To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境4分:中式小廚格局,樓面OK高,內牆貼左幾幅招牌菜直接介紹,D木枱櫈有懷舊風味,唔算迫,可以畀四分。衛生4分:每枱都有膠板隔開,非常衛生,枱櫈完全冇黐立立,四分。服務5分: 侍應生快手快腳,唔囉嗦,上菜爽手,滿分。味道5分:1)    砂鍋花膠雞湯翅(半隻)成個砂鍋上枱熱辣辣出曬煙起曬泡,近少少都感受到一百度熱力。入面D花膠大大塊,白雪雪,好滑同好有口感,魚翅份量都算多,兩百幾蚊有半隻雞食,仲要係大大隻雞,D雞皮好滑,雞肉好厚,D雞味落曬落個湯度,所以D湯好濃郁,食曬半隻雞非常飽肚。2)    砂鍋花膠雞湯翅配上米線一模一樣一上枱超級熱辣辣,卜卜卜卜,D米線好滑,份量好多,有兩大塊花膠,魚翅同雞件,個湯一樣咁濃。再加配花膠魚翅餃,每粒大大隻,皮薄,入面D豬肉新鮮,仲有D好脆嘅木耳,所以食得好爽。抵食5分:百幾二百蚊可以食齊花膠魚翅同咁多雞肉,性價比非常高,非常抵食,一定滿分。 continue reading

今晚來到銅鑼灣,試到一間以平民價格,就可以食到超足料嘅花膠魚翅養生雞鍋<樂湯雞>,無論價格、分量、同雞湯鍋嘅質素,都充滿驚喜!!<砂鍋花膠雞湯翅配刀削麵 $94>花膠雞鍋一上枱非常之熱辣辣出曬煙,忍唔住當然要立刻試一口雞湯,雞湯味道非常之濃郁,雞味香濃,帶點膠質,花膠又厚又大件,足足有三四件咁多,入口非常軟腍。雞件份量亦都非常之多,而且仲保持到肉質夠嫩滑。<另外加咗兩隻魚翅餃 $24>魚翅餃非常之大隻,而且入面有好多肉,同埋仲有少少魚翅。<XO醬招牌雙寶撈刀削麵 $94>雙寶係龍皇雲吞同埋花膠魚翅餃,無論花膠魚翅餃同埋雲吞都非常之大隻,而且入口仲啖啖肉,仲帶有肉汁,皮薄餡靚。XO醬夠曬惹味香濃,撈埋落刀削麵一齊食,更加惹味好食。<花雕醉雞半隻 $138>花雕醉雞酒味夠清香,餐廳用咗大量嘅杞子同埋蟲草花一齊來煮,令雞肉嘅酒味更為香甜,雞肉亦都嫩滑好味。喺銅鑼灣呢個位置就可以用平民價格食到砂鍋花膠雞湯翅同醉雞,真心值得推薦!!~ continue reading

今晚去左登龍街搵食,喉嚨麻麻地,第一時間諗起呢間又冇味精又好食嘅健康美食,呢間樂湯雞。佢出名花膠雞湯翅的,我點了砂鍋花膠雞湯翅配米線,而朋友嗌了砂鍋桃膠雪燕椰子雞配米線,再點了兩小食,涼拌海哲手撕雞同口水尖椒皮蛋,加豆漿同可樂。吾洗一陣就準備好了,正啊,兩碗米線都原個砂鍋咁上,d湯滾住的,熱辣辣,厲害,店員仲會小心提吾好掂親很熱,砂鍋花膠雞湯翅配米線,湯很清甜冇味精,一食就知,好食,又比足料,花膠大大舊都有好幾舊,仲有魚翅,都很多,雞很嫩滑,黃皮的雞很有雞味,米線又熱又滑好食。而砂鍋桃膠雪燕椰子雞,都同樣厲害,大大砂鍋同樣滾住上,椰子味很香,湯底清甜,大碗食落好夠飽。小食海哲手撕雞好食,爽口有埋青瓜同蘿蔔絲更口感,而皮蛋都幾辣下,朋友都大讚很惹味,加落米線食好味。整體都好滿意,食完喉嚨都好舒服,冇味道健康之選。 continue reading

前排有啲著迷於雞湯米線/麵,經朋友介紹可一試銅鑼灣嘅樂湯雞麵館~今日同屋企人分別嗌咗兩款刀削麵 海蜇手撕雞 加兩杯豆漿本身以為係11:45開門 點知原來係12點 所以係附近徘徊咗陣 到11:55員工開門 佢哋好客氣招呼我哋先入去 態度分Up Up Up涼拌海蜇手撕雞先上,雞絲、海蜇、紅蘿蔔絲同青瓜絲比例啱啱好麻油味很香,味道調得剛剛好~ 啲雞絲仲幾滑添!雖然$58唔算平,但都值得一試~兩碗刀削麵的份量同用料對得上價錢,上枱時滾熱辣,如果係天氣比較涼去食的話會非常暖胃呢間的雞湯有濃濃的金華火腿味,但個人覺得有啲太重,蓋過咗雞味 ⋯⋯屋企人嗌咗花膠雞湯翅加鮑魚,花膠同翅的份量都唔少,雞就剛好俾到雞髀位,肉質嫩滑~花膠大大舊,夠入味的!可惜我叫的花膠雞麵的雞(雞胸位)都幾鞋,有啲扣分另外可能刀削麵比較厚身,未有好好吸收到個湯,食落唔夠味⋯⋯ 下次可能叫米粉米線會好啲 continue reading
