元朗放工約了一班朋友晚膳,想著許久沒有火鍋就在附近找位置,看到這店不用排隊便直接進場!由於同行的不是食肉獸,就是牛魔王,所以就乾脆來了個牛肉放題。先來一個駌鴦鍋,牛骨清湯及沙嗲湯底,沙嗲湯十分濃郁又不太辣,吃不了辣的朋友也大快朵頤。信州牛胸肉食店推薦系列,有種霜降牛的感覺,油脂肉身比例均勻,肉質帶嚼勁,多汁鮮嫰。牛坑爪肥油分佈較多,可能不太合養生的朋友,但亦正因如此使其油香味濃!牛駝峰相比下較為瘦脊,牛味相對突出,多吃休不感油膩。澳洲五花趾肉身帶筋,而且十分薄透,算是最吃不出牛味的一款。鴨血煙韌不鬆散,味道徧淡,不過不失之作。

我們先order了些小食,炸魚皮、泰式鳳爪。我們還想試試油趣魚皮,可惜暫時無法提供,所以只好下次再試吧。之後我們就order 邊爐的食物。鴛鴦沙牛湯底 $82一邊牛骨清湯,一邊濃濃沙爹牛肉湯底。清湯那面可以放牛肉,這就不會蓋過牛肉的鮮味。沙爹牛肉個面就可以放些吸湯的食物,好似蜂巢豆腐咁,吸晒湯底的味道!信州和牛羽下肉 $98肥瘦平均分佈,牛味十分香濃,而家絕不會靭。信州和牛胸肉 $98在雪花牛肉既旁邊痴住肥膏,口感較羽下肉爽口。滑尾龍 $48 店員教我們要先把牛肉和生蛋撈混,再放入熱辣辣的湯底裏。牛肉口感較煙靭,但配上香滑蛋汁,完全係絕佳既配合!澳洲和牛-龍頸脊 $68比起我們叫的另外三款牛肉,這個牛肉味較輕,但口感依然嫩滑。我們還order了蔬菜盤,萵筍、白蘿蔔、水蓮菜,份份都好大份!!這是我第一次吃水蓮菜,一條條好似麵條,食落爽口。店鋪還提供了養生飲品選擇,為怕熱氣的人下下火。

一邊牛骨清湯,一邊濃濃沙爹牛肉湯底。清湯那面可以放牛肉,這就不會蓋過牛肉的鮮味。沙爹牛肉個面就可以放些吸湯的食物,好似蜂巢豆腐咁,吸晒湯底的味道!

我們還order了蔬菜盤,萵筍、白蘿蔔、水蓮菜,份份都好大份!!這是我第一次吃水蓮菜,一條條好似麵條,食落爽口。店鋪還提供了養生飲品選擇,為怕熱氣的人下下火。
