本來想去食Slow Cow,但係今晚有private gathering,所以冇開放俾公眾,唯有搵其他餐廳,最後去咗食祥仔。南瓜湯好滑好香濃,非常好飲。巨型吉列魚柳滑蛋飯配青咖喱汁,名副其實塊吉列魚柳真係超級無敵大,炸粉唔算厚,外層炸得好脆口,而裏面嘅魚仲好滑,一啲都冇炸過龍,青咖喱汁香得來唔太辣,配埋啲白飯啱啱好。泰式大蝦煎蛋辣肉碎飯,辣椒都幾多,適合鍾意食辣嘅人,最抵死係可以揀免費加多一隻煎蛋,非常食客友善! continue reading

K11依個商場,我都行咗好多次。不過都係買吓嘢好少喺度搵嘢食。晚餐嘅時間見到依間餐廳嘅鐵板餐好吸引,門口仲有大廚張錦祥嘅宣傳,睇返個餐牌都好多嘢食選擇。我同朋友就決定喺度一人一個餐解決個晚餐。我就要咗澳洲西冷牛扒,黑椒汁係店員幫手淋,咁就唔怕會彈到自己。黑椒汁同埋西冷牛扒真係好夾,西冷牛扒好嫩,餐湯就升級咗做兩日兩夜羅宋湯,加$3就有咁足料嘅羅宋湯真係唔錯👍🏻餐飲我就揀咗雪糕紅豆冰,經典嘅感覺。朋友嗰個係芝士煙肉長通粉與溫泉蛋,呢個長通心粉真係好有驚喜,佢有啲卡邦尼嘅感覺,芝士奶油嘅香味,再加上煙肉鹹鹹香香真係好惹味,將溫泉蛋篤開,流心嘅蛋黃液,再配埋通心粉一齊食,好吸引。如果唔轉餐湯就係是日餐湯,當日嘅餐湯係蘑菇湯,其實都好高質素。朋友嘅餐飲就係菠蘿冰,佢話夏天就需要一杯菠蘿冰消暑。😂 continue reading

經過K11見到有間Ricky San開的餐廳常常看電視飲食節目都會見到他出現 即管試試名廚開的餐廳味道如何晚餐點了主餐都會附送是日餐湯黑松露蘑菇湯味道頗為濃郁 可惜來得有點晚 羅宋湯已經賣完了看圖片好多材料好豐富 下次要試試鴛鴦叉燒煎蛋飯是店內招牌排行榜第一名 鴛鴦叉燒有梅頭和豬腩兩個部位一款肉質比較嫩滑 豬腩部分就比較油香加上半熟流心蛋和甜醬油 確實不錯鐵板澳洲西冷牛扒在滾燙的鐵板上淋上黑椒醬汁 好香好誘人呀西冷扒好厚 吃起來肉質蠻嫩的配了大量薯菜還有一大碗飯 份量大到吃不完自家製葡撻可以優惠價加配 這個真的好好吃酥皮好鬆脆 蛋的部分好嫩不太甜 必吃推介菠蘿冰和檸檬茶都好好喝 鴛鴦檸檬令香味更有層次 continue reading
