前一陣到訪了這一家位於灣仔大王東街的阿根廷扒房,從前菜主菜到甜品和雞尾酒都非常花心思主菜的鴨胸以濃縮血橙汁掃過表皮及煙燻,內裏非常粉嫩,而且帶有濃郁的肉味,非常推薦!四百克重的阿根廷草飼牛,火候剛好肉味香濃,配上獨特的chimichurri醬,是標準的阿根廷風味!前菜的生牛肉他他份量大得令人驚喜,tenderloin的部分配上紅蔥頭芥末等香料,配上日本蛋黃用料講究!還有阿根廷的特色焗芝士,在燒熱了的鐵鍋上放上煙靭的芝士和酸洋蔥,配着麵包很好吃;十分推薦這一道非常有特色的國民美食!【阿根廷酥炸餡餅】內包含的手切牛肉味非常濃郁;喜歡吃內臟的話,就不要錯過這道小牛胸線,外脆內軟入口即化如鴨肝,加上蒜油和檸檬汁就是標準的阿根廷吃法;嗜甜的話不妨嘗試他們的carrot cake,加上了橙味忌廉醬和朱古力醬,還有少許鹽巴甜中帶鹹!雞尾酒方面,Pisco Sour帶有濃郁的花香,聞起來香甜喝下去卻不膩;El Dandy則以boulevardier的配方作為藍本,再用上更佳的基底酒選擇,味道濃而不烈!除了雞尾酒之外,紅白酒全都用上了阿根廷的佳釀,配着地道的阿根廷菜聚餐就最適合不過 continue reading

最近,我為了支持香港本地餐廳,尋找高品質的餐飲體驗,來到了位於灣仔的Asado 阿根廷牛排館。作為城中最優秀和正宗的家庭式阿根廷牛排館,Asado不僅提供卓越的烹飪藝術,還擁有溫馨且時尚的氛圍,非常適合情侶、朋友和家庭聚會。餐點從一系列令人印象深刻的開胃菜開始:Flower Power: 經典Pisco Sour的美麗且清新的變奏,非常適合開啟愉快的晚上。此外,Asado 的葡萄酒單提供精選的阿根廷頂級葡萄酒,滿足各種口味。Empanadas (阿根廷餡餅): 手工製作的傳統餃子 配上 El Dandy -  這是一款為威士忌愛好者準備的精緻阿根廷風味BoulevardierProvoleta (焗瑞士芝士)融化的普羅沃隆芝士,芝士拉絲,完美地開啟了整場餐飲序幕。Mollejas (小牛胸腺)在阿根廷享有盛名,有個美麗的別名叫Sweetbread,是小牛的腺體。阿根廷人通常會將整個小牛胸腺烤得香脆,且保留內裡的滑溜口感, 外脆內嫩,風味類似鵝肝。Steak Tartare (牛肉他他)Asado的老闆非常喜愛牛肉他他。在香港多家餐廳試過數百種食譜後,終於確定了這個絕佳的食譜:精細切碎的菲力牛肉、刺山柑、酸黃瓜、紅蔥頭、第戎芥末、醬油(我們這裡不使用鹽)、利賓納醬油、類似塔巴斯科的辣醬、辣根蛋黃醬和有機日本雞蛋黃 ,用烤麵包片來搭配這道菜。主菜同樣令人難忘:Ribeye (肋眼牛排)以$428的價格提供400克的阿根廷草飼牛肉,烤至完美並搭配生動的香蒜醬。Smoked Duck Breast (煙熏鴨胸搭配血橙縮減醬和criolla醬,風味獨特。配菜如心棕櫚沙拉和炸花椰菜增添了新鮮感和口感,平衡了豐富的主菜風味。甜品為這頓餐點畫上完美的句號木糠布甸(Serradura):強烈推薦層次分明的口感略冰,很柔軟,也不很甜膩胡蘿蔔蛋糕:經典菜的鹹香新變奏,配以橙味英式奶油和巧克力醬。Asado 對品質的承諾在每一道菜和飲品中都可見一斑,我已經期待再次回訪,探索他們更多富有創意的菜單!  continue reading

I knew this restaurant from eatigo which my first try is in Central brunch. The waiter is very kind and talkative and recommend dishes for us. This makes us feel comfortable and really enjoy the dinner with my family.We have been to ASADO for several times because the appetizers and beefs are super delicious and memorable. The cooking way of Argentine style is special which is not easy to find in Hong Kong. The dishes are in high quality in every single time. GAMBAS, PANKO MUSHROOMS, RIBEYE and T-BONE are my favourite I have brought different friends there and they like so much.Highly recommend ASADO, love the food, love the atmosphere, love the services and love the way they trust us as friendsFor sure will bring more friends to ASADO continue reading

估佢唔到樣樣嘢都好味喎沙律配料有好多,dressing嘅味道就普通血腸我本人就唔係好食得慣,另外叫咗嘅香腸我就覺得太鹹,但係係有特色嘅牛扒就叫咗兩款,分別係ribeye同 skirt steak,兩款我都好推薦,不過又係覺得調味比較重手咗少少肉質嚟講skirt steak比較有咬口,但係兩款肉都肉質滿滿,ribeye油脂比較豐富叫曬三款甜品,焦糖燉蛋比較普通,但係木糠布甸有少少驚喜,好smooth整體嚟講係一間唔錯嘅牛扒小店 continue reading

今次我去咗間有名嘅阿根廷餐廳,真係令我歎為觀止👀!開頭嗌咗個蒜香蝦同chorizo熱腸,蝦仔蒜味濃郁,熱腸Q彈過癮,正!主菜當然唔少得招牌斧頭扒,燒香嘅肉香四溢,外層微焦,入口肉汁隨即四溢,啖啖肉嘅滿足感真係一流!搭埋個煎得金黃嘅椰菜花,入味之餘又爽口,完美襯托咗肉嘅口感。仲有,果班staff 真係友善得嚟,環境都舒服,考慮到返工一族打卡壓力,玩呢個仲有早鳥折扣呀,真係聰明食客嘅小確幸😋!下次同屋企人一齊黎,共享食欲嘅美好時光!總括嚟講,食物質素高,氣氛正,非常值得推介✌! continue reading
