白汁忌廉煙肉意粉

簡單又好吃的意粉

橄欖油 1湯匙
pancetta意大利煙肉(切碎) 6安士
水 6杯
黑胡椒 2湯匙
意粉 1磅
蛋(打勻)4隻
pecorino芝士(磨碎) 1/3杯
Method
1. 把橄欖油放入平底鍋中用中高火煮熱,加入pancetta意大利煙肉,煮至脆身。把pancetta意大利煙肉取出備用,留下約3湯匙的油在平底鍋上。
2. 把意粉煮至熟而有咬勁。留下約1/3杯煮意粉的水,與蛋汁及芝士拌勻。
3. 意粉瀝乾水份後放進平底鍋。加入蛋汁後用中火攪拌至蛋汁變得結實。
4. 加入適量黑胡椒調味。
5. 灑上磨碎的pecorino芝士。
