@中環日本長期預約困難店挽肉と米終於登陸香港啦🤩之前有幸食過東京吉祥寺店, 今次味道感覺同日本店相若, 但就附送多一個無敵靚海景👍一般客人都會選擇挽肉と米套餐, 包括三件和牛漢堡扒, 日本產米(白飯任裝) 同埋一碗麵豉湯; 日本產米時有更換, 今日就食到長野縣產嘅越光米🍚餐廳採開放式格局,一共有24個座位; 廚師會喺你面前搓揉漢堡扒, 然後喺大烤爐上面燒至於食法,佢哋建議三件漢堡扒分開三個食法,第一: 先原味去嘗試, 和牛肉汁咬開即四溢, 味道濃郁,另外可再配以唔同嘅醬汁去品嘗到第二件,佢哋會奉上柚子醋同蘿蔔泥, 口感比較輕盈; 柚子醋嘅酸味帶出唔同層次, 非常開胃最後客人可以自己去取一隻生雞蛋,放上去漢堡扒上, 就變咗一碗窩蛋牛肉飯😂三種食法各有不同, 客人可隨自己喜好加以調味; 而$138嘅價錢就可食到仲奉上維港景餸飯, 真係十分超值(排隊時間另計)😂據聞暫時都只係可以親身去排隊取票, 之後應該會有網上預約; 同埋感覺應該好快會開分店,所以之後應該唔使咁辛苦去排隊 continue reading

上年8月去過日本預約唔到,一直都心心念念,今次終於有香港開一號店!梗係要嚟朝聖一下。11點正式開門,未夠十點已經嚟排定隊,好多人都同我一樣咁誠心早啲嚟。好彩職員嚴格執行一人一票,每票最多兩人嘅規定,唔係都未必輪到我食第一輪。等到快11點就派籌,入門口個刻都有啲興奮。先係門口位點餐機落單,基本一款HK138套餐唔駛揀,每份已包三塊漢堡,麵豉湯同無限白飯。其實位於中環黃金地段,HKD138真係算良心價。另外再加咗薯仔沙津同生薑梳打。全部座位都係高檯設計,可以欣賞靚仔店員係面前燒烤,同時都可以睇到師傅現場準備漢堡。座位抽屜有介紹三塊漢堡嘅建議食法。第一塊原汁原味,無添加已經肉味濃厚,咬一口肉汁滿瀉。白飯無限添加,侍應會主動幫你添飯,但記得要留意唔好食過量呀😂。第二塊建議食法係蘿蔔泥同柚子醋,口味清新,另有一番風味。第三塊就可以加生蛋同埋豆拌醬油,技術有限影唔到蛋係漢堡上面😂每一塊都會放係面前嘅鐵網上,有翻牌提示食到第幾塊,最後仲有個Thank you 字樣,呢啲細緻位正正反映餐廳嘅小心思。飯碗小小嘅設計,正好令人每次食一塊漢堡仲有新鮮熱辣嘅白飯伴隨,真係諗得周到,我嘅紀碌係三碗飯。雖然一開始排咗超過一個鐘,但食物質素加埋殷勤服務,難得係IFC開店,美食加美景,係香港獨有,絕對物超所值。正如黃老闆講嘅Affordable Luxury,強烈推介! continue reading

.中環IFC· 日本神級炭燒漢堡扒過江龍正式登港!.挽肉と米 Hikiniku To Come📍中環金融街8號國際金融中心商場4樓4011號舖.➰相信鐘意飛日本嘅朋友對依間餐廳一定唔會陌生,近年話題不斷,人龍不斷嘅超預約困難店依間餐廳一定榜上有名,筆者曾經係疫情仍未完全放寬旅行限制期間已經兩度出發日本朝聖,都係摸門釘收場,最後要三顧草廬先至排除萬難,一償所願食到依間神級漢堡扒。.終於,今年初牛角集團宣佈同其合作,將餐廳引入至香港,香港第一間分店設於中環IFC,筆者對此心心念念,回憶中嘅美味更係牽腸掛肚念念不忘,決定即刻同大家去一探究竟。.餐廳位於IFC商場4樓平台,採用落地玻璃設計,采光度十足,仲可以遠眺維海景色,現場設有同日本一樣嘅購票機同寄存衣帽間,防止油煙沾上,貼心抵讚。當中最觸目當然要數座位圍住嘅兩個為大家炮製神級漢堡扒嘅即烤炭爐,據知餐廳為左實現同日本一模一樣嘅開放式炭火炭爐落左相當大苦功先獲發牌照,淨係依一點我都推薦大家嚟試試!.➿排隊拎飛攻略➿大家一定最關心要點樣先食到依間神級預約困難店,餐廳由於新張試業,預計要6月先會開放網上預約系統,現時餐廳採取全現場取票方式入座,每日上午11點開始派飛,最多每張飛2位,餐廳設有28個座位,預計每日派出300張飛,每位進食時間約為45分鐘至1小時,號碼飛亦有QR code可以睇實叫飛情況,建議大家拎飛之後就可以行返入去ifc嘆住冷氣行下街先,詳情及注意事項可參考香港「挽肉と米」社交平台。.➰「挽肉と米」套餐➰ 💲138餐廳只供應一款套餐,套餐包括現烤牛肉漢堡扒三件(90g/件) 、現煮日本米飯、味噌湯、生雞蛋一隻、蘿蔔泥配自家製柚子醋。另外仲有飲品及兩款小食,分別係免治牛肉薯仔沙律及泡菜。.➰建議食法➰大家買完飛,安排就座後店員會介紹一次餐廳特色同食法及各種漢堡扒調味配料,唔記得嘅話,大家可以打開座位前嘅櫃桶亦有食法介紹,然後就可以出去拎定每位一隻生雞蛋,餐廳亦有水自助形式供應,店員亦會相繼送上米飯及味噌湯。.❀第一件: 第一啖建議原汁原味,直接大啖咬落去,感受漢堡扒係口腔爆發出嚟嘅肉汁同炭燒香氣; 之後可以係各款調味料挑選最適合自己嘅味道,個人最鐘意豆瓣醬及青唐辛子鹽漬檸檬,前者惹味後者清新,同再將漢堡扒放係白飯上面,吸收肉汁,送飯一流。.❀第二件: 店員會奉上餐廳每日新鮮即製蘿蔔蓉同自家製柚子醋,可以將蘿蔔蓉鋪係漢堡扒上,淋上柚子醋再一齊入口,味道酸爽清新,同漢堡扒配合可以話係白飯殺手。⭐️4.2/5⭐️.❀第三件: 大家終於可以將之前拎嘅生雞蛋拎出黎,可以選擇取出蛋黃放係漢堡上融入漢堡扒同白飯之中,一齊品嚐又滑嫩又有炭香嘅滋味;又或者將雞黃打勻,用上漢堡扒沾汁亦係滑嫩解膩之選,非常滿足。 ⭐️4.3/5⭐️.➰總結➰餐廳主打新鮮每日製作現絞 100%日本牛肉,再以新鮮現烤,採用即場炭火燒烤漢堡扒送至客人面前,另外更特設羽釜鍋新鮮現煮日本米飯,令飯粒均勻受熱鬆軟可口,如此高成本高還原度高效率還原日本滋味,無論如何都非常推薦大家一試依間神級炭燒漢堡扒!➿➿➿#挽肉と米 #HikinikuToComeHK ##HikinikuToCome#香港1號店 #中環美食 #IFCMall#hkfood #hkfoodie #foodiehk #hkfoodblogger #hkfoodlover #hkfoodstagram #hkfoodporn #852eats #hkiger#食好西 #相機食先 #香港美食#挽肉と米套餐#新鮮現煮 #新鮮現煮 #新鮮現烤#神級漢堡扒. continue reading
