踏入夏季,天氣開始悶熱,尤其是這數天,氣溫達 31度,實在令人食慾全消,見到平時至愛的煎炸食物,食指也都動不起來……就在盤算要食點什麼開胃菜時,突然靈機一觸,動手做一個之前做過的田園沙律開開胃,為悶熱的天氣帶來一點清新吧!
Ingredient and Portion
羅莎紅生菜(Lolla Rossa Lettuce) 1 顆
車厘茄(Cherry Tomato) 10顆
火箭菜(Eruca Sativa) 少量
炸蒜粒 少許
Seasoning
意大利黑醋 約3湯匙
特醇橄欖油 約3湯匙
蒜蓉 約1茶匙
鹽 適量
黑胡椒 適量
Method
1.用清水洗淨羅莎紅生菜,火箭菜,將羅莎紅生菜撕/切成塊。
2.車厘茄洗淨去蒂,切半待用。
3.將羅莎紅生菜,火箭菜瀝乾;先將羅莎紅生菜平均鋪在碟上,再放上火箭菜及車厘茄。
4.將沙律醬汁拌勻平均倒在雜菜上,灑上炸蒜粒,完成。
Tips
可以的話用冰水浸泡一下,讓生菜更爽脆。
