To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍一路都未探訪過呢間灣仔嘅隱世蛋包飯小店 與利東街一街之隔 位置方便 今日時間稍晏 好好彩唔使排隊! 餐廳只主打一款料理 可見店主對於烹調嘅蛋包飯相當「自慢」🙈 🌀三色蛋包飯 (咖哩豬肉× 忌廉雞肉)以蛋包飯分隔兩款醬汁 滑蛋雖然冇蛋汁流出 但口感相當滑溜🤗 我鍾意咖哩汁多d 餐廳用咗35種香料同天然蜜糖慢煮而成 咖哩汁偏甜濃味 撈飯食啱哂～ 而忌廉汁用上鮮忌廉製作 奶味較重 我覺得調味略為單調 不過值得一讚雞肉夠大塊之餘 因為用咗慢煮方式 所以肉質相當軟淋唔會嚡 入面仲有唔少西蘭花同紅蘿蔔 營養相對balance!

位於灣仔嘅呢間蛋包飯餐廳，開業咗好耐，算係我喺灣仔嘅食堂🤤如果平日lunch time，排隊時間要預15至20分鐘左右，入面位置比較少，排隊時就已經可以係張menu紙畫定要食咩，坐入去就好快可以食😼❇️濃茄牛肉➕和牛漢堡蛋包飯濃濃嘅蕃茄香味，酸酸地好開胃，另外牛腩燜得軟糯，食得出係質地好嘅牛肉。而和牛漢堡就係鹹香。蛋包飯上嘅蛋滑身有蛋香，賣相十分之唔錯，呢個飯嘅配搭真係好滿足🥰下次有機會都會試吓唔同嘅蛋包飯組合☺️👌🏻

I was drawn to the "Creamy Chicken and Beef Stew with Omurice" (忌廉雞肉/燴牛肉汁蛋包飯), a dish that promised a symphony of textures and flavors.The star of the show was undoubtedly the creamy chicken and beef stew. The sauce boasted a rich, savory depth, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the cream with the umami notes of the meat. Each spoonful was a delightful journey for the taste buds. 啱啱好到步冇3人位，都要企係門口等咗一段時間，入到去環境較為狹窄。上菜都好快，飯味道可以，三種味道可以慢慢品嚐，左邊係茄汁、右邊係咖喱，仲有上面足料嘅漢堡扒，輪住食。自己最鍾意係茄汁，連埋蛋包飯一齊，幾滋味。不過如果係女仔，份量算多，唔食好多的話，揀佢哋招牌都唔錯～整體評分（滿分5分）：味道：4分環境：3分推薦：4分
