呢間位於尖沙咀K11附近嘅日本餐廳,之前已經嚟過幾次食lunch,今次再訪整體都keep到水準。餐廳唔算好大,不過裝修充滿日本風格同特色日系裝飾,而且性價比都算高和風刺身沙律上面鋪咗啲薄切白魚刺身,刺身爽滑,撈埋酸酸甜甜嘅沙律汁同沙律菜一齊食都開胃極尚海之幸丼,呢個丼飯集合晒所有正嘅刺身喺度,有大拖羅、海膽、牡丹蝦、蟹鉗、鯛魚、鮑魚、吞拿魚蓉、三文魚籽,好豐富刺身魚普遍新鮮而且厚切,大拖羅入口即溶,而牡丹蝦、蟹鉗同鮑魚都幾爽口彈牙三文魚松葉蟹肉卷包到大大件而且餡料豐富,卷物上面仲放咗啲三文魚粒粒同三文魚籽,唯一個卷比較淡味,可以加返少少調味就更好串燒我哋order咗雞肉蔥卷、黑豚蘆筍卷、黑豚秋葵卷、番薯仔、燒豆腐同明太子翠玉瓜,串燒都ok,個人幾鍾意個燒豆腐,佢上面鋪咗豆瓣醬,帶點微辣,配埋微脆嘅豆腐度幾惹味,而黑豚卷包埋蔬菜一齊食都幾有口感同好食 continue reading
