咁啱屋企人生日book咗Klook上面百度酒店嘅午市自助餐,咁就去試一試啦,中午係有生蠔蟹腳!都幾抵食。🍴Klook 假日午市自助餐 $358頭盤 (7/10)沙律菜唔算好多選擇就只有雜錦沙律菜,自製凱撒沙律味道都唔錯,仲可以灑上芝士水,煙三文魚正常唔會好鹹!海鮮 (7/10)有蝦蟹螺同埋青口,個人覺得蝦係最鮮甜好食,蟹肉就正常比較鹹,其他都麻麻哋!生蠔 (6/10)生蠔都唔算好細隻,不過食落比較腥,加咗檸檬同埋醬汁就好少少。刺身 (8/10)冇諗過刺身可以咁高質咁好食,三文魚夠晒肥美,玉子OK!熟食 (6.5/10)試咗羊架牛扒魚肉,牛扒正常,冇乜肉味,不過都夠軟腍,羊架就比較鞋口,魚肉普通。甜品 (8/10)甜品真係最好食,一定要食拿破崙,香脆得來有牛油味仲要千層脆口,加埋吉士醬香得來又唔會太甜!芝士蛋糕芝士味香濃,口感都細滑, Tiramisu係真係有咖啡嘅香味做得都唔會太濕,焦糖燉蛋都係好香甜嘅忌廉,仲要口感細滑!除此之外,雪糕Movepick分別係雲呢拿士多啤梨朱古力,仲有即整嘅窩夫,窩夫就正常。推薦指數: 7/10午市平平哋$300有蟹腳生蠔算係咁啦,整體嚟講個質素正常OK啦,刺身同甜品係真係好食嘅雪糕又係Movepick嘅話,都叫可以回本🤣 continue reading

今回約了姥 Pink 食飯,順道見面交收英國手信。同佢見面永遠都係雞啄唔斷,乜都大家開口中,笑餐懞!約了在「8度海逸酒店」食自助晚餐,這輪酒店主打生蠔及海鮮菜式系列。自助餐的頭盤方面,走多國化路線,我有吃到的「Cheese Corner」、「煙三文魚」、「日式胡麻醬毛茄」、「台式杞子醉轉彎」等都不錯:其餘有「沙律區域」、「風乾火腿配蜜瓜」、「麻辣海鮮洋蔥沙律」、「酸雜菜配燻蹄」、「意大利雜菌沙律配扒南瓜」、「麻香雞絲沙律伴海蜇」、「泡椒紅洋蔥牛肉沙律」、「蕃茄水牛芝士沙津配香草汁」、「蒜香小木耳配酸笋蝦」、「韓式蟹肉粉絲沙律」、「麻辣竹筍沙律」等等。到了生蠔及冰鎮海鮮,最吸引眼球及胃納的必是生蠔,今天有法國「Fine de Claire」及美國「Taylor Pacific Rock」法國蠔肉具透明感,肉色帶淺,肥度適中,帶點榛果香味與甜味:美國的體型巨大,肥大肉厚美味清新,海水味淡,肉質爽口,肥美較有餘韻,各有捧場客,眼見亦很受歡迎,回本位:「冰鎮海鮮」有翡翠螺、雪場蟹腳、凍青口、凍蝦等。「刺身及壽司區」,都是自助餐走不了的受歡迎食物,「雜錦刺身」拼盤:油甘魚和北寄貝都甜美。除了海鮮,推薦這個 「U.S.和牛刺身」我自己喜歡吃生牛肉,意大利 Beef Carpaccio、韓國生牛肉他他也喜歡吃。這個美國和牛刺身有被驚喜到,牛肉軟嫩具肉香,少許油脂在口中散發:和牛刺身並不是常常吃到,各位牛魔王不要錯過。其餘壽司料理有「加州手卷」、「香蔥鮪魚軍艦」、「火炙三文魚壽司」、「三文魚壽司」、「火炙牛肉卷」等:熟蠔料理方面有「芝士焗蠔」,「蒜蓉辣椒焗蠔」,兩者都有吃到,均美味,尤其芝士焗:表面焗得金黃,芝士下得足。自助餐主題是海鮮,所以即煮區設有「自選海鮮市場」,有青口、花甲、魷魚、海蝦、東風螺、扇貝、蠔肉等:人客選好想吃的海鮮,就交給廚師即場用魚湯灼熟奉客:即點即堂弄,喜歡海鮮的朋友不要錯過。熱葷方面選擇眾多,有幾款我最喜歡的分享給大家:「紅酒燴牛尾」「南乳花生炆豬手」「XO醬時菜炒蝦球」「椒鹽軟殼蟹」牛尾大件上 (比德國鹹豬手細些小的大小),炆得軟腍入味有致,筋膜位最有軟糯質感。「咖喱大頭蝦」吃得出是新鮮貨,用泰式入饌酸酸辣辣開胃。炆豬手有驚喜,小豬手一吮皮肉分離,廚師應記一功!炒蝦球用上中蝦,爽彈。另外姥 Pink 最喜歡椒鹽軟殼蟹,香口鬆脆,我們吃掉整碟:)任吃熱辣辣「煎鵝肝伴黑松露汁」,煎得香脆,口感豐腴甘香:完全沒下味精的「蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯」,具滋補功效,味鮮,也合這個時節喝:「咖喱系列」有咖喱牛腩、咖喱雞、雜菜、印度薄餅等,香辛少辣,咖喱汁用來撈炒飯是美味的隱藏食法:)其他熱葷我們各樣也品嚐了一些,有「燒羊扒」、「燒牛肉」、「泰式香茅燒春雞」、「香煎海盲曹配菠蘿沙沙」、「芝麻醬燒多春魚」、「小龍包」、「蒜蓉炒雜菜」、「避風塘椒鹽荷蘭比目魚」、「黑椒鹹酸菜炒金錢肚」、「川辣炒雞球」、「蔥花蟹籽三文魚炒飯」、「黑椒花蜜牛仔骨」等,相信大人同小朋友都會揀到心頭好。甜品方面選擇也十分大陣仗,來到必吃的有「芒果拿破崙」,薄脆鬆化的酥皮間夾著香滑吉士忌廉,外層披上金黃香脆杏仁片,面層鋪滿呂宋芒果肉,又甜又熟,確是此酒店的皇牌:「榴槤班戟」薄皮夾著熟透的榴槤,很甜美,喜歡吃榴槤的朋友不要錯過:「燕窩蛋白杏仁茶」,喝後窩心:「木桶豆腐花」質地甚絲滑:姥 Pink 讚口不絕的「即製窩夫」,即焗起入口熱呼呼,脆而不會過實:任吃的「Mövenpick」雪糕,也來兩個:以這價錢,絕對值得一試,或者可以提早一點來吃自助餐,一家人提早慶祝冬至,之後再正日吃聖誕大餐,也不錯呢! continue reading

係XXday 買左個酒店下午茶,見佢係新推既set 又250蚊甘抵當然買黎試下佢!甘一共就有3層, 最下層咸點,上面兩層甜點,最搞笑係有炸雞😂 諗唔明。而飲品係自助任飲,有檸檬茶and 奶茶咖啡,算係甘。野食方面咸點就不過不失,炸雞唔太脆皮,最好食係個南瓜蓉,香甜得黎又保留到濃濃南瓜味👍 其他就還好,無特別。而中間個層就最好食係鬆餅,配上個草莓醬好好味,但嫌得一人一個太少😂 最上面就係是多啤梨甜品,但唔係特別好食😂整體而言依個set 無芒果個個甘好,但性價比都係一流。下次黎可以吃番芒果set,甘就enjoy 到最強既性價比👍😳 continue reading
