凍凍地香蕉牛奶麥皮早餐

材料:
即食麥皮 半樽
香蕉 (或除個人喜好加入各式水果😝)一條
砂糖 1-1/2茶匙
牛奶 一盒 250ml
Method
1.放半樽即食麥皮,加砂糖
2.加香蕉切粒
3.加奶蓋過麥皮
4.要用筷子輕輕鬆動麥皮,令牛奶可以注入底部
5.再將牛奶注入到樽口或七至八成( 如果比較喜歡"傑"😝就不用加太多牛奶(隨個人口味)
6.蓋好蓋雪凍過夜(期間不要再開蓋,以免細菌滋生)

因為我係用即食麥皮,所以用牛奶浸一晚已經會林
