提早一個月前book了這間餐廳慶祝母親節,四人共花了三千元食午餐,但服務與價錢完全不成正比:1. 本人於4月13日係網上訂枱後,餐廳等到於4月29日先告知原來要俾訂金,點解要係人地訂位過咗兩個禮拜後先告知原來要俾訂金?係咪餐廳故意拖延?因為如果一早告知,我可以有時間改去book其他餐廳。2. 餐廳通知訂金需要係5月5日前支付,問可否俾payme,卻被告知不接受payme,反而接受支付寶和wechat pay,完全對本地顧客唔friendly。然後由於我仲同餐廳用whatsapp交涉緊食咩餐(見下文#3),所以我遲遲都未支付訂金,但餐廳卻係5月4日就已打黎。結果我被逼係未confirm到menu嘅情況下,就要先俾訂金。3. 話說餐廳send咗個特價母親節menu係每位$600,但由於家人們不吃鵝掌,問可否轉其他,餐廳居然同我講只可以轉北菇,但因為家人亦無唔食得北菇,所以要轉其他menu。其他餐廳嘅set lunch去到 $600 per head ,客人話有一樣食材唔食得,都可以將成個餸菜改為其他嘢,但呢間餐廳只可以用較平嘅食材代替兼唔可以轉第二個菜,搞到我要自己諗menu。4. 到了母親節,我地準時下午1點去到餐廳,職員問我個手機號碼,輸入系統後,然後話搵唔到我個booking,我心諗我俾咗訂金,你地無我個booking,個網站同WhatsApp係咪造假騙案?然後佢地發現無係system輸入我個手機號碼,所以搵唔到,Fullerton話嗮都係一間五星級酒店,其實我唔係第一次黎呢間酒店食嘢,但點解你地做嘢咁求其,mark booking可以唔入我電話號碼?5. 然後入到去餐廳,我地明明訂咗四位,佢地就求其俾咗張係出菜位旁角落位嘅三人枱,我話我地book咗四位,點解又搞錯?然後佢地先開聲話會加番一位,我地四個人企係都等佢地慢慢加番一位,當時餐廳並未滿座,但佢地加位又係求其擺,唔記得放茶杯,請問這是五星級酒店嘅服務及待客之道嗎?6. 因為餐廳位置偏遠,唔想家人星期日太早起身,所以我地book咗下午1點,及上文#3提過我已寫咗菜單,希望慳咗叫餐嘅時間,但我地坐底後,經理1)無問我地飲咩茶,2)完全無提我地已經訂咗餐,3)無問係咪上得,反而仲遞上menu要我地點菜,然後要我提番經理我地已經點咗,可以直接上菜。轉頭經理又再遞上menu,呢個時候先開聲話係茶嘅menu,問我地要點咩茶。我問番佢有咩茶,佢就話有24款,叫我地自己睇,我話我地唔睇menu啦,你話我知,然後佢好似機械人咁又重覆話有24款,跟住我要再重覆話唔睇,佢先肯講有咩茶。要知道佢地嘅茶錢唔係求其收$10位,而係收每位$45,收得咁貴嘅茶錢,但就連有咩茶都要問兩次先肯講,我真係未見過咁低能嘅五星級酒店服務。7. 小插曲:呢度嘅片皮鴨係$838一隻,但就唔係由廚師負責片皮,而是由侍應用餐巾包住黎片,可能呢間酒店嘅餐巾洗得比正常“乾淨”,但我真係第一次見人咁樣用餐巾包住黎片鴨,另外舉高黎片,好易揸唔實跌咗隻鴨落地。8. 我地係點咗6個菜嘅set lunch,自己再另加兩個菜,但佢地足足用咗2小時先上得到全部菜,仲要最尾個飯同甜品係我前後催咗佢地四次先上到,搞到我地唔可以搭3點嘅shuttle走,結果3點半嘅shuttle爆滿,差啲搞到我地無位坐。9. 整體黎講,如果你有四個鐘食個lunch,要山長水遠搭shuttle入去,又唔怕用高價換來好求其嘅服務,兼上菜速度極慢的話,歡迎閣下去親身體驗下。當日除了套餐,預先額外加了“法式焗釀響螺”,但食嘅時候先發現原來係用咗咖哩,而且係辣嘅,但俾我之前睇餐牌就無寫明係辣,明明就係“辣咖哩焗釀響螺”,又得登唔寫明係辣,我本身唔食得辣,如果知道係咖哩,就唔會點呢個菜。另外,食落感覺食材並唔新鮮,所以先要用咖哩嘅辣味來掩飾。餐廳不但服務差,連寫菜名都係求其咁寫! continue reading

家人很喜歡吃中菜,所以每當有新嘅或者不錯的中菜廳我哋就會去試吓 ,今次一於揀咗喺海洋公園富麗敦的 「玉」如果冇揸車嚟嘅,係需要喺海洋公園坐接駁巴士才能到達,半小時一班我哋今次試咗佢嘅午市點心套餐「玉」點心拼盤🥟紅菜頭帶子餃蝦肉同帶子爽脆又清甜,皮不會太厚肉骨茶小籠包小籠包食落有驚喜,平時嘅湯汁變咗清香的肉骨茶味 不錯的嘗試香芋天鵝酥🦢賣相精緻可愛 芋頭餡綿密香軟 外層鬆脆紅燒海皇竹笙羹🍲湯頭清甜,每一啖食落口都覺得喉嚨好舒服,竹笙同埋海鮮粒粒 一個爽一個煙靭 整個口感好豐富 不過記得小心啲食,因為好熱青檸柚子脆蝦球🍤蝦球鮮爽甜美,青檸柚子汁清新去油膩,不過外層脆漿略嫌厚了一點杏汁百合杞子浸菜苗🥬菜苗鮮嫩,配杏汁同吃很有新鮮感,濃濃的杏汁散發誘人的香氣 不錯的配搭鍋燒完隻鮑魚燴絲苗🍚鮑魚炆得入味,彈牙有緻 ,飯也香氣十足,個底有飯焦,增添口感和香氣「玉」甜品拼盤🍧桃膠薑汁奶凍奶凍香甜軟滑,入口帶點點薑味,桃膠就冇乜味道,但處理得乾淨酥皮蛋撻而家好多地方都冇得食酥皮蛋撻,蛋漿香甜,但係蛋味不是很濃,而且酥皮帶點實的口感奶黃煎堆仔外層炸得鬆脆 芝麻十分香口咬後充滿在口腔,奶黃口感細緻幼滑不是太甜如果有時間可以慢慢嚟食,食完喺樓下影吓相,渡過一個寫意的下午🌹 continue reading

富麗敦酒店臨海風景絕對一流,尤其係日光之下望住海景食飯十分寫意嘅。今次想試多啲,叫左午市點心套餐,共有六款。“玉”點心拼盤 包括[紅菜頭帶子餃]皮薄晶瑩剔透,略帶粉紅色視覺吸引 [肉骨茶小籠包]相當有星馬菜特色,湯汁飽滿濃郁,味道出色 [香芋天鵝酥]芋泥太小,味道OK。紅燒竹笙海皇羹,質地輕薄,口感豐富。青檸柚子脆蝦球,兩隻蝦球好足料肉身清甜爽口,炸漿輕薄唔油膩,再配上青檸點綴十分開胃杏汁百合杞子浸菜苗,杏汁調配得好好,飲落非常順滑,唔嚡口鍋燒完隻鮑魚燴絲苗,熱辣辣上枱一定好食醬汁充滿飯粒,剛剛好,唔會太鹹“玉” 甜品拼盤 包括有[桃膠薑汁奶凍][酥皮蛋撻][奶黃煎堆仔]沒有什麼特別,唔太多講。整體呢個套餐都尚算抵食 continue reading

今次繼續捉緊Dining Week嘅尾巴周圍食本身都好鍾意食中菜😋之前上網見人介紹好似真係唔錯今次就試咗佢晚餐$608+10% pp既set今次有揸車過嚟不過覺得指示唔係好清晰去到門口先發現要掉頭響另一邊分叉路上去本身睇咗官網話星期五六日消費滿$1000就有3小時免費泊車諗住今次個套餐一定夠啦兩個人一定超過點知過到去先發現已經改咗千八蚊不過官網就冇更新今次嘅套餐有以下嘅嘢食因為同行者對蝦蟹敏感本身都有提前同酒店留低message睇吓可唔可以換第二款菜最後去到先至知道唔可以,比較唔靈活1️⃣露酒涼拌鮑魚前菜我覺得幾出色,佢嘅醬汁亦都好match 倒酒嘅時候仲有啲乾冰襯托啱晒鍾意打卡嘅你2️⃣羊肚菌花膠螺頭燉竹絲雞個湯亦都好好味非常足料3️⃣濃湯法國魚子醬玻璃蝦球呢個玻璃蝦球,我係食唔到蝦味嘅😂佢嘅菜同埋魚子醬,好彩有吊下味4️⃣黑松露帶子炒飯黑松露味好香,帶子亦都好多5️⃣「玉」甜品拼盤甜品係紅豆沙同埋阿膠紅棗糕本身唔係好鍾意食紅豆沙陳皮味比較出,不過就冇紅豆粒紅棗糕煙煙韌韌好好食6️⃣龍井黑糖茶燻雞半隻(+HK$240)我覺得最出色係我加錢要嘅呢半隻雞啲肉好嫩滑,就算平時食雞好嚡口嘅位都好滑有啖啖嘅煙熏味最出色竟然係呢一味餸人均消費,最後大概$900左右我覺得可以一試但係未必會再黎如果再嚟嘅話,考慮會食午餐希望可以睇下個靚景呀嘛 continue reading

以為去呢度要好長交通時間,其實都幾快幾方便. 係金鐘去到海洋公園站都係10分鐘咁上下. 酒店有專車接送來往酒店同港鐵站,好方便!大約黃昏時候到達酒店,夕陽西下真係好靚. 入到餐廳,侍應安排咗靠窗位置,好貼心呢!呢度茶錢每位計, 都唔平😅 有特色香港製造嘅啤酒,當然要支持吓啦!食物唔會“嘩”一聲, 屬於中上水平🤔菜單如下:露酒涼伴飽魚, 有玫瑰露嘅香味,鮑魚亦都係爽滑羊肚菌螺花膠頭燉竹絲雞湯, 個湯燉得好清好甜法國魚子醬玻璃蝦球, 蝦球好大隻好爽滑唔覺得魚子醬有增加到任何嘅風味黑松露帶子炒飯, 乾身少油做得都算唔錯甜品係紅豆沙每人平均消費要700蚊,唔連酒水但係喺酒店入面係我咁靚嘅環境都可算是物有所值 continue reading
