有中毒性的烤羊肉串,佐酒一流!

Ingredient and Portion
切塊羊肉 500g
薑片 5片
大葱 2段 (10cm)
竹簽
Seasoning
孜然粉 適量
胡椒粉 適量
辣椒粉 適量
料酒 1/3杯
醬油 2茶匙
Method
1. 將羊肉用蔥、薑片、醬油及料酒醃30分鐘
2. 把醃好的羊肉用竹簽串好
3. 放進焗爐裏面烤到乾身
4. 撒上孜然粉,胡椒粉,辣椒粉和鹽即成
Tips
1. 竹簽要先泡水
2. 串羊肉的時候不要串太緊,會比較難熟
3. 如果想更快熟/更香口的話可以把羊肉串放在下了油的平底鍋先煎好表面
4. 加在夾餅上吃一流!
