{食盡長沙灣之港式 — 葉公館}————————————————最近俾朋友問,點解我地咁小介紹西餐俾大家😂,睇一睇發現其實都真係,因為#hkfoodu 比較鍾意食中菜或港式野,一係就東南亞😂而今次都唔例外😬 (p.s.咁熱炒小菜真係好好食呀嘛 🤣) 🔸 菠蘿咕嚕肉 (孖寶C) 菠蘿咕嚕肉一向都係我鍾情既菜式😆, 今次呢碟嘅咕嚕肉味道夠酸甜, 唔會太多肥膏,而佢嘅外層亦都脆口,唔錯! 🔸 豉椒蒸大蜆 (孖寶C) 平時喺屋企想食蜆,要洗得乾淨真係好麻煩😅 而聽講呢度都出名海鮮,所以嚟到梗係要食佢嘅豉椒蒸大蜆啦! 一上碟見到有大量蜆即刻心心眼, 蜆肉好新鮮唔會有壞蜆, 而佢嘅醬汁有好輕微嘅辣, 令到佢更加惹味🥰份量抵食食極都有! 🔸 菜心炒鮮魷 有時嗌菜但係又唔想齋食菜好似冇咁抵,就會想要配一啲其他嘢(有冇人都係咁🤣) 估唔到呢啲菜心炒鮮魷嚟到,啲魷仲多過菜心🤪, 少少鹹味,健康又美味😆 Overall comment: 長沙灣嘅餐廳一般都唔算係貴價路線, 呢種街坊茶樓食小菜, 夠水準得嚟性價比又高,值得一試, 最後仲有一碗陳皮紅豆沙送嫁! continue reading

今日我哋去咗一間小店,試咗幾款特色菜。佢嘅前菜係有少少麻辣味,木耳清爽好開胃涼瓜炒牛肉,啖啖牛肉都係咁軟滑,涼瓜唔會太鹹,用咗豆豉爆香,好有鑊氣送飯一流!菠蘿古嚕肉個菠蘿古嚕肉係新鮮嘅菠蘿同埋炸到香脆嘅古嚕肉,甜甜咸咸嘅味道好開胃,而且佢嘅咕嚕肉係新鮮炸外面脆卜卜熱辣辣!個醬比較酸,所以好開胃!瑤柱蛋白炒飯飯粒鬆軟唔會太乾,又唔會太油身!瑤柱嘅鮮味同埋蛋白嘅滑嫩配合得好好。成日去呢啲酒樓都好想食炒飯,因為屋企整唔到呢種鑊氣🤣🤣🤣最後餐廳送陳皮紅豆沙,紅豆煮得恰到好處,唔會太林太甜,陳皮嘅微苦味同紅豆嘅甜味調到啱啱好!整體嚟講,今次食評係非常滿意嘅,每樣菜色都唔錯!價錢又親民,最適合一家大細嚟! continue reading

日前係長沙灣附近探完親戚,夜咗決定喺附近餐廳食🤔行過見到依一間葉公館,一於入去試下!餐廳有2層,地下係買外賣,上一層就係堂食嘅,上到去坐低叫左茶之後店員就會送上開胃前菜🤘🏻 佢地嘅菜單選擇好多,有川菜、海鮮、撚手小菜、燒味等等,仲有晚市超值孖寶,有海鮮配燒肉都係$218一份,性價比超高。見到menu竟然有片皮鴨😍,就決定散叫鴨同其他海鮮 片皮鴨半隻 ($98)肥瘦均勻的片皮鴨,做到皮脆肉嫩效果,配京醬和煙韌的餅皮 上湯豆苗 ($98)豆苗唔會煮得過熟,調味啱啱好唔會太油太咸 蒜蓉粉絲開邊蝦 ($118)擺碟好吸引😋十隻整齊地排列,好正。蝦身切開索晒啲汁,加埋蒜蓉同粉嶺,成件事好重口味,配飯一流! 最後仲送左紅豆沙😍開心性價比OK! 下次經過長沙灣都可以當飯堂 continue reading
