早幾日經過西環見到有間鹵水外賣店既門口好多人排隊;咁啱我屋企人中意食鹵水野,所以我都跟隊排下,斬番d料番屋企加餸❣️呢間外賣店主要系賣潮式鹵水,主打鹵水獅頭鵝片🦢,同鵝腸、鵝舌、獅頭鵝肝、鵝腎、鵝掌、鵝中翼,鵝紅...大部分既鵝部位都有😍啱哂我!除咗鵝之外,仲有賣沙薑雞、鹵水鴨、豬手、豬大腸、豬利、豬肚、紅腸、豬耳..等等,都算幾多款式!我買左滿滿3大盒,佢地分別系👉🏻✨鹵水獅頭鵝片併鹵水鴨舌同獅頭鵝肝✨招牌鹵水獅頭鵝片皮厚肉多,仲要唔肥唔瘦啱啱好,鵝香豐腴好滑嫩,真係愈食愈香,意料之中嘅好味道👍🏻滷水鴨舌皮彈肉滑,可能係滷得好夠時間既關系,好易皮骨分離,小妹超中意食🫶獅頭鵝肝口感粉粉綿綿,而且好有厚度,食落肥而不膩,超有質感的!✨鹵水五花腩肉配鹵水豆腐✨五花腩肥瘦相間,質感好有彈性之餘仲完全唔覺有豬肉騷味!滷水豆腐質感綿韌較硬身,豆香味好重,大塊得梨仲好多汁,少數我認為係好食嘅滷水豆腐👍🏻✨沙薑雞✨呢個沙薑雞既沙薑香味極度濃郁,超有風味;雞皮爽滑、雞肉嫩滑,真係令人回味無窮👍🏻呢間潮式鹵水店既鹵味全部都色澤透亮好有色水,食落甘香味美入哂味,真係超好送飯👍🏻👍🏻屋企人食完都贊不絕口👍🏻🦢潮家 鵝稱王📍西環西營盤德輔道西224-226號地下B&C號舖 港鐵西營盤站 B2出口,步行約1分鐘 continue reading

路過西環見有間鹵水鵝店新開張,買些斬料與家人共享。鹵水鴨半隻$70,不太肥脂肪薄,鴨肉入味鹵水味香濃,不過有點鹹。沙薑雞$70,鷄肉嫰滑,好好味。獅頭鵝腎$30(1隻)夠腍夠入味。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻鹵水豆腐 $10(1大塊)嫩滑入味。鹵水豬大腸$25,夠淋可惜有少許腥味。鹵水蛋 $7 /隻,香濃入味。👍🏻👍🏻鹵水鵝片$100,得很少鵝肉四五片左右,有點貴。潮家 鵝稱王西環西營盤德輔道西224-226號地下B&C號舖 continue reading

潮家 鵝稱王位於西環西營盤德輔道西224-226號地下B&C號舖。餐廳主打潮式鹵水斬料,有鹵水獅頭鵝、鹵水鴨、鵝腸、鵝舌、最特別有鵝肝、鵝腎、鵝賢、鵝掌、鵝中翼,鵝紅、除了鹵水鵝各部位,另有豬手、豬大腸、豬利、豬肚、紅腸、豬耳等等。同屋企人食飯,當然要斬料加餸,買了$300左右,已經有3大盒,好豐富。買了必食鹵水獅頭鵝,鹵水鴨,另外亦買了鵝腸、豬手、豬肚、豬腸、紅腸。鵝肉鵝香及肉質平衡,愈嚼愈香。其中豬腸處理得好好,沒有臭味,鵝腸好爽口不會韌,紅腸切得大大片,大人小朋友都愛吃,全部都鹵得好入味,而且不會死鹹,鹵水做得好出色,加餸一流。 continue reading

臨近歲晚 都要同屋企人食餐令人溫暖齊齊整整嘅團年飯☺️ 我每年都會斬料加餸 今年就揀咗屋企人附近嘅一間潮州滷水店✌🏻滷水鴨今次嗌咗半隻 肉質好實淨 皮下脂肪好薄身 所以食埋層皮都唔會覺得太邪惡🦆 真係斬料加餸嘅好選擇滷水豬我嗌咗幾款滷水豬嘅產品🐷 覺得佢嘅滷水真係好出色 淨係睇豬手嘅顏色已經知佢好入味 豬大腸 豬脷同埋豬耳 都唔會有內臟嘅腥味 都處理得好好 特別鍾意佢嘅豬耳 因為係比較有咬口嗰種最後仲買埋紅腸同埋豆腐 豆腐好大件🙊 仲好嫩滑 但又唔會好易爛晒 睇到個價目表就覺得性價比幾高 我買咁多樣產品都唔會好貴😮 下次想買佢嘅其中一樣招牌菜獅頭鵝肝 可惜呢日下午嚟到已經賣晒🥲 continue reading
