To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都好鍾意食酸菜魚見呢間幾多人推介所以就入去試吓叫咗個必嗌嘅冷鍋酸菜魚因為唔係好食得辣，所以嗌咗走辣份量都多魚肉夠嫩滑但都係建議嗌返小辣或以上因為走咗辣，冇咁惹味同埋略嫌酸味唔夠。。。花枝丸好有驚喜！比我想像中多同埋大粒！好彈牙！推介！糍粑好食，建議食咗魚後先嗌或者嗌完即食攤凍咗食感覺似年糕，不過味道都唔錯

第2次去堂食，兩大兩小，所以今次只叫左冷鍋酸菜魚，少爺炒飯。少爺炒飯叫左走辣，有午餐肉粒，蝦仁等材料，老公話好食冷鍋酸菜魚叫左小辣，成鍋滿滿既材料，岩晒2到4人食用，我同老公大胃王清晒成鍋（我地無叫其他餸，怕食唔晒浪費），魚肉好滑好嫩，重點係完！全！無！腥！味！，湯底好味，食到重胡椒粉味，入面配料有萵荀，金菇，娃娃菜，寛粉，好正好好食😋😋上次我有叫左炒菜花勁好食，但今次怕食唔晒無點到，推薦必食之一

一大盤紅彤彤嘅冷鍋酸菜魚。酸菜嘅酸味同魚嘅鮮味完美融合，再加上辣椒嘅辣味，真係好惹味。魚肉好滑嫩，酸菜又爽脆，真係食到停唔口。食完辣嘅冷鍋酸菜魚，就梗係要食返啲甜嘅嘢嚟中和吓啦。捌壹壹嘅黑糖糍粑真係好正！糍粑外脆內軟，黑糖嘅香甜味喺口腔中蔓延，真係好滿足。

酸菜魚以外… 小炒也真的不差；帶上四川湖南的同事来吃都說味道正宗（雖不一定是香港人口味）；除了酸菜魚，我喜歡她們的干鍋肥腸，同埋辣椒炒蛋；别小看辣椒炒蛋，簡單一個家常菜，你就會吃得出是否地道… 可以說他們很多佐料都是道地的！讚！至于涼菜，我比較欣賞她們的尖椒皮蛋（不是廣東/香港式皮蛋），味道做法和我在四川嘗的沒太大分別！又讚！
