To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 在荃灣海之戀行完Donki 去了隔離的酒樓「彩薈軒」食晚飯。🥳這間酒樓裝修都不錯,以花為主,枱與枱之間都很寬敞,坐得很舒服,又有海景睇,環境相當好。😍現時有2個特價菜,$38金牌脆皮燒雞和$ 8 8清蒸生猛龍𧄌班。2至5位可叫1款,6位以上可叫2款,最後我們選了金牌脆皮燒雞。👍另外,必食12道風味,當然要試下,我們選了得奬客家燜豬肉和海鮮雜菜粉絲煲。👍~得獎客家燜豬肉🐷,聽到”得獎”🏆兩字應該係這𥚃的招牌菜,豬肉肥而不膩,瘦而不柴,幾入味,不過有又唔會覺得太鹹,不錯,裡面的酸菜和芹菜我朋友吃得好滋味。😋~海鮮雜菜粉絲煲🍲,𥚃面真係好多類型的海鮮,有巨型帶子、鮮蝦、螺片、蟹柳、樣樣都鮮甜入味,份量十足,不馬虎,還有冬菇、菜、粉絲,浸著鮮甜的湯飲落好啱我口味。😋~金牌脆皮燒雞🐔,初初我哋以為平價隻雞份量細,不過上菜後有點驚喜,隻雞都幾大隻,咬落皮都相當脆口。😋很滿足的晚餐,我們都頂著肚子走。😍 continue reading

今晚跟爸爸來海之戀吃晚餐,帶爸爸吃中菜最好不過,這間中菜有多款特色小菜,看過點餐紙,發覺有很多款美味餸菜,而且還有做一些特價優惠,一些多人套餐等等,總會有一款啱心水。我跟爸爸兩人吃,所以便決定散叫一些小菜。晚市入座有一些特價小菜,我們點了$88的沙巴龍躉斑,仲有1斤2重的,相當之抵食。魚肉又嫩又滑,配上了蒸魚豉油味道很好鮮甜。魚肉啖啖肉龍躉斑相當好味,足料夠份量。超抵食的。另外還點了一款鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉,一般來說普通生炒咕嚕肉就吃得多,拔絲咕嚕肉就第一次吃到,估不到是這麼的好味,十分特別。因為每一件咕嚕肉外皮沾滿了醬料拔絲糖絲,把咕嚕肉夾起時造成拉絲效果。而且味道相當不錯,咕嚕肉脆脆淋淋的,入面啖啖肉沒有骨。味道相當開胃,加上有拔絲的甜甜的,口味就變成酸甜甜,配上了新鮮菠蘿份外清甜,仲有無數的車厘茄,正,這餸菜大人小朋友都必定讚賞。魚香茄子肉鬆煲,份量超多,茄子仲會去皮十分細心,茄子不會過腍,又不會太硬,時間控制得啱啱好,混和了肉鬆和醬汁,這客魚香茄子煲用來拌飯吃一流。想不到這個這麼簡單的魚香茄子煲,這裏也做得相當用心,而且用料十足,十分好味。酒樓環境好,而且座位闊落寬敞,服務員也相當熱心。 continue reading

BB豬好食,皮脆肉嫩肥美。脆皮炸子雞皮脆肉嫩,雖然有啲鹹。 其他菜式一般,斑腩太老、椒鹽鮮魷冇味、柚子京都骨還可以、黃金罩南瓜炸蝦雙拼一般般,一個冬瓜盅夠10個人食都算好抵。服務好友善,我哋帶咗蛋糕都冇收切餅費。除咗茶錢,亦都冇前菜費同埋其他亂七八糟費用,絕對係良心商家。香港晚市不大好,所以沒有限時離枱。服務員算多,而且馬上有反應,落單、上菜好快。漏單補單都快手。交通方便,荃灣西地鐵站樓上,十分方便。 continue reading
