To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果住南區和香港仔，應該好多街坊朋友都試過，我記得堂食試過一次，通常以外賣為主，通常放工途中前用open rice 落左order（20mins 左右） , 返到香港仔都準時地有得囉⋯⋯點解會揀佢地，因為歷史悠久食慣有感情，同埋真心新鮮大件抵食好食… 次次都冇失手….通常手卷會推介軟殼蟹和香蔥三文魚….壽司其實隻隻都ok, 推介三文魚、帶子、花之戀、甜蝦….我兩個人都常外賣叫$250-$280左右已經好夠好飽吖.

今次lunch time 時間喺香港仔附近喺香港仔數一數二好食既日本料理一定有禾彩份～Lunch time 時段有飯/拉麵套餐跟餐可以簡多個小食我就簡左個細刺身壽司方面叫左三文魚，甜蝦，帶小三文魚好大好鮮甜，呢間既三文魚係我唯一一間食過覺得鮮甜又好食既三文魚！甜蝦好大隻，帶子都好大粒，食落全部都好新鮮！呢客海膽好似$158！又多又好食！食落去都食到鮮甜味！呢個價錢絕對無得輸！疫情期間已經停賣左幾年，聽到有賣番即刻未睇價錢照order！日式牛肉鍋，湯底好飲，牛肉好食，入邊啲配料有菜有豆腐有菇！都係咁好食蒲燒鰻魚蛋飯，原條鰻魚，滑蛋炒洋蔥，一樣一流！

街坊小店定時定候都會幫襯最愛佢嘅魚頭鍋同泡菜鍋街坊嘅價錢，人情味嘅服務，絕對足料泡菜三文魚頭鍋最欣賞佢嘅係除咗份量絕對夠，仲有炸到啱啱好嘅魚頭每次去除咗主食，另外都一定會再叫刺身或者壽司

大家街坊香港仔。你卻在我東。行路嫌遠。坐車太超。考慮交通。一直好表現。日菜最佳。曾經很紅火。以為不倒翁。平民皇宮。今晚有枱空。而且九折推廣冀成功。服務員。很努力。笑容卻不及初衷。仍然有團火。恐告終。三文魚。沒有油脂化在口舌中。帶子太薄切。不敵風。其他刺身都一般。比連鎖店心紅。吉列炸蠔好好味。有炸工。尺寸太細攝牙縫。鯖魚味無窮。稱英雄。挑骨頭。眼矇矇。炒雜菜和豚肉鍋。基調相同。豚肉沒味。廚師發夢。黃芽白。出人意表。不共融。本來無一物。死充。今晚胃口麻麻哋。幸好月玲瓏。
