「中華小館」一貫傳統粵菜風格,卻又融合泰式烹調手法添新意,招牌得獎奶油蝦幾乎是每台客人必點的項目,再配手抓餅便更完美。得獎奶油蝦(例) $308手抓餅 $68奶黃色的湯汁份量豐富如湯,對我來說,看似喇沙湯麵!奶油汁幼滑味香,大蝦殻裡殻外掛滿湯汁,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,與湯汁同吃,提升鮮味。我把手抓餅全放進湯內浸一秒,盡吸精華,十分滋味。乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲 $248另一必吃項目,乾逼效果理想,乾濕度剛好,粉絲味道濃郁不過鹹,蟹肉份量都唔少。燒汁木魚花茄子 $88頗有新意,茄子炸得香口,木魚花添層次。上湯蒜子浸菜苗 $118傳統的菜式錯不了,蒜子夠大粒,沒有難吃的霸氣,菜苗新鮮。傳統街坊粵菜佈置風格,很配合店名「中華」。最令人矚目是這一隻大燒鵝,可見小美是另一強項,所以「中華小館」的叉燒、燒鵝、片皮鴨亦是力推。奶油龍蝦配手抓餅有優惠,$238/份。 continue reading

屋企裝修約了哥哥去灣仔選擇室內地板潔具, 到了吃晚飯時間, 看見附近有間好精緻的中國菜館,  中華小館, 決定在此 開餐.門外有大大個魚池,  海鮮生猛活躍. 步入小館,  被招牌大燒鵝吸引, 大家想想今晚食什麼好呢 ?食堂的木器裝修帶古典味道, 配上油畫及華麗燈飾, 美觀大方.廚窗掛的燒味好吸引.    我想 吃 蜜汁叉燒.侍應姐姐招呼好好,  開茶後即送上小食,  麻香鳳爪, 少少麻辣夠醒胄.再來一碟  桂花淮山小食, 淮山系養生之寶伴上桂花,  清香好味.哥哥喜歡飲湯,  叫了紫砂燉湯, 海底椰川貝燉鱷魚肉.   用上養生紫砂壺,  保暖又保氣. 湯料足,  火喉夠,  海底椰川貝止咳去痰, 鱷魚肉有益, 湯燉得清香, 蜜汁叉燒王,   半肥瘦叉燒, 肉質稔滑, 蜜汁味濃. 用上脢頭肉烤製, 醃料及手藝相當好, 顏色靚, 入口吾會肥膩.乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲,   蟹肉好豐富,   再蓋上晶瑩蟹籽, 份外搶眼. 店員替我們把粉絲炒起, 混合蟹肉蟹籽, 傳來陣陣蟹香.粉絲吸入蟹油味,  吾會黐住, 爽彈好食. 碧綠淮山雲耳炒百合,  這個菜炒得好清甜爽口,  材料好平均.   健康有益.中華小館,  食材有質素, 我們特別喜歡他們的燉湯. continue reading
