To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係蒙古菜呀🇲🇳竟然係香港食到依啲特別嘅菜式🤩 未去到蒙古🥲就食住蒙古菜體驗下先啦🤣蒙古菜大部分都係烹羊入饌,所以今餐係全羊宴🤣😋 🐏🥢 沙鍋羊肉粉 $58好大鍋🤣細食的話,一個人未必食得曬。先講湯底,好濃肉味但係係好平和同清淡個款,同埋我覺得冇羊臊味。配料有豆卜、木耳、腐皮、蘿蔔同埋羊肉片。特別係個麵底🍜雖然我揀咗米線,但係同平時食開個啲好唔同,佢比較粗少少,食落口好煙韌,有啲似薯粉,好特別🤩🤩🐏🍚 爆炒羊雜飯 $68依款就好惹味,辣辣地🌶️送飯一流👍🏻羊雜其實我覺得同牛雜差唔多🤣不過因為羊內臟,臊味都會比較重,朋友話特別係個肝,有啲臊🤣🍲🍲 肚包肉湯2個 $68大概係羊肚包住羊肉,依款個湯係再濃味啲,不過因為我地已經好飽🤣就冇再飲個湯了。包住係入面嘅羊肉,好腍😆記得要沾佢個韭菜醬,超濃韭菜味,有啲驚喜🫢🤭🫑🥚 燒椒皮蛋 $38推薦大家一定要嗌❗️好食❗️調味岩岩好,仲有啲熟蒜撈埋🧄可以自己揀辣或唔辣。重點係佢係冰凍的🧊,不是室溫,好清涼😋😋 continue reading

作為一個愛吃羊的羊癡,我對所有號稱專做羊肉料理的餐廳絕不放過。今天,我發現了太子一家專門做蒙古菜和東北羊肉的餐廳,立即入去品嚐了幾道招牌羊肉菜餚,味道不錯,不加味精,價錢親民。砂鍋羊肉米線($58)砂鍋存熱,吃到尾還是熱辣辣,暖身又暖胃。羊肉切成薄片,肉質鮮嫩。米線可選普通的或是粗糯米粉,我們選了後者,煙韌軟滑,久煮不爛,吸入了羊肉的湯汁,變得更加美味。湯頭濃郁,香氣撲鼻,讓人忍不住一口接一口,最後一滴不剩。枝竹羊腩飯($78)在東北菜餐廳吃的枝竹羊腩飯竟然比廣東餐廳更正宗,真的有竹蔗、馬蹄、冬菇。這道菜選用黑草羊腩,肉質嫰滑帶彈性。枝竹吸收了羊腩的湯汁,變得軟糯可口。肚包肉羊肚包肉是蒙古知名小食。羊肚經過精心處理,沒有腥味。將羊腿肉餡塞入羊肚中,加清湯燉煮。用小刀切開後吃,羊肚的爽脆和羊肉的鮮嫩完美融合,加上鮮美的羊肉湯,讓人欲罷不能。燒椒皮蛋($38)第一次吃這道菜,驚為天人,樣子不好看卻非常好吃。青椒用火燒過,加大蒜粒、辣椒和皮蛋兩隻,放入搗盅,客人自己動手用棍將皮蛋搗碎,拌勻後就可以吃了,辣椒與糖芯皮蛋交織出的美味,鮮香有餘韻。 continue reading

見新開左間羊食店,咪睇下餐牌,價錢ok就試試佢先。坐低好快送上麥茶同qr code,本身諗住食羊腩煲,但店家強烈推薦牛骨煲,咁未食過就試下啦😋⭐醬料落完order就送上gas爐同醬料,有辣椒豉油、腐乳醬、南乳醬。⭐原味牛骨煲(細)一大窩賣相唔錯,上枱時已經滾起,可即刻食😋牛骨有三大件,真係好大件㗎,上面有肉有筋又幾正喎,最重要係食埋牛骨髓❗味道真係好好味,但食得有啲狼狽,不竟係餐廳都要保持儀態😆呢個要外賣返屋企慢慢啜😆😆⭐蔬菜盤送的蔬菜盤,好似係叫任何鍋類都有得送。⭐寬粉店家突然拎左一盤寬粉出黎送每枱食客試試,未食過喎淥黎試試先🤔好易就熟,彈牙又滑又有咬口,仲好吸湯添,幾得意。⭐牛肉餃子叫左碟生餃做火鍋料,menu話羊肉餃賣晒得返牛肉餃,但淥熟後發覺入面有韮菜餃同芹菜餃,前者味道似羊肉多啲🤔唔通店家聽到我地想食羊肉餃特別整盤二合一,又幾好喎可以一次試晒兩款口味🤤⭐黃金炸饅頭最後就係香口嘅炸饅頭,沾煉奶好正🤤價錢唔貴又免加一,不過暫時只收現金同支付簿,八達通話申請緊😃 continue reading

之前經過留意到呢間新開嘅餐廳專做羊肉煲,見天氣都開始轉涼就記返起呢間,今日收工就同男朋友去試咗喇!味道比想像中更正,餐廳應該係家庭式經營,服務態度都非常好。———————————————🌟滋補羊肉煲 $298呢個羊肉煲真心好足料,入面就咁睇都有好多杞子、龍眼肉、紅棗同當歸等,店員仲話係無味精咁煮,羊肉味道好濃郁,未開始食已經飲左兩碗湯,擔心之後加湯會淡,點知佢再加湯都唔係加滾水,又係加返同一個湯底,真係飲多幾碗都得,冬天飲就岩曬。羊肉方面都算多,未必算好大件但其實一邊食一邊會發現食極都好似仲有咁😂所以實際份量都幾多。另外個煲本身會配一份菜包括生菜、娃娃菜同粟米,全部都非常新鮮同鮮甜。.🌟涼拌魚皮 $48呢個魚皮同我想像中唔係好一樣,佢有少少似wasabi味,我個人期望係麻辣果種,不過男朋友本身就好鍾意食wasabi味嘅野所以呢個小菜超啱佢。份量方面都算多,同埋魚皮本身都好爽口彈牙,如果涼拌再凍少少就更正喇😍.🌟寬粉 $28本身想叫烏冬但店員極力推薦呢個寬粉😂所以最後都叫咗份黎食,點知食完真係返唔到轉頭後尾仲追加多份🤣同平時食開嘅唔同,平時果種係似水晶粉透明咁,但呢個煮完都係白色,口感亦都極之煙韌。佢地話真係直接由蒙古拎黎所以同出面完全唔同,推薦大家叫煲就一定要叫寬粉。.🌟生根 $32男朋友想食所以叫咗份,吸曬湯汁後味道都好唔錯。.🔸整體評價🔸用料好高質,湯底調味亦都係冇得頂,睇得出餐廳對食物質素真係有一定要求。餐廳唔算好大間,但服務絕對係夠,店員好友善亦會主動幫你加湯加茶,嚟緊冬天愈嚟愈凍可以再過嚟試❤️ continue reading

最近我去了這間主打吃羊肉的蒙古餐廳吃晚飯。這間店位於太子,食物平靚正,非常推介。我們點了:金菇肥牛飯 $78這個飯的份量比我想像中大很多,根本就是一個鍋,金菇和肥牛的份量夠兩人吃,底下有面。另外有一碗白飯。味道有少少辣,十分好吃。這個餐還會附上飲品,凍飲加$2,我們叫了一杯凍奶茶 👍🥤蒜泥白肉 $68豬腩肉配上蒜蓉青瓜,很惹味開胃。 🥒🧄羊肉水餃 $48/7個水餃可以選擇湯或蒸或煎。我們選擇了湯餃,可以連着湯一起喝。 🥟🥣 牛大力土茯苓燉雞湯 $68適合大部份人,益氣健脾,祛濕排毒這壺燉湯很足料,味道濃厚,又健康,很推介。 🥣💆‍♀️黃金饅頭 $38/6個作為甜品,饅頭配上煉奶,真是絕了! 🥖🥛內蒙酸菜包這是餐廳新鮮出爐,送了兩個給我們試試。味道十分正宗,裡面的肉和菜餡多到快要滿瀉。 🥖🥓🥬💰總共: $302 兩個人 (沒有服務費)。 continue reading
