位於黃埔地區的麵包店,滿地可餅店憑藉著一系列精心製作的手工麵包而深受當地人青睞。這次我就購買了大提子麥包、朱古力軟包和麻糬波波尤其引人注目。大提子麥包外皮掛滿了提子,內裡則是綿密蓬鬆的麵包體。大顆飽滿的葡萄乾散發著自然甜香,與麵包的清新口感和諧共生,回味無窮。一袋五個裝的朱古力軟包,價錢合理大眾化性價比極高,細緻柔軟的麵包包裹著濃郁滑順的朱古力餡料,在口中化開的同時,甜蜜的滋味也隨之而來。麻糬波波,外層柔軟Q彈的麻糬包裹住內裡綿密細緻的麥芽糖心,口感層次豐富。在咀嚼中,甜蜜醇厚的風味漸次綻放。 continue reading

本來特意去買麻薯波波,可惜放工過去已賣光。當日店裏還有個叔叔也想買,一進門就大聲表示想要麻薯🤣,看來應該是熟客,可惜店員指要半小時後才有新鮮的出爐🥹… 那好吧,只能等下次了。✅紅豆燒餅($6️⃣)很多紅豆蓉,亦不會太甜,可encore。✅朱古力泡芙($1️⃣2️⃣)店員大力推薦,所以買了個試試,cream很多,泡芙亦很大一個,很划算。✅伯爵茶瑪德蓮蛋糕($1️⃣6️⃣)沒想到居然有瑪德蓮蛋糕,淡淡的伯爵茶香,有點像平時的小蛋糕,當下午茶很不錯。✅古早紫菜肉鬆蛋糕($2️⃣0️⃣)最推薦這個!蛋香一足,而且超級鬆軟,加上肉鬆咸香,性價比超高!雖然這家看起來只是個普通的街坊小店,但出品很不錯,以後買早餐又有多一個選擇了。 continue reading

【九龍城區】【滿地可餅店】大家都知我係喺紅磡返工嘅,所以雖然講到去餐廳食飯就盡量會做到十八區報到,但係有啲生活化啲嘅飲食選擇,都會想喺返附近完成。之前講過宵夜檔,今次就講麵包舖,喺黃埔站 A 出口一出就見到嘅呢間「滿地可餅店」就係我最近食得比較多嘅一間。初初見佢個名以為會賣加拿大嘢甚至法國嘢,點知原來係本地薑,係地道港式麵包店。我試過呢間好多樣嘢,例如 $22 嘅「斑蘭瑞士卷」,係幾香幾好食嘅。而 $10.5 嘅「花生忌廉包」同 $13 嘅「布甸麵包」都係我喜歡嘅麵包,當然仲有 $6 嘅「豆沙燒餅」。焗嘅嘢我試過 $12 嘅「雞批」,幾好,而 $6 嘅「蛋白蛋撻」係牛油皮,經理哥都話正。而 $9 嘅「蛋黃酥」同 $7 嘅「提子鬆餅」都焗得好香好正。甜品有各 $12 嘅「朱古力泡芙」同「燉蛋」,甜而不膩,正。我仲未試過佢哋出名嘅麻糬波波,下次吧。。。(地址:紅磡民兆街2-20號黃埔新村地下N1號舖) continue reading
