水煮蛋 1隻
嫩菠菜 100克
生菜100克
甘荀 50克(刨成幼絲)
碎芝士 30克
凱撒沙律醬 適量
Method
1. 將所有蔬菜洗淨後放入大碗中,加入凱撒沙律醬後拌勻。
2. 將蔬菜鋪於另一隻碟上。
3. 將水煮蛋放於碟子中央。
4. 最後灑上碎芝士,即成。
