夏天天時暑熱,除了吃雪糕飲汽水,還可自製甜品消暑,黑木耳黑豆雪花冰,消脂有益,是我常做給家人的夏日食品。

乾黑木耳 50克
黑豆 100克
黑糖 100克
黑糖漿 少許
清水 適量
碎雪 1杯
Method
1.將乾黑木耳浸水約1小時至發大變腍,洗乾淨備用
2.黑豆洗乾淨,放煲內加水約煮1-2小時,試吃1至2粒覺得變腍後
3.加黑木耳、黑糖同煮約20分鐘成黑木耳糖水,待涼後放入雪櫃雪凍
4.將冰粒用攪拌機打成碎雪,堆成小雪山放淺碟中,放黑木耳糖水在旁,淋上黑糖漿即可。
Tips
1.黑豆浸過夜會較易煲腍
