母親節飯今年我哋一家三口帶埋工人姐姐同嫲嫲慶祝母親節,揀咗呢間荃灣吉列牛名店秘。以前每晚都必定大排長龍,但係出奇地今晚完全唔使排隊仲空位餐廳生意真係差咗好多不過好彩地食物質素冇乜大改變,我哋叫咗四份吉列牛,一份牛小排。肉嘅份量大概係八至十塊,份量絕不馬虎,每分套餐都會跟有白飯。吉列牛的話,店家會先把牛肉沾上麵包糠炸好再切件,然後我哋就可以跟着講自己嘅口味放上去已經預熱嘅石板去將牛肉加熱整熟。食完肉之後,仲可以用肉汁同牛油去炒更餐嘅蔬菜。食石板燒,其實最主要都係食食材嘅質量,呢一方面店家做得相當好,牛肉新鮮,油脂分布好平均,我哋都相當滿意。P.S. 屋企人冇幫吉列牛影相🫣 continue reading

今日晚餐嗌咗兩樣唔同嘅嘢食一:吉列牛🥩呢個係一人份嘅燒肉,首先佢會比油脂,咁之後就可以將啲肉擺上去自己一個一個咁樣燒,大概呢就會有七至八舊牛肉🐮我覺得牛肉嘅味道都OK嘅,不過肉汁就偏,腍,如果可以硬身少少🤏就好啲呢個係一個套餐set啦,會有埋個飯,上面有啲飯素🍚喺度都幾好食😋二:鰻魚飯🐠推介呢個鰻魚飯啊鰻魚都好大嚿同埋都好大份啲飯撈埋啲汁都係幾好食嘅味道,唔會話腥會再encore呢個鰻魚飯🐠環境方面:通常都係二人枱比較多嘅,個位有少少迫,如果可以多啲位就好啲如果係平時夜市就比較多人需要排隊總結:推介鰻魚飯,好好食唔腥❤️ continue reading

之前見到朋友食自己燒嘅吉列牛見到啲相好吸引決定嚟試吓😍聽講荃灣呢一間假期好多人要等好耐位所以決定平日過嚟食店入面空間唔大 大概都係10張枱左右 決定叫兩款唔同嘅牛同朋友share 叫咗好多人打卡嘅吉列牛同埋牛舌每塊牛嘅邊都係咁黃色望落去就好吸引😋首先每一個佢都會準備一舊好似豬肥肉 幫手出油比一陣燒牛個人覺得吉列牛個邊煎出嚟幾香口但係個牛比較靭 都比較難咬開🥹相反牛舌就比較薄身 入口都好香建議大家都加返個飯 連埋啲飯襯埋啲肉香啱啱好👍🏻最後人均大概$150 呢個價錢對於燒肉嚟講又唔算太貴 而且呢啲爐都幾特別可以一試不過比較麻煩係店舖淨係收現金最後就要去附近嘅七仔度撳錢先俾到錢 建議可以增設多啲唔同嘅收款方式🙏🏻 continue reading
