虎蝦 6-8隻
洋蔥 1個
車厘茄 1盒
青瓜 1個
Seasoning
辣椒 1隻
青檸 1個
魚露 2湯匙
蒜 1個
Method
1. 洋蔥切圈
2. 青瓜 切片
3. 醤做法:辣椒,青檸,魚露,蒜混一起
4. 切碎車厘茄
5. 青瓜落水和鹽浸泡
6. 把蝦剪開一半
7. 鑊熱後落洋蔥, 不用落太多油因為洋蔥會出水
8. 把青瓜稍微煮熟
9. 以牛油代食油煎蝦, 把開了邊的一面向下煎
10. 一併上碟便完成
