Ingredient and Portion
全麥面包 1片
香蕉 1條
蛋白 1隻
豆奶 30ml
Seasoning
1. 玉桂粉 適量
2. 亞麻籽 適量
Method
1. 蛋白和豆奶拌混
2. 把半條香蕉壓成蓉倒入步驟1的混合物中拌混
3. 全麥包兩面沾滿步驟2的醬汁
4. 於易潔鑊塗上少許油,把步驟3的全麥包兩面煎至金黃色
5. 灑上玉桂粉和亞麻籽
6. 將半條香蕉切片放上吐司面
Tips
1. 以香蕉蓉取代蛋黃,伴入蛋白來做包著吐司的蛋漿
2. 高鈣豆漿取代牛奶,更低卡低脂
3. 亞麻籽/玉桂有助抗氧化,降血脂
