It was still the final exam period but I couldn't resist the temptation. 以relax為藉口, 過海食我最愛的Italian crusine.~ 小店擺設的骰, 不会有擠迫的感覺 看set lunch menu 時, waitress有禮地端上包包, 啱哂我依个包癡一邊食一邊揀 ~別緻的樽~ 不平的底部麫包暖暖軟軟的, best to tip in olive oil and balsamic vinegar ~ 之後還來了snack. It was tasteless. 只係''咔嚓''(crispy)咬了下去終於選了2 lunch sets : Moreno Cedroni’s cuttlefish egg with tomato, ginger & craber, black ink pasta , AND , grilled seafood risotto (my must-order dist ) ''嘩~''母親大人驚喜地說個''湯樽''好特別, 我沒有什麼驚喜, 因為我一早知道, 多得食家小漏漏 這个minestrone吾錯, 熱辣辣, 材料豐富, 味道都算中上, 十分醒胃, 迎接挑戰 - 無論如何都要食tiramisu~ Moreno Cedroni's cuttlefish egg with tomato, ginger & craber, black ink pasta~ Black ink pasta 夠al dente, 但老一輩吾鐘意~ 吾緊要, 我鐘意~ Cuttlefish egg即係墨魚既卵~ 母親大人說佢looks like chestnut, 我就話佢既texture似chicken, taste like 魚卵, interesting~ 不過應該吾係人人鍾意cuttlefish egg~ becoz its unique flavour and smell~Grilled seafood risotto~ Seafood was cooked well, 爽口; risotto 都吾錯, 不過啲飯粒未夠飽滿, 可以再好啲, 個sauce 吾会太thick, 又吾會水汪汪~ 吾錯, fulfill the criteria suggested by Jamie Oliver. Free chocolate~ risotto 出名滯, 有啲擔心食吾到dessert~ 但忍吾到口, 食咗free chocolate, 應該係dark 既, 但係吾濃既chocolate 味, 比起地球另一面的可可豆造的chocolate... 不能比較~ 休息了足足30mins, 終於覺得無咁滯, 加錢叫tiramisu! In fact, 我吾係特別鐘意tiramisu, 只係想試下正吾正宗(係我join Study Tour 果陣個host mum煮咗每日吾同既italian food, 正宗得很~ )再加上無人同我share, ( 母親大人吾鍾意啲一pat嘢既食物, e.g. tiramisu, potato mash, mousse...) 咁大份一个人食, 好滯, 美食都變吾好食~ Tiramisu~ 嗅一下, 好香酒味; 切下去, 夠moist, 每一層亦吾会太過移位; 食下去, 濃濃的.mascapone cheese, espresso ...令人陶醉~ 稱得上正宗, 回味host mum 整既tiramisu 好過好多restaurants 如pizza express (雖然pizza express 已經吾錯) This tiramisu 同樓下il bel pease 不相伯仲~ 多謝各食家的recommendation~ 不過好似話tiramisu既資素有啲漂忽, 大家緊記啊! 今餐十分抵食, 会有下次喝了熱檸水, (盡量吾飲tea or coffee, 會胃痛)回家繼續我既right hand grip rule (physics exam) ~ Looking forward to the next day: continue my food trip after the phy exam (in the morning)~ Dining in K11~P.S 吾好意思~ mobile's pixelation 吾好, photo模糊的~ continue reading

是日好朋友豬小姐生日,行程相當豐富,首站先到spuntini 來個lunch此餐廰係我開始睇openrice既時候已經bookmark左,但一直都冇機會黎~難得一試,真的又期待又興奮星期六lunch十分少人因為之前試過幾次book位都full所以有點意外lunch set 價錢由$90~$110大約有20款lunch可以選擇室內光線充足,人又少,感覺悠閒自在侍應細心有禮,比起陣間去的萬豪酒店黑面女侍應好得多蕃茄湯超濃蕃茄味又勁多料濃郁兼有口感份量剛好三文魚加上芝士粒真是完美配搭軟身芝士口感軟滑,味道香濃但沙律油太重手,再加上濃味芝士&咸味煙三文魚真的未試過咁heavy既沙律食一半已經很飽到九分....侍應誠意推介她說每日只有8份lunch 4份+dinner 4份她這樣說真的不能不試一上枱已聞到陣陣香味1/2對我們來說真是超額雞肉尚算嫩滑略嫌太油&不夠入味皮又不脆,只算ok,不過lunch $118來說算是抵食 continue reading

上週四五是漏漏的上堂日,可惜不是回到校園而是在HKICPA冰凍的教室,我們交的考試/會員費估計都用來充地租和冷氣費了吧…上堂本以為是艱苦難熬的時光,卻未估到會很有食緣。短短一個鐘的lunch hour,也給我和TC去Spuntini吃個簡單西餐的Spuntini午餐選擇非常多,有salad, panini, 各式salad還有意大利飯,本來最有興趣的是意大利飯,可考慮到晚上還有豐盛的譚魚頭盛宴,就選了salad,而TC就揀了牛肉千層麵主菜選擇多,頭盤卻沒商量,只有意大利蔬菜湯,別出心裁的裝載一個玻璃樽裡,可惜真正喝起來並沒有用湯碗那麼方便湯很足料,有很多煮爛了的蕃茄、椰菜、甘荀與西芹,蕃茄濃香又帶點肉香與油脂,味道有點像用來煮蕃茄意粉的醬,很開胃也不會覺得寡幾乎喝完湯麵包才到,典型的意大利包,當然要配黑醋+橄欖油,包其實沒什麼特別,但黑醋的質素值得一讚,醋味醇正帶點甘甜又端上兩件用risotto+smoked salmon整的sushi球兒,吃下去涼颼颼的,有點懷疑是剩餘物資所製,三文魚太微量,不太吃得出咸香,好在米粒本身融入了不少白汁的香味,心想這裡的risotto應該做得不錯吧牛肉千層麵:表層鋪滿了厚厚一層mozzarella芝士,看見也流口水;下面就是麵皮、蕃茄醬與肉餡層層疊起。芝士多固然是好(對我而言),只不過所有的芝士都只是很求其的堆在表面,而下面的夾層中則完全欠奉,而芝士也不是很軟滑易於攪拌,所以吃到的芝士與意粉是分離的,要很刻意的塞一口芝士再塞一口意粉才能把二者結合起來本來一心想點salad,卻不知怎的變成panini, 然而時間緊迫,也將錯就錯,嚐嚐這個吧。麵包外皮微脆內裡則很有韌勁,咬起來挺給力的。中間的夾餡很豐盛,有prosciutto義大利火腿、蕃茄、茄子、火箭菜還有很軟身的mozzarella芝士,菜表面還塗抹了少許橄欖油增添油感,而火腿則帶出鹹香,整體而言是絕對美味的,只不過不想吃太飽肚的計劃又失敗了,這個panini雖然不油膩,卻足夠大份,看在好吃的份上,也不責怪了吧看前人的食評似乎最後是有甜點的,黑朱古力也好果撻也好,聊勝於無嘛,結果發現是日的set不包甜品,實在有點失望,可我們又趕時間,便沒有單點。只喝杯咖啡(Cappuccino還要加價,不知道從前會不會這樣子…),沒有加奶先試了試,苦中泛酸,好討厭這種帶酸味的咖啡…除了沒有甜品和咖啡不好喝,主菜和湯其實都不錯,不過環境實在很嘈,是次旁桌是兩個意大利大胖子,吃得多嗓音也格外洪亮,導致我和TC講話都要用喊的才能勉強聽得見對方說了啥,有點辛苦…Anyway, 是值得回訪的店子,下次一定要試試risotto! continue reading

2-1-2011幾年前返金鐘時呢度啱啱開業, 一直想 lunch 嚟試試, 幾年後的今日終於嚟了. 不過成份 set lunch 由 soup, main 至 coffee/tea, 竟然無一樣係真正滿意的, 朋友就直程食到黑晒面 , 係我哋期望過大, 還是佢真係唔掂?Welcoming snack 係兩件 sushi 樣的 smoked salmon risotto「球」, 食落冰冰涼涼, 不過印象除了「一團飯糊」之外係無其他, 三文魚同塊 herb 就係無味嘅. 麵包 (係咪叫 ciabatta?) 呈一條條狀, 用熱辣辣的「傾斜」「不倒杯」 盛載, 烘得外鬆脆內煙韌, 帶麵粉香, 完全唔使落檯面的橄欖油 + 陳醋, 就咁食已好好食. Minestrone 用玻璃 flask 盛載, presentation 不錯, 飲落亦夠晒熱, 不過味道太酸嗆太「茄膏」了吧, 質地杰杰的, 唔喜歡; 配料以黃色及綠色的 zucchini 為主, 除了增添咬口之外無其他 -- 鬼咩, 茄膏味咁搶 主食叫了 penne with lightly smoked tuna and rockets ($110)... lightly smoked tuna 有點「溶溶爛爛」, 食落係 "lightly smoked" + "heavily salted", 幾香, 但好鹹, 感覺有點似 prosciutto Penne 煮得「掹車邊」的 al dente, 配上 grated cheese 及 lightly smoked tuna, 每一條都沾上了橄欖油, 食到底一樣幾多油, 都真係幾油 ; rockets 就可有可無.朋友的好似叫 200g US prime grade steak ($130), 面頭堆滿篤眼篤鼻的紅椒絲 落單時 waitress 無問要幾成熟, 嚟到就變了薄如紙又 well-done 到阿媽都唔認得的一 "pat" 肉, 食落又乾又韌, 肉味欠奉, 仲似乎 season 都無 season 過, 比茶記薄牛扒更難吃 , 旁邊仲有 roasted potatoes, rockets 及唔知乜 cheese, 我無試, 不過見朋友將薯仔切開, 食兩啖後就立即自行狂落 table salt, 睇怕...餐飲要了咖啡, 啡底幾「水」, 齋飲只覺苦澀而非濃郁, 落糖落奶後亦無幫助 (話時話, 其實 d 奶都好稀...), 飲了一半還是放棄.仲有兩小片 dark chocolate 與 coffee/tea 同 serve, 食落唔甜, 但亦離奇地無朱古力味 , 只怪自己食得太多 Vivani 及朱古力魔朋友的 Willie's 黑朱古力了.食物令人失望, waitress 態度亦又 cool 又有點寸, 可幸環境不錯, 星期日 lunch hour 得我哋一檯客, 包場一樣實在舒服.連加一 $121, 朋友的就 $143, 無興趣再來了.上嚟 Openrice 先知原來呢度係 Grappa's 旗下餐廳之一? 但點解人哋好食咁多嘅... continue reading

I have a very very bad experience of this restaurant. As I saw there are many good comments about this restaurant, I decided to celebrate my boyfriend birthday here. I had called them to resever a table for 2 days before. The staff had confirmed me that the booking was recorded. However, when my boyfriend and I came to this restaurant yesterday, they told me that there is no record about my booking. They were so inpolite and unhelpful. They just wanted us to leave and wothout any explanation to us. We just would like to find out what's wrong of the booking, but they just said "no record" and asked us to leave. They made us so upset and dissapointed. That day is my boyfriend birthday. Even though many ppl recommened this restaurant in openrice, I will never go there again. continue reading
