好味,特別係用嚟裝住朱古力香蕉蛋糕嘅嗰條蕉皮😳原來食完嗰條蕉皮仲可以拎返屋企的🥰雖然唔知之後可以用嚟裝咩,但係我真係好鍾意條蕉皮好得意😎💁🏻‍♀️梅干 威士忌割水 $68食鐵板燒又點可以冇酒水呢?😝我今次就試咗梅乾Highball😉 相比起傳統嘅highball味道會多咗一層酸甜,飲落清新爽口,而且粒梅乾都醃得幾好食,想試吓新口味嘅highball不妨叫黎試下 continue reading
