To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人懶得煮飯，求其去咗附近商場搵嘢食。搬咗過嚟咁耐都未試過呢邊大家樂，不嬲對大家樂嘅晚餐都好悶滿意，覺得大家樂晚餐好食過大快活晚餐。果然冇令到我失望，我哋三個人叫咗一人一個餐，真係好抵食，唔使$100已經有個雜扒餐，而且味道唔錯我覺得呢一間大家樂嘅味道係咁多間之中最好食嘅。而且每次經過都見到夜晚係坐滿晒人好多人喺度等位。所以如果好多糧尾嘅朋友其實可以選擇去大家樂食，因為大家樂嘅晚餐都唔差嘅。我自己最鍾意就係食大家樂嘅去骨海南雞飯。

Lunch黎到大家樂，叫咗滑蛋海皇飯。黃金蛋炒飯超多料，有蝦仁、魚柳、雞粒、冬菇粒同蟹柳，豐富口感，包埋杯綠茶，好飽肚，係糧尾之選。口感味道豐富，連飲品都只係$36絕對係平靚正之選。

因為隔離中國銀行櫃員機多人排隊，所以入左去大家樂hea下先，喺呢度單點左一杯紅豆冰，價錢$18。因為有「炸雞髀·紅豆冰」兒時情意結，我成日去大家樂飲紅豆冰，但呢間分店飲品開得真係麻麻。紅豆冰味道好淡，水吧落好多冰俾人，走d冰後，杯嘢淨返一半多d，而且紅豆係偏硬的。呢度沖嘢飲沖得唔好，天水圍大家樂分店黎講，銀座同埋天慈就好得多，呢間分店唯一好處係等候時間比較短!TMI, 紅豆冰堂食同外賣個杯，容量望落差一截，都係堂飲好。
