心型蘆荀炒蛋

平常到茶餐廳吃早餐,炒蛋通常也是配午餐肉/火腿/香腸~
這些加工食品不只高鈉,帶來油膩感,也增加腸胃的負膽啊!
不妨用幾分鐘動動手做個蘆荀炒蛋。
Ingredient and Portion
蘆荀 7條
雞蛋 1隻
椰子油 1/2茶匙
Seasoning
百里香 少量
Method
1. 蘆荀在滾水燙1分鐘,一部分用來伴碟,一部分切丁粒和雞蛋拌勻。
2. 易潔鑊加入半茶匙椰子油,鑊上放入心型模。
3. 把蛋液倒入心型模中,把鑊蓋蓋上,中火燜2分鐘。
4. 灑上百里香香料。
Tips
除了蘆荀外,用粟米,木耳,海帶,柴魚或紅蘿荀炒蛋也是健康清新又有營養價值的好配搭!
以百里香香料取代鹽,可降低食物鈉度呢~
