Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次去完日本一間舊式丼飯餐廳翻黎就一直想再穩翻類型既餐廳,終於穩到類似既啦,帶廣名物稀有豚肉丼(特盛),呢只稀有豚肉係豚肉眼,質地好腍,燒汁有dd甜味,豚肉煎得焦邊脆,配菜有埋既蒸蛋都好嫩滑,鷄湯底好鮮甜,足料,啖啖料,味增豚肉湯好大婉,但係咸左dd,特盛餐倆人食完全無問題。 continue reading

特上天婦羅鍋燒烏冬 $92(+$33 茶碗蒸、海老味噌湯、小菜、黑糖Jelly)天婦羅有:- 海老🍤x2- 魷魚🦑x1- 沙錐魚🐟x2天婦羅炸得唔錯,粉漿唔算薄🤔,但都唔會太厚👌🏻。小編唔太鍾意個天婦羅汁,味道太淡了😓(ps小編最愛點鹽食,唔會弄濕炸漿又有足夠咸味)魚冇鯹味👍🏻,魷魚半生熟,完全唔韌,係幾好食嘅👍🏻。鍋燒烏冬好彈牙😍😍😍,(溫馨提示,個鍋滾一陣就好較細火!小編發現得太遲,烏冬已經痴曬底😭) 但痴痴地底都keep到彈牙真心佩服😂海老味噌湯唔會死咸,加咗櫻花蝦多咗鮮味,加埋白蘿蔔多埋甜味,真心幾好飲😋。仲有少量薄片蒟蒻咬下,增添口感。茶碗蒸夠滑,雖然冇咩餸,但都$33加咁多野算係咁。鰻魚御膳$188- 鰻魚飯- 鰹魚湯- Wasabi、紫菜、蔥花- 豚肉味噌湯- 刺身- 茶碗蒸(比+$33嗰個餐多兩隻蝦)- 小菜- 黑糖Jelly店家有提供有多一個細碗仔,讓食客可以盛少許飯,再加鰹魚湯另外自製泡飯。有俾多個碗仔係細心嘅,免得直接倒湯落原先的盒子,全部製成泡飯,才發覺自己喜歡直接吃飯多於加湯。對於小編來說,我喜歡飯還飯,湯還湯🤭豚肉味噌湯相對海老味噌湯較咸,多咗肉味,但少咗鮮甜味,飲落亦冇咁清。小編與朋友都覺得海老味噌湯較好飲。結論小編覺得烏冬較好食同抵食。小編建議+$33轉餐😋👍🏻,餐的食物都唔錯同幾抵食。 continue reading

同朋友食晚飯,喺徳福廣場揀餐廳,雖然餐廳係以豚丼出名,但我哋就俾佢嘅天婦羅同刺身丼吸引咗入嚟 😆每日限定嘅北海道帆立貝大赤蝦丼 $118 😋🦐 赤蝦相當肥美同新鮮,有三粒開半嘅帆立貝,同埋少量三文魚子 🟠,睇落份量唔多,但食完都好滿足好夠飽 🤰加咗$33套餐,包咗豚肉麵豉湯🍲,茶碗蒸 🍵,醬菜同埋甜品 🍨。豚肉麵豉湯好足料,成碗都係蘿蔔,但豚肉就細細塊同比較少;茶碗蒸只係得半碗,兩三啖就食晒啦,冇乜配料只係得兩片菇 🍄;甜品係黑糖水信玄餅,質感似啫喱但無味,只係靠黑糖糖漿帶出甜味 😅飯團熊認為刺身丼材料新鮮值得一試 👍,雖然配套餐唔貴,但質素麻麻🤌,所以建議如果覺得淨係食刺身丼會唔夠飽嘅話,先至加好套餐 😊 埋單$151再加一,提提大家,餐廳唔接受現金付款,記得要用電子消費啊!😉 continue reading
