Ingredient and Portion
本地有機小黃瓜 2條
本地有機甘荀 2條
本地有機車厘茄 6粒
Seasoning
有機低脂茅屋芝士 2湯匙
蒜粒 1/2湯匙
有機冷壓芝麻油 1湯匙
海鹽 適量
Method
1.洗淨所有蔬果,切條,置於碗內
2.所有調味料拌勻
Tips
1.有機蔬果連皮吃能提供更多營養,如非採用有機蔬果則不建議連皮吃,以免吸收了殘餘農藥。
2.隨個人喜好加入黑胡椒粒,會更惹味。
