同朋友行街差唔多食晚飯,上網見到推薦同評分望落都幾好,點知伏到喊本身入到黎都幾好既,環境好坐得舒服,周圍既日本車票裝飾都幾靚,見到日本車站名既貼紙都好有趣,但係落左單之後真係好後悔叫左100g豚同牛既組合,另外叫左炸雞同野飲野飲冇問題,首先講返個餐先個餐我等左半個鐘,其實我想問,呢幾樣野需要半個鐘黎搞咩?約7點半入座,接近8點先送到,而且現場唔超過10個客人,連罐野飲都要過左10分鐘先送過黎,乜唔係雪櫃拎罐野飲就得啦咩?個飯凍冰冰硬硬地,落左燒肉汁撈又落黑椒落七味粉燒埋肉一齊食先勉強食到湯同泡菜正常發揮但個肉先係最大既問題唔知張相睇唔睇得出,但我食既時候係好明顯咁見到冰渣上面,舊肉勁硬,好似岩岩係凍肉鋪買完未解凍好,到底等左半個鐘係等咩?係隔離街市拎返黎?肥膏方面豬既話還好,但牛既肥膏真係有少少多,燒係時候個牛肉因為肥膏縮埋一舊,唔講以為你依家整緊牛油。見到唔少食評都話唔大油煙食完唔會成身燒肉味好好,緊係啦,你d肉乜味都冇食落同擦膠有咩分別?係個蒜香牛油醬都幾香,靠調味料先叫係擺到落口。落黑胡椒既調味罐爛左就咁拎膠紙痴,連我朋友個罐都係,可惜冇影到相。個炸雞正價$31,跟餐叫$21有6舊張圖我唔記得食左一舊先影,遲過個餐隔左一陣先上係熱既,個皮唔算太脆……個肉擺到入口,但係唔係好feel到肉味,如果我食其他餐廳一定覺得舊炸雞唔好食,但同呢間鋪d未解凍既肉比較已經算好沙律醬冇特別,因為都係出面買食完成餐飯唔知自己擺左咩落口,食過其他一人燒肉店既肉係會事先腌好,燒完唔落調味料都已經有味但呢間每舊肉都要靠燒完點醬先有味,唔知係咪因為d肉未解凍好,但我真係冇諗過燒肉都可以咁難食,諗住小店有特別,點知咁伏最後埋單加一$85我唔明加一既意義係邊,服務既地方只有拎個餐過黎同幫我地賣單,我個fd拎到餐既時候店員有幫佢開爐同教佢用,我係完全冇,自己開爐。雖然自己開爐好平常,但呢間鋪要加一,所以感覺有少少奇怪。臨走之前,坐卡位既兩個姐姐突然之間叫有曱甴,有個店員有去幫手捉,但食到一半有曱甴走出黎都幾恐怖……但冇見到唔肯定係咪真店員基本上都係內場搞,係送餐既時候先派1-2個人出去,入鋪時係冇人接待的,d位任坐等餐時見到內場廚房keep住整緊野食,但睇唔到整緊咩……d肉唔係應該準備好曬啦咩?最後啦,真係唔明點解咁多好評,間鋪上網搵係2023年10月尾開張,唔少食評都係個段時間寫,可能開鋪時既質素好好啦,但我今次食真係feel唔到,全餐最好食既居然係等左10分鐘先拎到既野飲85蚊當交左智商稅,見到唔少人食$308高級少少既餐,但d相影出黎個肥膏咁鬼多,居然話油脂滿滿好幸福,雪花同埋肥膏唔識分?300蚊我都食到其他鋪平價既燒肉放題囉今次冇叫丼飯,見到唔少人話都話好食,就咁睇大家影既相都OK既但原諒我真係比唔到第二次機會比呢間鋪。 continue reading

見open rice 食評吾錯就諗住黎試下,6pm 到店一個人都冇,座位吾好座設計頂住隻腳,選了$163牛肩胛,和牛腹肉,牛舌餐。店員攞個餐來的時候飯同湯吾夠熱,暖的。主角出埸后我即刻同店員講,D牛肉睇來吾係好新鮮喎!兩隻吾同顏色之餘,仲好明顯係溶完再雪的~吾新鮮不指仲要結左冰分吾開点燒?佢既回應只係笑一笑,原全冇諗過退換,我再問可唔可以換?佢繼續都係笑一笑同我講等多陣ok!我都吾知講咩好,唯有叫多份炸雞打底。炸雞味道不過不失,雞肉偏乾。既然冇得退換,最後等左5分鐘左右開始照燒來吃左牛舌,中和牛腹係灰色的~食入囗真係麻麻地。右邊牛肩胛就最正常。等得解凍黎飯同湯都凍哂!吾知係心理作用定真係太吾新鮮,食完當晚係有D吾舒服。希望店舖有所改善,吾新鮮既肉就吾好免強出比客人,客人不是無知的。 continue reading

早幾日放工同朋友一齊去左旺角剪髮我地剪之前諗住求其食意外地發現附近有間一人燒肉店燒肉駅主打「速食」一人燒肉提供多款燒肉餐而且CP值高入到去餐廳 發現佈置都好有心機吧枱可以見到唔同日本火車飛既貼紙佈置有小日本旅行既感覺最欣賞就係1d油煙味都無獨立抽風系統 食完之後唔會全身油煙味道甘走除左燒肉 仲有2款丼飯朋友怕燒肉熱氣岩晒//牛五花,豚松阪,雞松阪​$118//(+$18溫泉蛋紫菜飯)有選擇困難症既我見到甘多款肉唔知點選擇好最後決定叫呢個有齊牛豬雞既套餐豚松板係豬頸肉 而雞松板係雞頸肉上桌既時候發現原來份量都好多牛肉味道濃郁 入口嫩滑油脂油花滿佈整塊肉餐廳採用無激素赤雞雞頸肉啖啖肉 口感爽脆有嚼勁點燒都唔會乾 唔駛點汁都好味套餐配泡菜,味噌湯同珍珠飯飯底升級到溫泉蛋紫菜飯每啖都滿滿蛋汁同紫菜香至於燒肉汁就有三款包括傳統燒肉汁、蒜味燒肉汁同埋蒜蓉牛油汁//吉列豬扒咖哩丼 $78//呢個餐有吉列豬扒配上咖哩飯份量夠多 基本上已經都好夠飽吉列豬扒炸至外皮好薄又夠鬆脆食落口一點油膩感都無豬扒肉質比較淋身咖哩汁夠香濃口感甜甜而不辣飯係珍珠米 粒粒分明飽滿$78有呢個質素算係甘 continue reading

朋友第一次帶我來試一人燒肉,原來自己的肉自己燒係咁開心☺️我點了鹿兒島和牛盛,肉質嫩滑口感豐富,每片肉的脂肪分布平均,入口即溶,滿口油脂的香味但又不會感到油膩,令人相當懷念鹿兒島的美食☺️店內環境坐得舒服,店員服務都很細心。 continue reading
