濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯花膠雞湯超級無敵濃,完全食得出係真材實料煮出嚟嘅高質湯底。入邊總共有五大嚿花膠,湯底被花膠煲得帶點兒膠質,未到帶咗好鮮甜嘅雞湯味,店員亦都會好細心將入邊嘅雞用鉸剪分做一嚿嚿,雞肉依然保持嫩滑。澳洲和牛牛展肉平時好少會用牛腱肉嚟打邊爐,今次係一個新嘗試,估唔到牛腱肉用嚟打邊爐又鮮又爽口,而且食落去好似一口size咁啱啱好,點埋醬食一流。牛骨濃湯牛丸叫餐廳嘅推介食品實冇錯,爆汁程度完全冇誇張到,真係一咬入口,啲牛肉汁會飛曬咁噴出嚟,超級正!而且好鍾意入邊有啲牛筋位,食落去帶點兒爽脆,唔會係一粒硬實實嘅肉丸咁dry。赤燒流心芝士魚蛋聽落去好似係好邪惡嘅嘢食,但係呢流心芝士魚蛋絕對值得一嗌,魚蛋外層微微燒過,一咬落去芝士爆曬出嚟,仲要係流心嗰款,勁高質。中山脆肉鯇魚腩脆卜肉魚腩超級新鮮,啲肉真係卜卜脆,仲好足料,一碟有成十舊咁多,食完大滿足。原條貴州野生竹笙王每條都超粗而且係比平時食開嘅大條,店員建議我哋喺飲花膠雞湯嘅時候滾,咁就可以吸收晒雞湯嘅精華。食落爽口而且可以飲埋啲湯,一啲湯都唔使嘥🤣 continue reading

我平時係啲好鍾意飲湯嘅人,呢個花膠雞湯都好足料,呢個只係半隻嘅份量,其實我哋兩個人完全夠飲,有大概10舊8舊花膠,而且花膠煲得好腍,好易咬,感覺非常滋補!雞件反而我只係一般般鍾意食,不過雞啲精華都喺晒湯度,淡淡湯都好好飲!最後用呢個湯底嚟打邊爐就真係fit fit❤️因為我哋得兩個人食,叫咗唔係好多餸。上枱見到手切安格斯牛啲色水已經好靚,食落個味道好鮮,牛肉都好腍👍另外叫咗打邊爐必備嘅牛柏葉,響鈴,貢丸同埋生菜等等。牛柏葉以喺火鍋店嘅份量嚟講算係多,煲一煲就好腍,唔韌。另外仲叫咗筍片,不過係細佬鍾意食,我就冇特別試到啦,細佬話都唔錯喎。整體感覺唔錯,如果下次有機會同朋友再約起尖沙咀會考慮encore🙌 continue reading

尖沙咀呢一幢嘢真係好多嘢食今日過嚟打邊爐。濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯, 嗰個湯一嚟到飲一啖,好鮮甜,好有雞味,完全食得出係真材實料。 入邊總共有五舊花膠,好大塊,兩三啖都食唔晒。 之後煲耐咗仲會有少少膠質嘅感覺。 店員亦都會幫手剪開隻雞。 隻雞髀都勁好食,肉質好滑,煲完都係好多汁。澳洲和牛牛展肉,好大碟。肉味好濃,牛肉唔係好肥嗰啲,唔會食到成口油。但都唔係好嚡好柴嗰啲,有咬口。 中山脆肉鯇魚片,打邊爐最鍾意食鯇魚片,切到好薄,咬落去又好脆身,好有魚味! 牛骨濃湯牛丸,餐廳高度推介,真係一咬入口啲汁會bi餐出嚟,超級正! 而且入邊有啲牛筋食落去有啲Q 彈,好重牛味。 原條貴州野生竹笙王,每條都好長, 而且好大條,吸收晒花膠雞嘅味!炸魚皮同金菇,就係正常嘅,都係打邊爐我一定會嗌嘅。 continue reading

除左雞湯(已經冇最初旺角時好)其他食物都一般價錢偏貴,地方冇旺角甘大,同格離格枱好近,好逼好嘈 ,如果平均350-500消費,真係有好多舒適既選擇。員工服務差,未齊人,1 岩岩座底 ,催人落配料 催幾次2仲飲緊雞湯 ,成日催人落單仲要企起度等,睇住人地落單3食到最後 有員工幫得地加湯另一員工細細聲話 (佢地冇餸 ,吾洗加)又要講 又要比客聽到4最後check 單 再發現全部飲品落多左😅預左呢間餐廳都貴,但服務吾得之前食開旺角,差很遠 continue reading

本身諗住開開心心食個母親節飯,叫了1個花膠雞湯底(半隻雞)$308,雞湯是不錯的,但沒有膠質,花膠也是爽的完全無膠質。另外再叫了一份本地手切牛肉$338但是完全沒有牛味的,非常失望。再叫了一份黑松露鮮肉雲吞$60 四粒和響鈴,但雲吞的豬肉是臭的,應該是存放太久,肉已經壞了,小朋友咬了一口也問點解咁嘅味。。。向職員反映但他們沒有理會,態度亦不太友善,感覺非常差,最後埋單$980,以後都唔會再幫襯!!! continue reading
