To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

苦榮平日我行我素, 但過時過節, 都會與小苦妹幾家人聚埋一齊做節.做冬日子, 苦榮唔會期望太高, 食酒樓套餐方便快捷. 八人喜樂宴, 不是一圍人, 就唔是乳豬全體, 而是燒味拼盤, 叉燒燒腩仔煙鴨胸木耳和雞絲粉皮, 大碟得體. 虎蝦伊麵, 苦榮久久未食過伊麵這好東西, 遺憾虎蝦質素欠佳. 碧綠炒螺片, 玉環瑤柱脯, 苦榮細路時去飲就食呢D. 愛護環境的她早已較曉苦榮不要食翅, 所以紅燒雞絲翅留俾有緣人. 過節要有雞有魚, 沙薑雞毫無沙薑味, 苦榮以為是白斬雞, 叫服務員俾薑茸. 花尾躉好足秤, 火侯估佢唔到咁好, 大受歡迎. 壽桃包好大隻, 有原個蛋黃, 是苦榮心頭好.

老公同事上星期約食大閘蟹套餐,我就揀咗大前日(30-11-2023 Thur)晚,而我哋5個都係話嚟旺角呢間,我哋book咗枱,嚟到坐低就即話要2皇1后大閘蟹套餐,就要咗1位同4位餐.開咗茶就即俾咗兩兜花生我哋,兩兜味道都好淡,淡到冇乜味.首先嚟到嘅係煙鴨胸併青瓜鴨胸正常冇問題,青瓜新鮮爽口,但女同事R嫌醃青瓜唔夠味.3分2. 蟹肉芙蓉羹味道都係清,而豆腐滑嘅.3分3. 每人2隻大閘蟹公蟹公膏少,啲肉竟然有啲嚡.2.8分4. 鮮拆蟹粉小龍包蟹粉味道唔濃,咁同食普通小龍包有乜分別.2.8分5. 極品花雕醉雞(半隻)呢個係4位餐裡面,由於我哋重食𡁵大閘蟹公,冇人得閒理佢,擺耐咗就變風乾雞,到得閒食得喇,食到酒味但唔會苦,而鹹味亦到幾出,不過唔過鹹,可接受嘅.3分6. 叫上嘅大閘蟹后蟹后嘅膏多啲,但實同肉少.3分7. 翡翠炒蝦球大隻嘅蝦仁爽口但好鹹.2.7分8. 黑醋霜降肉呢個喺1位餐裡面,我同老公share最嗰件,咁就可以每人食1件,呢個味道ok,口感都彈彈地嘅.3分9.蟲草花浸時蔬蟲草花同白菜味道唔係好夾,不過口感都正常嘅.3分自己加嘅:10. 蛋白炒飯炒得好乾身,味道係好清嘅.3分11. 鎮江骨?做咩叫個同套餐差唔多嘅,佢嘅味道同黑醋霜降肉差唔多,不過瘦嘅肉就好鞋,有骨嗰啲好少少,彈啲.2.5分12. XO醬貴妃蚌呢個冇乜XO醬味,反而食到舊薑辣辣地.3分13. 窩心薑茶湯丸薑茶都幾辣, 湯丸係芝麻餡,OK嘅.2.7分價錢:計埋$592一位.2.5分服務:開頭人手充足,但8:30pm後要勁舉手叫人收嘢.衛生:女廁比較殘舊,好一般.

好耐都沒去鴻星飲茶,難得今日到附近,便和家人一起到這裡飲茶。我們點了「蟹肉菜苗餃」,「黑椒牛肚」,「蝦腸粉」,「蒜頭蒸排骨」,「皮蛋酥」,「Q版流心奶黃飽」,「醬汁蒸鳳爪」,和「蒸牛肉球」。我想講個蒸排骨,好好食😋!讚!而個「蟹肉菜苗餃」的餡,好好食!唯一不好是「個餃皮」,水份太多,軟身都不得了。。。但,味道是ok!至於皮蛋酥,我覺得不算太甜,都可以接受,只係我個人本身不是太喜歡食皮蛋酥而已。黑椒牛肚,都好「林」,好入味。好食!底部的蘿蔔都ok! 不錯👌!蒸牛肉球都是正常。不過,個蒸鳳爪,我便覺得個皮不夠「林」身,但味道是可以的,只係質感差一點。但都算好食!流心奶黃飽外觀很可愛!內裡都算是「流心」。不過個飽的質感,如果可以再鬆軟一點會更好吧!鴻星的食物都算keep 到。下次會再嚟!😊

今日同朋友去咗Moko間鴻星中菜食大閘蟹套餐,三個人所以嗌咗三個一人餐,星期一至四同星期五至日嘅價錢有唔同,夜晚8:30後入座亦都會平啲,星期日6:30pm入座就每人$498,套餐包咗八道菜加杯橙汁,一人餐食到好飽。煙鴨胸併青瓜每人兩塊,有甜甜地嘅汁伴住。蟹肉芙蓉羹有豆腐粒、紅蘿蔔粒、翠玉瓜粒同一絲絲嘅蟹肉,食落幾有口感,唔會太鹹,不過個人偏向鍾意飲湯多過食羹。鮮拆蟹粉小籠包一人一粒,皮薄多汁,豬肉餡配上啖啖嘅蟹粉好正。主角清蒸大閘蟹有兩隻五両重嘅公蟹同一隻三両重嘅乸蟹,酒樓會先蒸兩隻公蟹同埋上左三碟餸先。公蟹嘅蟹膏又冧又滑,咬落去充滿啖啖嘅油香,嗰種肥膩得黎又滿足嘅感覺真係一年點都要食一次,個人比較鍾意食公蟹!之後就可以叫酒樓蒸埋隻乸蟹同上埋其餘四道餸,乸蟹嘅蟹膏偏硬身,同埋三両真係唔夠癮。翡翠炒蝦球嘅蝦都幾爽口,不過略嫌太鹹。黑醋霜降肉個汁酸酸甜甜好開胃,但豬肉略嫌太夠肥膏。蟲草花浸時蔬味道正常,食完咁多道濃味嘅餸後再食清淡嘅菜可以平衡返。最後食埋窩心薑茶芝麻湯丸,飲埋碗薑菜驅寒,真係食到好飽!📍旺角太子道西193號MOKO新世紀廣場6樓601A號舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊 餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊 整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊
