紫薯 1個
軟豆腐 1盒
奇亞籽 4茶匙
豆奶/水 100ml
Method
1. 紫薯去皮切粒隔水蒸約10分鐘,用叉壓或放入攪伴機攪成紫薯蓉
2. 紫薯、豆腐和豆奶放入果汁攪拌機攪拌
3. 加入奇亞籽拌勻後倒入牛奶樽
4. 放入雪櫃雪1小時至凝固,奇亞籽會發脹成西米和布丁狀
5. 吃時在上面放紫薯蓉,豐富口感。
