入咗呢間店,頭先就揀咗份炸雞脾配意粉,個脾喺我眼前新鮮出爐,一啖落去嘅時候,口感唔係講笑,脆得嚟又keep住雞肉汁,真係扎實,嗌中辣,辣得嚟正啱口味!意粉啲酸酸甜甜蕃茄醬,以家庭風格呈獻,簡單得嚟夠曬味,傾心意!乾炒肥牛公仔麵都唔錯,肥牛肉味足,麵條爽口彈牙,一叉子卷起嘅滿足感,真係食到响指。呢啲宵夜時段嚟到,食埋佢們家嘅黑牛爆檸,清新解膩,豪邊飲邊嘆,食飽飽,夜晚行大埔都有精神啦!整體命中率高,你問我會唔會再嚟?答案係肯定嘅,真係啱晒我哋啲夜貓子🌙🥤🍝。 continue reading

黎到良髀不得不食嘅就係生炸雞髀,雞髀生炸大大隻,比手掌還要大隻,有大中小辣可以選擇。想惹味啲嘅話,建議可以揀中辣。味道可以話比起出邊餐廳都有過之而無不及。唔想食得太煎炸,可以試一試滷水雞髀,滷水雞髀同樣大隻,而且十分入味。仲要點每次都要食嘅豉油肉碎炒腸粉,腸粉軟滑,醬汁香濃,帶少少辣味。令人忍不住一口接一口。今次試咗個豬頸肉炒公仔麵,麵條比較幼身,醬料偏向美極豉油味。飲品點咗一杯爆檸,即係檸檬茶加爆珠,一杯大大杯,夠兩個人飲。非常解渴。 continue reading

好耐無去食好西,今日一放工,就去咗食大埔名物,滷水雞髀。入到去,侍應好nice咁招呼咗我地坐低,就介紹咗佢地出名既雞髀。我地叫咗滷水雞髀、香辣肉碎炒腸粉同埋乾炒豬頸肉公仔麵。滷水雞髀Juicy大雞髀,隻碟有幾大,隻雞髀就有幾大,食落熱辣辣,而且醃得啱啱好,唔會太鹹,肉汁仲好入味。香辣肉碎炒腸粉平時食既都係蒸腸粉加混醬,今次係炒醬腸粉,加咗香辣肉碎同埋芽菜,即刻變咗泰式粆腸粉。乾炒豬頸肉公仔麵豬頸肉炒公仔麵好有鑊氣,炒得好乾身,配埋其他配菜同醬汁,食落好惹味。 continue reading
