藜麥 (Quinao) 小知識
它低脂、低升醣指數、低熱量
不含膽固醇及麩質(gluten free)。

Ingredient and Portion
1. 藜麥 6湯匙
2. 水 1杯
3. 火龍果1個
4. 豆腐1/4磚
5. 秋葵4條
Seasoning
1. 檸檬汁少量
2. 楓糖漿少量
Method
1. 藜麥先在滾水中煮15分鐘
2. 藜麥隔水,秋葵和豆腐切粒備用
3. 把火龍果切粒,留起火龍果皮做小船
4. 加入檸檬汁和楓糖漿於火龍果粒,藜麥,秋葵和豆腐中伴混後放回小船
