蝦方面是期望之內較新鮮,彈牙,蝦餃皮也算煙韌,可惜包得不較實,也欠筍
麻辣燒賣:
麻辣味突出,但不算辣,一點點而己,好辣之未必滿足,麻辣味跟某牌子的麻辣雞肉燒賣味道差不多,而燒賣則是肉感較重的燒賣,不是煙韌的口感,肉不會太肥,所以不會太膩
鮮蝦菜苗餃:
蝦彈牙, 皮很淋
素菜餃:
沒試,但皮應該跟鮮蝦菜苗餃一樣

上圖左1) 火腿Pizza, Pizza底厚,不鬆軟更加是偏韌,面的料是醃火腿偏鹹偏油
上圖中間的是吞拿魚酥,酥皮是韌的,吞拿魚醬沒鯹味
上圖最右的是南瓜酥,酥皮間有點南瓜蓉(看YOUTUBE才知道)因為吃的時候並吃不出南瓜味,酥皮也是韌的
下圖左1)是燒車厘茄,露筍等,很油,但不會燒得太淋
下圖中間的是忌廉汁意粉,奶味重,不會很鹹,夠Creamy,意粉質地也軟硬適中,面也有點煙肉乾,增加口感和調味
下圖最右的是有名牌的"香烤辣雞髀配朱古力汁",作為一隻雞髀,她是算偏嚡偏乾,雖然又標明是辣,但吃不出辣味,以為是朱古力味蓋過了??也不是朱古力味流於表面,朱古力也不濃,算是中伏之選

中伏的一餐,我們一行四人懷著興奮的心情,心想現今的Argo應該同之前的Blue Bar, 食物質素應該相差不大,較之前的分別是~食物種類多了,尤其加了海鮮系列,價錢當然貴了。全部海鮮‘’雪‘’而無味,魚生系列勉強,燒牛肉,燒味,中式點心合格,甜品系列一如過往,並多了Movenpick雪糕一杯。猶幸靠窗位置座位略勝一籌,侍應服務良好,悠閒地渡過一個愉快的下午,彌補了中伏的食物質素。

今次因家人生日,有幸訂到ARGO由訂檯開始,已感覺到Four Seasons 的專業禮賓服務。由email來回的速度,親身call back 客人confirm reservation 同講解預訂須知。令你有備受專重的感覺。去得六星級酒店用餐,你所購買嘅不只食物嘅質素,仲有禮遇同環境。一家人係預約時間早十分鐘到,前排已有一列食客排隊等候,Receptionist 禮貌周到,迅速完成防疫程序,便馬上安排入座。有幸被安排座位於出名嘅Butterfly Room. 雖然離用餐區較遠,但靜悄悄嘅環境就係我哋嘅preferenceArgo嘅食物係貴精原貴多。食物好新鮮,烹調方法好準繩,而擺盤亦都好重視,細緻。每款食物都係食得又睇得。如果要同一般自助餐比較,可能好多人都會話無咩好食。但每款食物都睇得出係精挑細選嘅dishes,每樣食物由外觀到味道都係至善至美。以我本人嘅食量嚟講,我實在都未能夠每個菜式都試晒。所以在我而言,食物款式其實已算不少。特別推介佢嘅乳豬,真係做到皮脆鬆化,半肥瘦嘅肉質燒到剛剛好,又軟又滑。叉燒望落去有點乾爭爭,但入口完全係兩回事。絕對係又軟又淋。生蠔係即叫即開,煎黑椒牛柳

Argo嘅食物係貴精原貴多。食物好新鮮,烹調方法好準繩,而擺盤亦都好重視,細緻。每款食物都係食得又睇得。

如果要同一般自助餐比較,可能好多人都會話無咩好食。但每款食物都睇得出係精挑細選嘅dishes,每樣食物由外觀到味道都係至善至美。

以我本人嘅食量嚟講,我實在都未能夠每個菜式都試晒。所以在我而言,食物款式其實已算不少。

特別推介佢嘅乳豬,真係做到皮脆鬆化,半肥瘦嘅肉質燒到剛剛好,又軟又滑。

叉燒望落去有點乾爭爭,但入口完全係兩回事。絕對係又軟又淋。

生蠔係即叫即開,煎黑椒牛柳同生蠔都以live station 形成運作,水準絕對係值得一提。

唯一爭少少嘅就係因為本身Argo係Bar, 所以座位同餐檯高度都比較低,用餐時坐得比較辛苦啦⋯⋯
