我本身就好鐘意食干炒牛河既,但而家好難揾到算係有質素既牛河啦。今次食木子,見到menu上有,就諗住試下啦。佢地既干炒牛河唔算油膩,食落去唔會成口油。牛肉分量多,大塊而且嫩。加埋有少少辣,辣味岩岩好,開胃得黎又易入口,而且有辣味選擇,食唔到辣可以揀少辣。不過美中不足既係佢河粉好碎同埋價錢有啲貴。味道就真係唔錯,鐘意牛河既可以一試! continue reading

紅磡出名多野食,poly人平時食人飯必去今日尼到木子餐廳食lunch環境ok舒適,坐左梳化位入面已好多人,似乎應該幾唔錯一開餐牌就比個豬頸肉飯餐吸引住,當然就即刻落單啦十分鐘左右,碟飯就尼啦,十分快豬頸肉分量都幾多下,仲要排得靚靚,比起平時係屋企樓下食嘅賣相更吸引豬頸肉外層煎得非常香脆,金黃色,好誘人肉質同時保持到爽口唔dry,有肉汁! 一個字 : 正!!!!由於餸嘅分量都ok多,加上配埋蔥油薑蓉,平時大餸嘅我都夠哂食40蚊左右有咁多豬頸肉食,仲跟埋野飲,好抵,會再食 continue reading

今日中午終於走去試試, 入去已經覺得意外, 只有三二枱客. 二人叫了二份咖哩雞飯午餐, 來的時候份量正常, 買相都OK, 一入口便知不妙, 雞肉一大陣雪味, 咖哩又淡又無味. 食了二口只好放棄, 真的難以入口. 咖哩雞都可以煮到咁, 其他的真不敢試了. continue reading

可認真一點或對客人好一點嗎? 一看或一吃便吃知不是即燒的, 應該是翻炸就算, 十分之乾, 沒味道不差的一個餐, 雞已去骨, 肉滑但不是很厚肉, 皮厚但沒肥, 雞油飯不是很香雞油味, 湯很清但都不浀味, 三款醬汁都齊備原來認真起來, 都可有一個炒得好的菜, 聽見廚房內火哄哄的聲音炒著菜, 便知夠鑊氣, 結果很香很美味, 菜都很嫩, 味道均勻 continue reading

假日於紅磡區活動, 下午茶途經木子餐廳, 見環境都不錯便試試.下午茶約有13款選擇, 其中8款為小食及喇沙$28, 另5款為炒粉麵$32.點了'魚蛋雞絲喇沙' - 份量不大, 女仕們OK但男仕們應該不夠飽. 雖然份量細,但味道OK.另外四款點炒粉麵...揚州炒飯 - 賣相一般, 味道太鹹.福建炒麵 - 食落味道似豉油皇炒麵.森巴干炒牛河 - 味道一般, 太油了.星州炒米 - 上檯時問侍應為何星州炒米不是黃色的? 侍應回答說因為他們用香料不同. 本以為很特別, 但食落味道似豉油皇炒米粉.三碟炒麵炒河炒米賣相及味道其實都只是大同小異...餐茶點了熱奶茶, 茶雖濃但還有一種似水喉水的味道, 同樣情況發生在熱檸水, 實在奇怪.無下次. continue reading
