吃多了係時候清清腸胃,糙米再加上燕麥、是否很難入口?
其實絕對錯誤,視乎你怎樣適當地加上味道、令整個味蕾有著新一番感受,這個泰式炒糙米燕麥飯、除了加入白菌及蝦仁外,我還增加鮮百合,煮得有型時仲要吃得有營、方為叻-我至叻!^^

Ingredient and Portion
1) 糙米 70g
2)燕麥飯 70g
3)白米 30g
5)鮮蝦 適量
6)白菌 適量
7)鮮白合 適量
Seasoning
泰式紅咖喱醬 2茶匙(用1茶匙水開稀)
Method
1)先將糙米、燕麥飯、白米一同在飯煲內煮熟 (放涼)
2) 開爐先炒香鮮蝦、白菌、鮮白合,加入微微海鹽及少少白酒
炒煮一會,因白菌及鮮蝦都會(出水),隔去水份
加入 (放涼)之糙米燕麥飯同炒一會
3)加入泰式紅咖喱醬再同炒多一會
