今日嚟到王家沙同屋企人食飯,叫左一個套餐再另加左一份炒飯同蔥油拌麵。頭盤精選滬式涼菜拼盤花雕醉雞,鎮江肴肉,肉鬆豆腐,手拍青瓜,四喜烤麩小籠包,保持到水準,皮薄多汁金沙大蝦,味道比較淡蔥油拌麵,個人覺得調味略嫌過分清淡燉湯,好清淡,健康養生之選炒飯,整體不錯有足夠配料炒四季豆鎮江糖醋骨松子魚,酸酸甜甜好開胃脆皮雞皮脆肉嫩,可惜附上既醬料只得色,味道嚴重欠奉薑汁湯圓,唔會太甜,不過不失人均消費$400,整體尚算可以,不過唔適合啲食唔慣清淡既朋友。 continue reading

多年無食王家沙.花樣年華,記憶中王家沙以前都很好食,諗住找尋一下回憶,就同朋友來左九龍塘分店。三絲粉皮 - 味道正常,至於份量則如圖,本人就覺得非常少,兩個人share ,幾啖就無,但收我$68。🫥招牌蟹粉小籠包 - 一點蟹粉味也沒有,早知叫普通小籠包好了,而且小籠包的皮有點厚,不好吃。😦家鄉金腿炒飯 - 炒飯幾乾身,初初以為有一點兒的金華火腿,可是我們應該誤會了,而是雞肉粒,可惜雞肉粒淡而無味,還要用雪藏青豆,不合格!🤢炸黑毛豬扒擔擔麵 - 眼見豬扒炸得不錯,炸粉不會好厚,以為會有一樣好吃的,怎料黑毛豬非常乾,沒有肉汁,份量亦不多,眼見如圖好像只有半塊豬扒一樣。難食。🤮難食之餘還要收茶價又收加一,真係無下次。🤮🤮🤮 continue reading

很久沒來,這次五一來吃晚飯,晚上7點直入不用排隊,食客只有一半。食品質素很差,羊肉太硬, 豬扒像煲湯之後的豬肉,好鞋, 粢飯餡料很少,侍應生沒精打彩,最後二人吃了共400幾,性價比好低,不會再來了。 continue reading

周末無咩好做,就同朋友拉隊去又一城嘅「王家沙.花樣年華」試吓正宗上海菜。啲菜真係幾有驚喜,價錢又唔錯,食得好開心!✨今次食咗啲咩嚟:小籠包:啲皮薄到透明,湯汁超多,一啖咬落去滿口香濃,頂呱呱!蔥油餅:外皮酥脆,裡面蔥香撲鼻,味道正!梅菜扣肉:肉質超滑,梅菜味夠鹹香,好下飯,一試愛上。涼菜腩肉:夏天食涼菜正!這款腩肉夠味,醬汁拌飯剛剛好。 continue reading

一間不值得再去嘅垃圾餐廳!去之前已經打電話問是否限時,工作人員話不限時才去食。去到點餸菜食完,時間只不過是一小時,有位男士應行過嚟話幫我哋執碗碟,我哋話唔需要住可能會再叫,跟住士應黑面行開,不夠15分鐘一個著住西裝友嘅侍應行過來話幫我哋執碗碟,我哋話會再叫甜品,佢嘅態度好不禮貌地講如果你叫我至攞碗碟俾你。跟住好快就收走我哋所有碗碟,我以為出邊有好多客等住等枱所以想我哋走,但係出面係一個客都沒有,而且周邊都有好多吉枱,但點解咁嘅情況佢都仲要逼我哋走,即係話我哋一個半小時嘅食飯時間都沒有。原因好簡單,我諗就係快啲趕晒啲客走就可以早啲收工。而家香港咁嘅經濟情況都仲要咁對啲客,香港人點會唔上大陸消費呀!所以唔該你哋啲食肆講到啲香港人北上消費,係咪要先檢討一下自己啲員工態度和進餐時間呢?呢間咁嘅所謂有少少知名度嘅食肆我以後都唔會再去。一定Blacklist continue reading
