呢間其實多人幫襯都有原因嘅,食左灣仔咁多間燒味店,呢間嘅味道又真係幾好,食物係OK!可惜最大問題係佢食物嘅份量好似好貨不對辦。嗌個燒味雙拼飯,雞拼燒鵝,幫襯佢10次有九次雞係會比雞翼(純粹個人體驗,但冇理由咁q嫁麻係咪?),仲唔係雞全翼,份量少得出奇之餘,唔知係咪想掩人耳目好似做到俾足份量你咁,會將一隻細細嘅雞翼切開6-7件拼埋去,睇落似有好多肉咁,覺得有啲搵笨。轉雞髀加錢我就明啫,一個好啲嘅部位,價錢先食到都應該,但唔代表唔加錢我冇機會抽到雞髀㗎嘛。唔講雞髀,咁雞翼呢?如果次次雙拼都係拼雞翼,咁不如你叫單拼雞翼飯,默認配雞翼,咁就合理啲,價錢又可以平番啲。六十零蚊一個中午飯,俾隻雞翼你嚟唔嚟譜。至於燒鵝,又係俾啲奇怪位,永遠都係會切到啲得浸皮黐住個殼嘅部位,真係想搵多舊肉都難。食完非常之唔飽,感覺只係食咗陣燒鵝皮同埋一隻雞翼嘅燒味雙拼飯。接住落嚟當然就係要講吓服務態度啦,一如既往多人幫襯嘅舖頭永遠都係好似唔休做咁,啲夥計係唔會理你,亦都唔需要態度好。(純粹個人感受)十問九唔應,感覺非常之冇禮貌。今時今日咁嘅服務態度係唔得㗎。不過冇計,可能知道多人幫襯,都唔使點理你。但你唔好忘記,疫情時候向政府申請抗疫基金都係納稅人出錢幫你。希望餐廳可以以提升服務質素。雖然一路都有幫襯,但依家真係忍唔住,決定以後唔幫襯。希望其他客人都可以有骨氣啲,唔好縱容呢啲食肆。相信一定有啲更好嘅選擇。 continue reading

路過灣仔有點肚餓記得上次食過間燒味飯係唔錯的於是又入去試吓佢其他食品入去好彩有位,畢竟係晚飯時間嘛都係由店員帶位坐低睇睇menu, 就試下佢個 S6 燒鵝米粉加凍奶茶走甜等咗大約五分鐘就上菜而食燒鵝,梗係要連皮食舊燒鵝一放入口,就嘗到淡淡嘅碳香明顯係用碳火燒過嘅模樣而咬落舊燒鵝塊皮仲脆口而且仲啖啖肉,幾好食而個米粉湯底唔太鹹飲一啖湯連埋啲䓤入口,簡直絕配啲米粉咬落唔係霉,又唔碎,正常發揮而凍奶茶叫走甜,真係有走不過畢竟係米粉,食完都未係好飽餐廳環境企理店員態度正常會再幫襯 continue reading

今天外賣半斤义燒,只要求淋d及走汁,回家打開,簡直令人驚嚇到無言,全部义燒接近系肥肉,痴線,要求淋d只因為比老人家食,吾系肥义,系廚房睇錯定系以為全肥义系等於淋,全部义燒剪去肥肉后,可以食得可能只有一半!太差勁! continue reading

朋友帶我食這間燒味,她推介叉燒和例湯,我平時唔敢多食燒味,都係怕唔衞生和高納,不過唔係經常食都唔驚得咁多,正所謂美食當前,唔理得咁多!我選了叉燒和燒腩仔湯米配例湯,下午茶價錢$50,叉燒唔肥夠諗,唔咸,燒腩仔香脆,肥度恰到好處,係好食嘅,湯米正常但唔夠熱,例湯足料,唔覺有味精,整體好食,價錢也可以。 continue reading
